Debt is not mine
Complaint: Receivables Performance Management is a 'supposed ' collection agency that has put an account on my XXXX credit report which is NOT MINE. I disputed this a year ago, XXXX 2014, through XXXX and it was removed from my account.
Well, when I went this week to get a Home Equity Loan ( 100 % equity in my home and XXXX credit score with XXXX ) I was denied because of a {$83.00} 'collection ' for XXXX XXXX that Receivables Performance Management put BACK on my credit report in XXXX 2014.
When I called XXXX and AGAIN disputed this I was told about them putting it 'back ' in XXXX 2014, and I was given the name and number for Receivables Performance Management, XXXX. I called the number numerous times and it rings and rings and then you get what sounds like an 'answer ', but it goes SILENT, no person, no voicemail, nada, zero.
So, I got online and found ANOTHER NUMBER for them and this number just goes to a voicemail for a XXXX '. After reviewing the numerous complaints online I found that XXXX ' NEVER RETURNS CALLS. This is a total SCAM COMPANY.
Their address is listed as follows : Receivables Performance Management | XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX | XXXX | WA | XXXX.
I know that you have had MANY complaints filed about this company, please, please DO SOMETHING TO STOP THEM as they are ruining people 's lives, myself included.
Thank you, XXXX XXXX

Attempted to collect wrong amount
Complaint: I called XXXX when I first got this bill. I was charged an amount for collect calls that was different than advertised. On the phone my son called me collect from was a sticker that said {$1.00} for XXXX or XXXX mins? but ended up being {$23.00} per XXXX minutes. I would have never accepted a collect call at {$23.00} for XXXX mins. So XXXX said we would dispute it, immediately closed that account and opened me a new XXXX. Giving me my same # XXXX XXXX told me I would only be responsible for what I owed them ( XXXX ) for my regular phone service. Then I get contacted by collections for the whole amount. I tell them the agreement and a lady at Receivables Performance agrees to the terms also. Later I apply for a loan for a car and find that on the day of XXXX XXXX 2015 when I made an agreement with RP to pay what I owed XXXX XXXX XXXX ( minus the collect call charges ) @ {$25.00} a month they then put it on my credit report. I recall being told that by paying $ XXXX/mo. would not only get my bill paid, but would keep it from going on my credit report.

Attempted to/Collected exempt funds
Complaint: These medical debt collection agencies has attempted to collect a debt on several different levels. One was a debt that my grandson 's school was responsible for because he had XXXX insurance, the others were used against me when I gave them my VA medical insurance information upon entry to the XXXX and on their constant harassing and threatening phone calls, to no avail. I am now a XXXX XXXX veteran living off of XXXX and declared " unemployable '' due to my injuiries substained while on active duty.
XXXX was sent a " victim 's fraud '' package.I also sent them relevant documents. So why deleted only XXXX of the XXXX. They dismissed XXXX accounts and not a XXXX one. This is very disturbing to me. I have a XXXX XXXX XXXX as well as XXXX from being injuired XXXX and this does not help my XXXX.
During hurricane XXXX I was a victim of fraud. And the credit bureau has an " VICTIM FRAUD ALERT '' on my credit because all necessary police and other reports were submitted to them.

Debt is not mine
Complaint: I have routinely gotten collection calls for a XXXX or XXXX XXXX at my home phone # ( XXXX ) XXXX for several years. I am not XXXX XXXX and I do n't know a XXXX XXXX. I have told this to the callers, but eventually after some time, the calls start again. The latest from ( XXXX ) XXXX started just this month, XXXX robocalls XXXX, XXXX & XXXX. Although in XXXX, I got XXXX calls asking for a strange name and told them they had wrong number, where upon they told me they would correct their files.
I called the number this morning asking that they verify this debt as I want to get to the bottom of this, so I can stop this harassment once and for all. This person was the one that told me the person 's first name was XXXX. She also said that maybe this person used my home phone number as the reason I getting these calls. She then referred me to ( XXXX ) XXXX I left a message there, asking that they send all documentation to my office fax or email. I also sent an email to this company, Receivables Performance Management, asking for the details. Again, I want all of these calls to stop and if I know who the original creditors are, I can deal with them directly. As I am the one getting the phone calls for this woman, I have a right to know why.

