They refuse to show me my agreement to pay XXXX $ monthly deducted from my checking account. They are reporting to the bureau I owe over {$23000.00} when I only owe {$12000.00}. I have document to prove my amount owed. They refuse to remove me from a definition of their own policy to help me re-rehabilitate myself credit wise. They refuse to understand life situations and recognize my yearly attempts to pay them off. This is affecting my lively hood and any future attempts to purchase anything for my family.
