If lender wants to settle and get the house back, they can just provide me what I have stated on various file complaints. Complaint: I currently have a mortgage loan through RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation. While attempting to have my Private Mortgage Insurance ( PMI ) removed, I was repeatedly provided inaccurate information regarding the time frame in which my appraisal would be valid causing me to be required to have a second appraisal of my residence completed to have the PMI removed. I contacted RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation Qualified Written Response Team by mail, as one is unable to speak to anyone with any information by phone, requesting the additional appraisal fee be removed from my account as the additional appraisal was due to inaccurate information provided to me by RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation. I received a written response, dated XX/XX/XXXX, from XXXX XXXX XXXX, Vice President of RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation, stating [ they ] are currently in the process of waiving the appraisal fee in the amount of {$390.00}. Previously, when contacting RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation by phone I was advised this fee was not due until the loan was paid off and I would not be charged interest on this fee so there was no point in paying it off early. The fee continued to appear on my monthly statement son on XX/XX/XXXX, I again contacted RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation and spoke with representative XXXX and supervisor XXXX, who both advised I should wait more as the write off removal was om the pending status. I continued to wait until the arrival of my current statement dated XX/XX/XXXX which indicated both appraisal fees were now currently due on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I again contacted RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation by phone and spoke with representative XXXX. She initially stated she was unable to locate any indicating my appraisal fee would be removed. I asked her to again reference the notes from my previous conversation with XXXX and XXXX as they were able to locate the information. XXXX was able to find the information and advised I should write another letter as it was still awaiting approval. I requested to speak with the department responsible for approval the removal and was advised I could not speak with them. I requested to speak with a supervisor and am still waiting to speak with someone.

I need to be in my home after my medical treatments in XXXX. I already filed complaints against XXXX XXXX and Round Point, there is a major scandals, fraud and corruptions of XX/XX/XXXX till Present. My home is not in condition for me to be living because of molds, and repairs issues. What is the investors are going to do about my XXXX accommondations under my ADA Disability Act Civil Rights under Department of Justice? This is a very urgent matters. I am stress and i am prescription medications for my pains.

Complaint: We sold our home ( officially closed ) in XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX for {$300000.00}. At the time of the sale, our realtor provided the mortgage company with our new address in XXXX to send our escrow refund from the sale of the house. The mortgage company ( RoundPoint Mortgage ) got their check wired to them on the day of closing., When we called the mortgage company about 15 days after closing, they indicated it would take about 30 days to receive our escrow refund, suggesting we would receive the check by XX/XX/XXXX, but we were sure to make sure they had the correct address in XXXX. Nearly one month after closing ( XX/XX/XXXX ), we called the mortgage company again, but this time they indicated they sent the check in the mail to the wrong address ( home we sold in XXXX, not the home we were now living in XXXX ). They apologized and said they would send our escrow refund ( ~ {$3000.00} ) to the correct address within the next 30 days and promised us we would receive our refund by the end of XX/XX/XXXX. The end of XX/XX/XXXX came and we still had not received a check. We called the mortgage company again ( for the third time now ) attempting to track down our escrow refund. This time we were kept on hold for over 30 minutes after we requested a check number since they told us the check was indeed in the mail. However, this time they promised us that we would receive the check by the middle of the next week ( Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX ). We did not receive any check in the mail and are very frustrated with this process. The mortgage company had no problem doing auto-debit from our checking account to get their money every month, and they got paid the day of closing, yet here we are more than 2.5 months later and still have not received our {$3000.00} escrow refund that we planned on using on our next home to buy. Every time we call the mortgage company we get a rep that indicates no manager is on duty and we do not know who else to contact to get our money that is rightfully ours. