Complaint: NetSpend and XXXX XXXX are giving millions of their customers, including myself, the run around. I usually receive my payment around XXXX XXXX Tuesday mornings, but no deposit was received this pay period { XX/XX/18 } .. { No prior notice was given, it took me to do a XXXX search to find this info } and because of that has placed myself { and millions of other account holders } in a tough spot due to bills needing to be paid etc.., but no one can give any info, and from what Im viewing online, the reps are giving out conflicting info, one rep even hung the phone up on me.

Complaint: I normally receive my direct deposit on Monday mornings since it is supposed to be posted on my account by Sunday night ( sometimes it will post on Sunday sometimes it will post Monday morning ). However, lately my direct deposit has been posting late Monday night and this particular pay period of : XX/XX/18-XX/XX/18 I have not received my direct deposit at all. Ive called Netspend customer care dept. and theyve continued to give me different time periods of when my direct deposit will be posted but I have yet to receive it. I have a car note that was due yesterday and if not paid by today : XX/XX/18, I will be forced to turn my car in which puts a strain on my transportation.

Complaint: My complaint is against XXXX/Netspend for not depositing my payroll check. My check was suppose to be deposited into my bank account last night ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and I have not received anything! XXXX has a recording stating that the issue is ACH but have no estimated time of when the issue will be fixed. I have been on hold with Netspend for over an hr and a half! No one has any answers! It is scary that someone can just take my paycheck like that. I have small children, no money, no one to get money from, my electricty is scheduled to come out today and if I dont pay it, it will go off! I work from home and i need my electricty to operate. This is beyond ridiculous and illegal. After reading multiple reviews online, people have been waiting for their deposits since last Wednesday! We have not received any notice about anything. How am I suppose to do anything without any money? NETSPEND & XXXX ARE THIEVES!!!!!!

Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX expecting a deposit from netspend/XXXX and did not receive called them only to be told they are having a problem with ACH and are holding payments, XX/XX/XXXX still havent received my hard earned money ( some customers were complaining they havent received theres in over 5 days ) I couldnt imagine, they have no further details they cant even give me a Estimated time I am a single mom with kids I have bills to pay and they are holding my payments! There is a whole forum of a group of people also complaining and they get no response or reason for this hold and how long they will be holding our direct deposits this is completely unacceptable, people are talking about suing, I need reasons for this issue and when netspend/XXXX customers will be getting their money

Complaint: My direct deposit has not posted. I have two deposits, one for {$1900.00} and the other in my spouses name for {$1200.00} which are not available. The deposits were suppose to be settled on XX/XX/2018. Netspend, in partnership with XXXX, is holding my funds. I've supplied both companies with the tracer number to track the transfer and they will not give me a confirmed date on when my funds will be available in my account. They stated that the federal reserve did not send a file which is causing a delay in the transfer. Furthermore, I am aware that this is currently effecting a large number of Netspend customer 's. They are blaming the problem on a technical glitch with no ETA.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2018 my employer XXXX XXXX sent my paycheck ach direct deposit in the amount of {$5600.00} to Netspend. On XX/XX/2018 my second employer XXXX XXXX XXXX sent a ach direct deposit over to Netspend in the amount of {$110.00}. Both companies have issued payment to before and have had no issue. Netspend is stating they are having an issue with their subsidary XXXX posting ach deposit but can not confirm a date or time for resolution. I reached out to XXXX XXXX who works in Office of the President and stated the only information he has received was that XXXX XXXX would be resetting their system and hoped to have it resolved soon.

Complaint: Hello I have direct Deposit to my Netspend card from my job, I was supposed to receive my deposit XX/XX/2018, I technically get paid the XXXX but with what they advertise it will be 2 days faster, here it is XX/XX/2018 and nothing. Still no deposit I called several times yesterday and was provided no information at all, yes my employer sent my money over, I have my paystub with last four of netspend account number, still not there. First time i called they said and hour that was at XXXX XX/XX/2018 by XXXXXXXX XXXX same day I called back cause zi still have not received my money. They told me wait a few more hours. I called again and was told XXXX is having direct deposit issues. All I want to know is where is my money, I have rent to pay bills to pay this is so unfair. Complaint: Direct deposit was not added to my card. Tried call ing NetSpend and XXXX and was told there was a glitch which unbeknownst me was happening for more than five days. No one contacted me as to the problem occurring which would have allowed me to contact my employer to not do direct deposit and find other means of recieving my paycheck. XXXX and NetSpend have disabled their phone lines preventing anyone experiencing problems with their cards from contacting them. My rent s due and my food supply us low. I need my money now!
