Complaint: We have been receiving daily robocalls, for at least two weeks ( as of XX/XX/2019 ), usually between XXXX and XXXX in the afternoon, from Pioneer Credit Recovery, claiming that they are calling about debt collection. There are a number of things about the call that scream 'scam ' to me - too many to list here.
The call is always the same recording, whether I answer or if I let it go to voicemail. There are no specifics, but always a statement that I need to call them back at an 800-number. There is no ability to connect to a real person when I answer the call We have no unpaid debts, and our credit is golden. This is definitely a scam, and has risen to the level of harassment.