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Complaint: FHA XXXX I need to understand if there was an FHA HUD claim filed. I'm showing a claim date in this document of XX/XX/XXXX a sale date of XX/XX/XXXX and a transfer servicing date of XX/XX/XXXX the sales price reflects {$49000.00} while the claim amount shows {$150000.00}. so was the mortgage insurance insurance premium paid to the investor which was HUD? If so and they sold this note to the current investor for {$49000.00} how is the new servicer roundpoint mortgage now seeking over {$260000.00} for this note? A XXXX XXXX has been filed. If a mortgage claim was filed in HUD US Department of Housing and Urban Development and FHA received the mortgage claim funds and the servicer bid on the Note how do I owe them this money? I want an investigation open so that I can clearly understand if I've been violated as a homeowner and a note holder of an FHA loan. This loan has been in default or in trouble since XX/XX/XXXX which was just a year after the note was purchased I've gone back and forth with US Department of Housing and Urban Development FHA the Consumer Protection Finance Bureau in any other government regulatory department to get help. I'm exhausted at this process I have over a hundred emails to State local and government agencies trying to get this issue resolved and now I would like to file suit with the US Department of Justice. I'm wondering how many homeowners in an urban demographic has been treated this way and if there is a double standard with HUD US Department of Housing and Urban Development and FHA. Are they selling the note making a profit as well as receiving claim money for the mortgage insurance? How many FHA loans are orginated to prodominely XXXX, XXXX Borrowers that end up in default and purchased by Private Investors. MERS information is inconsistent as well.

Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX I received a letter stating that information was needed to verify comprehensive coverage of insurance of my property. This information was sent in multiple times to Roundpoint Mortgage Servicing through fax, email, as well as through their own website. However, through multiple phone calls and contacts with the company they claimed they did not receive this information. A policy was forced placed on my mortgage which I refused to pay. A late payment remark was made on my credit report XXXX well as my co-borrower 's credit report in XXXX of XXXX due to my refusal to pay the additional amount request by RPM Servicing ( Roundpoint Mortgage Servicing ). I was never given an opportunity to pay solely the principal and interest which I was obligated to pay until beyond the original payment being in excess of 30 days late. Multiple attempts were made to fulfill my obligation to RPM Servicing prior to the 30 days delinquency. Currently I am attempting to make my XXXX payment and they manner the previous payments have been applied does not allow them to do this in their system.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I discovered that Roundpoint Mortgae had not paid my home owners insurance premium with XXXX. I was told by the customer service agent that they had not received an invoice from XXXX. I called XXXX who has records of sending multiple requests to pay the insurance premium of {$490.00}. We conference called Roundpoint to resolve. Roundpoint representative stated that Roundpoint does not handle escrow accounts and escrow account payments for insurance. They stated a third party insurance company called XXXX XXXX handles this on Roundpoints behalf. XXXX XXXX was conferenced into the call. They claimed they had no record of Insurance being in my escrow. Although they claimed they saw a payment of premiums from XX/XX/XXXX. Roundpoint used my escrow funds to pay XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. Roundpoint then claimed that they didnt have the loan in XX/XX/XXXX when the insurance was paid and stated a mortgage company that I had never heard of serviced it and that an insurance company that I had never heard of was who they paid a premium to. XXXX has provided home owners insurance since my loan began with XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. Roundpoint made the payment in XX/XX/XXXX. All of their information was incorrect. I was told that I had to submit in writing that I wanted a hazard policy in the escrow ( it already was ). Roundpoint classified my homeowners insurance as wind and earthquake and XXXX XXXX claims this is why they refused to pay the premium. It had to be classified differently. I submitted the email ( to a generic customer service email ) with a request for expedited service as my hone owners insurance was 1 month past due. XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX and the premium still had not been paid, I paid {$100.00} out of my own pocket to