Complaint: We have been with XXXX for over a year now of which we bundled our services when we signed up. I have been on auto pay since doing so. I got a notice from Central Credit Services stating I am in collections for {$170.00} with interest accruing. I have made several attempts to contact XXXX XXXX, some could not locate this account, XXXX in Billing said they never linked it to our account and do n't worry about it. I have asked them for a copy of this bill which they will not provide. I have copies of ALL my statements around the time they said the services were due and nothing shows unpaid. If this makes my credit report I will be furious. Today I called the credit company to get a fax number to send them the statements I have and the social does n't match mine. I am wondering if they are making up bills and sending them to collections to get more money in hopes people like me do n't inquire.
