Complaint: There is a {$3500.00} charge to a line of credit at Santander Bank which I never authorized with my name on it. I disputed this and my dispute was denied. I have never received any Bill 's yet my credit score is being negatively affected. I did not take this money and I should not have to be held responsible. What can I do.

My bank account was closed I've been waitting for weeks and my check Is supposed to come in the mail and nothing yet. I had a checking account and they closed it too without my consistent. Complaint: On approximately XX/XX/2019, Santander Bank removed my opening deposit from all my accounts causing many of them to go into overdraft. This was done without any contact from anyone at the bank.
I received a letter ( which I have attached ) from XXXX XXXX saying all funds would be refunded which has not yet happened. My husband and I have received only {$4500.00} of the {$6500.00} we are expecting to receive from the letters XXXX XXXX has sent.
I have yet to receive account statements, I have yet to get a follow-up call from XXXX XXXX after my husband and I have left messages.
I am requesting the overdraft fees be refunded on all our accounts as we did not authorize the transactions to take place and had no knowledge this was happening. I would also like to receive a copy of what credit cards you have refunded the money to, because I have yet to receive all of the money.
Thank you for you quick reply as I will be filing another complaint if this goes on my XXXX report. Banks should not be able to take money from someone without consent, charge overdraft fees, and not give the money back to where I was originally charged.

I'm not sure where a bank can take money from the account without consent, not give the refund, charge overdraft fees, and turn it over to collections.

Complaint: This account is being reported inaccurately. I am seeing repetitive late marks which is a violation. Also, I am seeing series fo late payments after the closed date. It is impossible to be late on a closed account.
I have disputed this a couple of times but never got a response from them and no proper resolution of the dispute.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I received overdraft letters and a debit card from Santander N.A about 2 checking accounts. I did not open these accounts. Once I called the accounts are attached to my social security number, but the bank would give me no information. They allowed someone to create an account in my name, but will not close them due to the fact they can't verify my identity.

Complaint: Santander Bank took the opening deposit which was funded using a credit card on 9 accounts ( which were opened over the last 6 months ) between XX/XX/XXXX - XXXX. Each account had {$500.00} taken from it, which forced some accounts to go into a negative balance. I have received letters and phone calls from there collections department. However, I was never refunded the money on the credit card which had the opening deposit taken from it.
If they are forcing the accounts to be negative, my credit card should have received refunds this occurred over 2 weeks ago. The bank refuses to talk to me unless I go in branch. When my husband did this, they wouldn't provide him with any information and told him to follow-up the next day. When he did they told him he had to go back to the branch.
I am requesting the funds be sent to me immediately, any fees associated with being overdrafted, all accounts being closed, and additional money sent to me via check at the address on file.
I was never notified that there was a limit to the number of accounts I could open or that I should not open up any new accounts. If they would have reached out to me I would have no problem not opening up any additional accounts.
I have attached the 6 documents I received today that state my accounts are negative. There is additional documents I can not access due to having my accounts blocked