ensure that I had home owners insurance for my home. I called XXXX XXXX who this time stated that I did not even have an escrow account. They have no record of any money being escrowed for anything. I have {$1400.00} in my escrow account as of XX/XX/XXXX. We conferenced in the Roundpoint agent. They now claim they are processing a addition to escrow. I requested something in writing to submit to my insurance company so that they dont cancel my policy. Roundpoint and XXXX XXXX stated they refused to give me documentation. They stated that they record the phone calls and that that is all I need. But then refused to send me a transcript of the call. The Roundpoint agent told me to use the online chat feature and take screen captures if I want any documentation from them. I feel as if this is fraud. I believe that Roundpoint and XXXX XXXX XXXX are working together to scam consumers into using a XXXX XXXX policy. If they dont pay the premium wrh XXXX it will be cancelled. Then Roundpoint and XXXX XXXX can force me into a XXXX XXXX policy as my mortgage requires me to have home owners insurance. This is clearly a scam. I have never heard of a company that cant provide documentation and validation of what they say. THey refused to mail or email a simple statement saying we are working on the issue and expect to make a payment from the escrow account to XXXX for the insurance premium by x date. They stated that I did not need documentation for myself or for XXXX because their word is all I need. The XXXX XXXX agent even made the comment that they would provide coverage comparable to what I was getting to XXXX is that policy lapses. The policy is a month past due BECAUSE OF XXXX XXXX AND ROUNDPOINT. This can not be legal. This has to violate the Law. I have never missed a payment. I have always been on top of my account. The fact that Roundpoint has incorrect information and always changes their story really has me concerned.

Complaint: I was sent to a collection agency on XX/XX/XXXX for unpaid school taxes for XXXX. This occurred after receiving the tax bill on XX/XX/XXXX and forwarding it to Roundpoint mortgage ( my mortgage holder ), and a reminder on XX/XX/XXXX which also was forwarded to Roundpoint. The bill remained unpaid throughout. I contacted Roundpoint by phone after receiving the collection letter. This was the first of many calls that also included the school district for verification of the debt. The bill was finally paid by Roundpoint on XX/XX/XXXX. Unfortunately, as you will see from the supporting documentation, the amount paid inluded a {$420.00} penalty charge and a {$40.00} collection fee. I do not feel it is my responsibility to shoulder the fees as they were aware that taxes were to paid from my escrow account and they were aware of the bill for 14 months before it was paid. I would like the {$460.00} refunded to me and have asked as much from Roundpoint. Their stance is " there has been no error by Roundpoint in the servicing of your mortgage loan '' as evidenced in writing in an attached document. Roundpoint 's service has been so sub-standard, and time-consuming for me, that we are in the process of refinancing with a different lender ( at a higher interest rate XXXX simply due to the fact that we do not want to do business with them.

Complaint: Roundpoint Mortgage ( RPM ), received the property tax bill for my home as well as the property tax bill for an additional small piece of property attached to my lot. There is no mortgage on that lot. It was a GIFT. I do not owe a mortgage on the property. I do not have an escrow account for that property either! RPM used my homes escrow account to erroneously pay the tax bill on the gifted land. I asked them to get a refund on that payment as it was not part of my mortgage or my escrow. They have the mortgage documents with the Tax ID for the mortgage and the escrow. They will not acknowledge the documents attached to the mortgage. I also asked them to get a refund on the delinquent bill they paid from the previous owner. I did not owe the tax bill for 2017 since I didnt own the property. They claim since the land has a delinquency on it that they are permanently attaching it to my mortgage and my escrow. The delinquency belongs to the previous owner. I have sent documentation that the mortgage held by RPM is for Tax ID XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX VA. They should only pay the tax bill for that Tax ID number. The bill they are also paying is for tax ID XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have sent documentation to show them this land was a gift and there is no mortgage on it. In addition to try and help me with RPM 's mistake, the county provided me with last years bill ( 2017 ) to show the delinquency isn't mine since I didnt own the property. The tax bill was in someone else 's name. I don't seem to be getting anywhere with this servicing company and I need help. My escrow is being used for a property that is not mortgaged and has no escrow account.

