Complaint: Hi Im currently in litigation with XXXX XXXX XXXX for a second mortgage for a home foreclosure. The primary mortgage is responsible for paying the second and is refusing to even acknowledge it exists or that the first, Ocwen Mortgage, received an overage on the note due to them. XXXX will never get a dime from me. They are liars and are harassing me for money that is actually owed from Ocwen who took the property. Banks not paying each other is not my problem.
