Complaint: I am a XXXX XXXX with a paycheck that was disbursed by the XXXX ( XXXX ) for deposit today, XX/XX/2019.
The deposit is not reflected in my account.
Attempts to contact NFCU are futile. Their phone lines are completely down. I cant get any information about why my paycheck that was disbursed is not available to me in my account. This is my paycheck not NFCUs to do with as they pleased.
I have no over due payments and am not overdrawn. They simply have not posted my pay to me and will not tell me why.

Complaint: Navy Federal Credit Union : Direct deposits were not posted and bank is not providing much information. This is the second time in 3 months that they held my money hostage. Complaint: Navy Federal Credit Union ( NFCU ) has had at least two dates in the recent past where direct deposits have not been properly posted, leaving members with little to no funds on dates that should have had a deposit. The dates that I know of are XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. The credit union fails to issue any type of warning such as an email, message on their website, or banner in their app until many hours after customers have noticed the missed deposits, causing significant stress to members. NFCU 's phones always go down because of the issues, so members are left without funds and unaware of the problem until the credit union issues a notification hours later.

I have direct deposit, my paycheck has not been posted to my account. It was due to post at XXXX.
Instead of the company talking to customers, they disabled the phones and the online banking.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX Navy Federal Credit Union failed to deposit every members pay and it was late by about 2 days. They said they would work hard to fix the issue and that it would not happen again. Now here on XX/XX/XXXX they are still not posting THOUSANDS of peoples pay on time including many active duty members. I think its an attempt to get time for whatever financial obligations they have. Some of us live on tight budgets. My rent was late and will be late again thanks to Navy Federal Credit Union. I will be leaving but please get mine and others money. Many people do not have their pay checks still.