Complaint: To start this complaint I must begin with, I had a burst water pipe in my home on XX/XX/XXXX. Our insurance company settled and issued a settlement check. We endorsed the check made payable to Our public adjuster myself and Roundpoint. My mortgage company Roundpoint furnished us at this time with the required forms that they needed to be completed so our insurance funds could be released. Roundpoint additionally requested a letter stating the experience I had to self preform the repairs to my property. I had a letter of intent to repair my property notarized as requested by Roundpoint.I sent these letters and completed forms with the endorsed check to Roundpoint mid XX/XX/XXXX. They confirmed they received these approx XX/XX/XXXX. We were informed at this point by a Roundpoint customer service supervisor on a phone call with our public adjuster that they would process these lettters, release the funds and we should have the check within 10 to 14 days. I hired a public adjuster to assist with the claim against my home insurance company. It has been approx 5 weeks, several phone calls later, two with our attorney and they still refuse to release the funds. Each time we call roundpoint, a Roundpoint associate in the claims loss dept will state they need additional information, we need to amend information that we have previously submitted or they are sending the information to processing to release the funds. All correspondence submitted to Roundpoint wether sent via fax or email takes 24 to 72 hours to be upload into their system for review per Roundpoint. Roundpoint stated on XX/XX/XXXX during a three way phone conference with our lawyer we had met the requirements for self repair and that the funds would be released on XX/XX/XXXX and we should have the check 5 to 7 business days later BUT we should call on XX/XX/XXXX to confirm the check has been processed for release. We called on XX/XX/XXXX and they denied to release the funds allegedly we failed to meet the requirements of XXXX XXXX and or we needed to furnish further information for XXXX XXXX who holds our mortgage. We initially had a conventional mortgage that was sold to Roundpoint, as of XX/XX/XXXX roundpoint has informed me that XXXX XXXX holds our mortgage. We called XXXX XXXX for direction on their policy and to discuss their denial to release our funds per Roundpoint and a customer service specialist from XXXX XXXX stated we have met their requirements and provided us with a copy of their policy ( insured loss event b-5-01 ). During my phone conversation with this XXXX XXXX customer support specialist, I was advised to proceed with a second level complaint ( case number XXXX ) against Roundpoint. The XXXX XXXX customer support specialist stated they were not the reason as blamed by Roundpoint for our monies not being released. Roundpoint has never written any correspondence during this process, requesting additional information etc and when asked when we call they where going to notify us of their decision to withhold our monies? Roundpoint associates have continually advised it is our responsibility to check with the Roundpoint insurance loss claim dept regarding this issue. We requested the written policy of requirements for self repair and they have not provided us with this information. We have requested in writing and verbally information on the account our money is being held and they refuse to give us that information, one Roundpoint associate advised the money is gaining interest that will be sent to us upon settlement, another associate states the money is being held in an escrow account not an interest bearing account. We hired a public adjuster to assist with the insurance claim and he was named on the check sent to Roundpoint ( XXXX XXXX ) after four weeks waiting on his payment from the check sent to Roundpoint we contacted Roundpoint to find out the reason for the delay in his payment, we were then advised by Roundpoint they needed him to submit his XXXX and invoice to release his funds. He sent this information on XX/XX/XXXX, Roundpoint confirmed they received his information and would process his check for release immediately. XX/XX/XXXX we called Roundpoint to check on the status of his payment and they stated they did not receive his paperwork. Our lawyer resubmitted this information XX/XX/XXXX with the initial fax confirmation from XX/XX/XXXX. A Roundpoint associate advised it would take an additional 2 days to review the information and they could then send it to processing to release his payment. Roundpoint have now denied payment to the public adjuster stating they only pay contractors.Our lawyer requested an email from the associate confirming confirmation that they received the information. No email was sent the associate stated he was having technical issues. After speaking with XXXX XXXX and finding out that we met their requirements for release of insurance proceeds payment myself and our lawyer called Roundpoint Mortgage Company back to question, not meeting XXXX XXXX requirements yet per XXXX XXXX we do. Our call was sent to a very rude associate who refused to connect our call to a supervisor to answer these questions. The call ended with Roundpoint claim loss dept is reviewing the latest letter sent XX/XX/XXXX, amended XX/XX/XXXXand resent to Roundpoint via email for release of payment and this will take 24 to 48 hours. Our attorney agreed with me to file this complaint, we truly believe when we call Roundpoint in two days after they have reviewed the latest submission requested there will still be additional information needed or some other reason not to release the funds. As of XX/XX/XXXX Roundpoint have issued to us an email from XXXX XXXX stating we are not experienced enough to repair our own home and we must hire a licensed contractor both conditions are above XXXX XXXX own policy for loss incurred insurance policy. Yet either party will provide written policy for owner repair qualifications. Both myself and my wife have over 30 years and currently work in the construction industry. We have renovated and constructed several properties, we have renovated and upgraded several of the rooms in this property.

