Complaint: I XXXX in XXXX as a way to pay off my federal student loans, the XXXX apparently did not register XXXX loan. I was unaware of this and only found out this year when my taxes were withheld and my wages garnished. The Department of Education sold my loan to a collection agency, I asked the agency to provide proof that this is in fact my loan, and provide proof that they acquired this loan from the Department of Education as well as the amount that it was for. The collection agency has repeatedly refused to provide this information. I did not want to pay unless I knew that this was a legitimate debt. I stated that if they could provide this information, I would pay. Now they have garnished my wages and put my job in jeopardy. Furthermore, I was XXXX for XX/XX/XXXX, got out of the XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX, and started my XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. I am not sure on the law, but I believe that I should have been protected during this time. Lastly, to reiterate, I only found out about this debt recently. However, I have heard from multiple collection agencies regarding the same alleged debt, how am I supposed to know which is valid and or real. I first heard something of this debt in the past two years, but could get no real information, so I let it go. I only realized that it was real after the aforementioned garnishment.

I have not subscribed or ordered XXXX XXXX, my cable and internet provider is XXXX XXXX XXXX. Please help me with this financial injustice.

Complaint: My federal student loan went into default XX/XX/XXXX or something. Progressive Financial Services submitted a form requesting wage garnishment in XX/XX/XXXX. The amount listed under the original request was for {$53000.00}. My loan was for {$40000.00} the {$53000.00} included fee+interest. This collection company has taken over {$73000.00} in garnishment from my wages. My HR department has verified they were paid under the original request. This company has submitted a new request for {$35000.00}. They stated that they will take over {$100000.00} and they will continue to garnish until I stop working because they have the right to collect daily interest and fee 's even though the requested amount from my HR department has been satisfied. I need help. This loan has been paid back twice already and they refuse to stop the garnishments.