Not disclosed as an attempt to collect
Complaint: I was unaware of any collection regarding my previous cell phone provider, XXXX. I called XXXX and they told me I had a previous balance that was now in collections. I asked if it could be removed from collections which they agreed to do. I then proceeded to make a payment for the full balance of {$160.00}.
I disputed with the XXXX reporting bureaus the accuracy of the collection being on my reports due to they did not have collection authority on the accounts. They came back as verified, and when I submitted payment verification, Receivable Performance refused to accept the documentation from the credit reporting bureaus.
I proceeded to call Receivable Performance at XXXX and spoke to a supervisor who told me they would not remove it from my report. She confirmed that XXXX had taken the debt back. When I explained that Receivable Performance therefore did not have collection authority on the account, they should 've removed it from all XXXX credit bureaus. She said they would not do that.

Debt is not mine
Complaint: I have previously disputed this debt as I do not and have not had an account with the original creditor. They could not provide the requested verification in the form of a contract or other agreement for services or even an affidavit of assignment, which is not surprising since this is not my debt. The last name is not even spelled the same on the " printout '' they sent to me. They removed it after I disputed it and ultimately filed a complaint. However, I just checked my credit report to see that they have again put it on there even though it is n't mine. this is getting quite ridiculous. Debt collection companies should not be allowed to put false information on your credit report repeatedly. RECEIVABLES PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT IS HARSSING ME ABOUT A DEBT THAT IS N'T EVEN MINE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Debt was paid
Complaint: I am writing to dispute charges on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX bills originating on XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX for the amount of {$68.00}, in addition to a XXXX bill on XX/XX/2014-XX/XX/2014 for {$120.00}. The total amount allegedly owed is {$190.00}.
I am disputing the charges because I have maintained this wireless account with XXXX XXXX XXXX for over 15 years and have always paid my bill promptly. Unfortunately, my cell phone service had continuously deteriorated month after month for the past 2 years, which has resulted in strained personal relationships and loss of revenue for my business. I have given XXXX ample time to resolve the matter and have even received numerous discounts on my bills in conjunction with the poor service issues that have continuously gone unresolved. They include verified incidences where there was no receipt of missed calls/texts ; frequently dropped calls ; and a nagging XXXX bar of service that followed me wherever I went. Unfortunately, due to XXXX XXXX XXXX 's inability to fix the matter I was eventually forced to port my number to another carrier on XX/XX/2014.
In conjunction with cancelling my service with XXXX XXXX XXXX I am being forced to pay full price for a final month of deteriorated cell phone service ( {$68.00} ) I received no benefit for, followed by account termination fees which were a result of the company 's own poor service ( {$110.00} ). My 2 year contract was expired, and I was using an outdated iPhone 4. I had refused on numerous occasions to sign a new contract for an upgraded phone as the problem lay with XXXX XXXX XXXX 's network, not my device. After XXXX XXXX XXXX refused to negotiate the matter with me to my satisfaction the debt went to XXXX XXXX XXXX and now onto Receivables Performance Management. XXXX XXXX XXXX has no legitimate basis for these charges and I should not be forced to pay full price + termination charges for a service of inferior quality.
The account was opened when I was a minor with the help of my mother, although I have always been responsible for the bill. I am the primary on the account and have repeatedly reminded XXXX XXXX XXXX of this arrangement. My mother and I receive harassing calls from collectors and XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding the matter. They frequently call throughout the day, can not provide information on the debt supposedly owed when prompted, and often call and hang up. It is unfair that these collections letter be only addressed to my mother and that her credit score be tarnished.
