Complaint: XXXX the branch manager from one main financial in XXXX Oregon spoke to me and belittle about the debt I owe to them. I try to talk to him and negotiate a payment where I can afford it but all he kept saying in a very rude mean tone of voice was " you think {$50.00} is good enough a month for a {$9500.00} debt ''. Then he kept saying if I do not pay the minimum payment he threaten to garnish my wages. His exact words again in a very mean rude tone of voice he said to me " do I want XXXX % garnish from my gross wages or would I rather pay {$260.00} or however much it was. XXXX at that branch is so rude. I work with the public and there is no such way I would ever talk to the public that way or make them feel bad. Not only XXXX was flat out rude. But he does not have the public skills to deal with the public and he made me feel bad every time I talked to him. He has called me every week and I do not like talking to him at all because of how he treat me and made me feel. He makes you feel bad for borrowing a loan from the company but yet he acts like it is his own money. I have dealt with a few financial agencies and by far XXXX from one main financial is the worse debt XXXX. The way XXXX talk to me and the way he treated me is not acceptable.. Yes I know I owe I debt but I feel he does not have the right to be very rude and talk down at me. He refused to work with me on making a payment where I can afford. Yet he offer to run my credit to see if I can refinance a loan and it was pointless. One main financial offers to refinance my current loan when they know very well I would be denied. They do not try to work with you.

Complaint: I previously submitted a complaint regarding SpringLeaf Financial Services who blatantly discriminated against me as a XXXX minority regarding a consolidation loan submitted on line, whereby, the loan was approved on line and I was only required to submit additional information which was my XXXX Paystubs to finishing processing the loan. During the call, the representative asked about the vehicles regarding mileage and gave stated they were being paid via a loan and at no time did the representative state this was a stipulation on being granted a loan. They saw the credit report and obviously it was approved minus the paystubs being submitted. This request for a loan consolidation should have been processed without discriminating towards XXXX minorities. This another form of suppression. Also, when I submitted my original claim to CFPB incorporating information above and additional details, I received a call from Springleaf stating they were investigating the details. This was just a cover-up for their discriminatory behaviors. Afterwards, they send a letter with XXXX invalid excuses, after initially being approved on-line. The only requirement which was stipulated in an email which I previously attached to the original claim was their request to view the Paystubs. When I received the 2nd call from the original SpringLeaf representative, she had already reviewed the credit, debt-to-income ratio, etc. So, sending a letter after the fact, is retaliation and another form of credit discrimination, in and of itself. This company should not be in business, as they discriminate in their local offices and underwriting area again XXXX minorities in the communities around the U.S. Also, why continue to send pre-solicitations to clients via email when you have already pre-screened a candidate for approval. Again, after completing the application and being lied to after submitting pertinent documentation as proof, is another form of credit suppression and not allowing XXXX minorities access to capital in the United States. This company needs to be investigated for their illegal, discriminatory, and retaliatory practices!

Complaint: I have a personal loan with One Main Financial in the XXXX, NJ location. I have asked them in the past ( request sent and verbalized to XXXX at the XXXX, NJ location in XX/XX/XXXX to refrain from calling me at work as I can not receive personal calls ). During this time XXXX assured me my work number had been removed from the account and I 'd no longer be contacted. Recently I missed my XXXX XXXX XXXX payment and informed XXXX and XXXX with One Main Financial that I would be out of work on temporary XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX stated he would notate my account. Yesterday XXXX called my cell phone from XXXX. She called my work # from the same phone number mentioned but did n't say anything. And then placed another call to my work number again leaving another message. I called XXXX back after being notified by my coworker a bill collector named XXXX called from One Main Financial. I was also forwarded the voicemail. I called XXXX with my husband on the line. I asked why did she call my work number when XXXX was informed in XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/XXXX to remove my work number. She replied, I just left a message stating her name and number. I told that was not true that she did mention the name of the company and this is how it was confirmed as a personal matter - not work related. XXXX replied, oh yes I did call but I do n't see where your work number was removed/flagged. After discussing the status XXXX said there was a flag on my account but it was done incorrectly. I explained XXXX was previously notified of this and my simple request was not being adhered to and it 's off putting. I explained to XXXX XXXX did n't have any money to make a payment as I 'm waiting for my XXXX payments. She stated she needed a payment because I had to be out of work for 30 days and not eligible for the insurance I pay for instances such as mine- temporary XXXX. She also stated she did n't want this to go into another month because she did n't want to go into what will happen. I felt threatened and even more XXXX while trying to recover from XXXX. I explained I would be out of work for a minimum of 8-10 weeks. Said she would make some paperwork out to me but I needed to pay at least {$260.00}. I have XXXX XXXX medical conditions and do not need additional XXXX. I was embarrassed as now my personal business has been exposed by this happening. It truly needs to stop!

They call every hour every day except Sunday and it interfers with my work. I have requested they they email me or correspond by mail. They only send form letters. I am sitting at XXXX Hospital with my Mother. We 've been here since XXXX. I asked a couple of weeks ago for XXXX to have XXXX ( especially ) & anyone else from there to stop calling me over & over while I sit here with my XXXX Mother. Complaint: we purchased our home in XXXX, due to health issues we need to sell it. We bought the home from XXXX XXXX. It was a foreclosure home.
We have discovered XXXX undisclosed liens on the mobile home, these liens were both discharged in XX/XX/XXXX. We have received a release to lien from XXXX for the one that they had.
However, One Main has not done anything but give me a run around. XXXX refered me to them ( letter attached ) as they have no record of the lien. I have called, faxed and emailed all the documents to Main One, and XXXX. I was able to get the social security number for the prior debtor, and Main One and XXXX tell me that they can not find any record of this. If neither of them have any records, Main One should either prove that the lien is still outstanding or provide the documents to give to the DMV ( release of lien ).
