Complaint: I entered into an agreement with Radius global the company that XXXX XXXX hired to collect a debt for a vehicle that was reposted. The agreement was to make three payments in the amount of {$1400.00} totaling {$42000.00} to settle and close the account. Payments began in XX/XX/2019 with the first payment in XXXX, second payment in XX/XX/2019 and the final payment was made in XX/XX/2019. I received a letter from Radius Global solution via email and standard mail stating my account has been resolved and closed in XXXX. I contacted both Radius and XXXX XXXX to have the information updated correctly. My issue is the information that XXXX XXXX is reporting to the credit bureaus does not accurately reflect the agreement made between me and Radius global and it also indicate son my credit report that I still owe XXXX XXXX {$6300.00}. I made three payments in XX/XX/2019, XX/XX/2019 and XX/XX/2019 on time as agreed with XXXX XXXX however XXXX XXXX reported all three of those payments to the credit bureaus as a failure to pay. Currently the account on my credit report also indicates a past due balance of {$6300.00} despite the fact that I have resolved and paid the full amount all involved parties agree to. I am requesting that XXXX XXXX remove the account in totality from my credit report with all three crediting reporting agencies.

Complaint: Original Creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX hospital for emergency room visit XX/XX/2016. Turned over to collection agency Radius Global Solutions. Amount of debt {$320.00}. Military retiree XXXX XXXX payed for this service and informed the hospital that I didn't have to pay out of pocket, because they are a XXXX network provider. Now 3yrs and 8mos later this same bill that was payed by XXXX XXXX military retiree 3yrs and 8mos ago shows as a collection on my credit report and drop my credit score 30 points. If this debt hadn't been payed wouldn't it had gone to collections and reported to credit reporting agencies way before now. I served my country for 20yrs in the military and I don't deserve to be extorted by America greed.

Complaint: Radius Global Solutions ( hereinafter RGS ), has designed, compiled, and furnished negative information about me to one or more consumer reporting agencies. RGS lacks a bonafide and meaningful relationship with me, meaning RGS is NOT a party to any consumer credit transactions Ive executed, therefore, any and all information furnished by RGS to any of the consumer reporting agencies should be regarded as hearsay. Furthermore, RGS failed to provide me with prior and/or post written notification of its intent to furnish negative information about me. On top of that, RGS failed to send me, or mail me an initial communication apprising me of my right to dispute and/or request verification/validation of the alleged debt. Notice of the debt/negative information and that RGS is reporting it is of particular importance to me, the deprivation of which has caused my character, reputation, and credit to be unjustly damaged. Despite not having received such notification from RGS, I was able to mail them a notice of dispute more than 30 days ago, and requested that RGS provide me with verification/validation of the alleged debt in the form of substantively admissible evidence, including but not limited to properly authenticated original account and loan level documentation. My notice of dispute and request for verification/validation remains unanswered, and has not been returned to me as undeliverable. In the event that RGS responds to this complaint countering that it did mail/send me written notification of any kind, and that it was not returned to them as undeliverable, I would like this record to reflect that I completely and unambiguously reject any such future statements and respectfully request that RGS provide me with the name or names of the person or persons who possess personal knowledge of those facts as well as proof of service/proof of mailing. Im not playing games with you people. Your unfounded assertions, and erroneous reporting have caused me significant injury and Ive had enough.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2018 I had lab work done at the XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX Ms . The lab work was totally unnecessary according to My Medicare advisor and my Supplement Insurance for the amount that was denied by both insurance companies for the amount of {$200.00}. I was told the test was done in order to determine if I needed a specific medication for XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). I have never had to pay any sort of balance on anything XXXX dr visits, hospital stays, out patients surgeries, NOTHING, in the past 15 years as I am XXXX and I have 2 insurances. According to XXXX and XXXX supplement, this blood test was filed as a plain DRUG TEST. Nothing more. XXXX XXXX is sueing me for {$200.00}. I do not owe this money and have tried to settle this for over a year. Radius Global Solutions out of XXXX MN has been sending me threatening letters now. There is now way I owe this {$200.00}. My insurance claims it is the way XXXX filed the claim. XXXXXXXX says I owe the money PERIOD. The drug XXXX is a common drug that is prescribed very often for men and women that does not require any type of testing. It is for XXXX XXXX for one thing, and is used to treat several other common problems.