Complaint: Our home was impacted by Hurricane Irma, we reached out to our mortgage company Roundpoint for assistance, they provided Foebearance on the account where they deferred XXXX, XXXX and XXXX payments and in XXXX there would be a balance due for the the deferred amount including XXXX payment and if you were not able to pay the full amount they can offer further assistance for a modification review. I was not able to cover 4 months of payments so I contacted Roundpoint to advise would like to apply for the modification, I was able to resume monthly payments starting XXXX and have been making regular monthly payments since then, I was advised by Roundpoint that there was nothing needed for the review and my account would not have a negative impact due to the natural disaster. Well its XXXX now and there still no decision, Roundpoint has applied late fees and loan level advance fees for property inspections and has reported late to the credit bureau, I have reached out to Roundpoint regarding the matter they said they will adjust the charges and correct the credit report, as of today no adjustments have been made no correction to the credit bureau. My credit has been impacted on one of my credit cards with XXXX went from a credit score XXXX to XXXX where they lowered my credit limit on the card. When I call Roundpoint all they can advise me nothing needed its still in process Please I need help to get this issue resolved and the corrections that Roundpoint said they would do but have done nothing.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed my homeowner 's insurance had not been paid by my escrow account at RoundPoint even though the insurance bill was due on XX/XX/XXXX. I called the company to remind them to pay the bill. A customer service agent said they would send it out the next day. Seeing it deducted from my escrow account on XX/XX/XXXX, I assumed it went out. Later the next week, I received a letter from RoundPoint stating I had no evidence of insurance and that I might be given another insurance policy at a higher price through them. I called to inquire and they said the letter was sent " in error. '' I've had the same insurance policy the entire time of the mortgage. There should be no confusion on when bills are due or where money is to be sent. On this last call, they said the check was sent out in a bulk check on the XX/XX/XXXX( not the XX/XX/XXXX that they originally said ). As of XX/XX/XXXX, the insurance company still has not received the check and my policy is being cancelled due to nonpayment.

Complaint: We bought a condo on XX/XX/2016 through a Conventional loan 5 % down with PMI for XXXX total value and loan amount {$130000.00}. and were making payment since we took the loan to get rid of PMI. We talked to our Servicer ( Round Point Mortgage ) and their customer service told us if we are below XXXX we can get rid of pmi. Once we reach below this number I contacted customer service to get rid of PMI and I was directed to their website and fill the form and submit it. I did that and few weeks later I heard back from them that they would need to do the appraisal inorder to determine the current value of the property which would cost {$600.00} something and I have to bear that cost. I refused because it didn't make any sense. And put more money down and brought my loan to value to 75 % which is {$100000.00} and submitted the request again and still got the same response from their department saying they would still need to appraisal. Even though I met all the conditions - Never late payment. LTV under 75 %. They still want the appraisal to be done and charge me {$600.00} for no reason. If I read my closing disclosures I can see that I should be cancelled based on LTV if my account is current which actually is. I feel round point is not acting according to law by imposing these extra restrictions to get rid of the PMI/
