Complaint: I was in XXXX which I have easily proven - it caused me to fall behind on my accounts. My credit card and ck-ing account were tapped out ; yet, I kept up my payments like clock work. When I mailed a postal money order to my local branch, they much later informed me that their post office box was robbed. Leaving me out $ XXXX, which would have made me in the positive with the ch-ing account and a credit card payment made. I went around in circles with them and the post office over the matter. The post office gave me a form that both me and the bank were supposed to sign in order for the post office to refund the money to me. They apparently refused to corroborate. I can not afford any more games or time in this matter. I will, at this time, submit proving I bought and payed for a money with the banks information placed in the right place and mailed to them in a timely fashion. I 'll also leave my contact information looking forward to hearing from someone soon. I have been a member of this bank before they bought out the other credit union they replaced. Complaint: I was deployed to XXXX in 2012 XXXX XXXX - XXXX ). While deployed I was living near a local village and did n't have regular access to mail, internet or phone. I received a letter from my auto loan holder XXXX Navy Federal Credit Union XXXX that I missed a payment. I had setup the account to be paid automatically each month, in excess of the minimum amount, using my XXXX credit card. I called NFCU and asked them why and they told me over the phone that I was late and it was because of insufficient funds. I told them this was n't possible, I was deployed and had more than enough available credit to pay the auto loan monthly bill. I spoke to a manager who told me there was an error processing my card, and it was the bank ( NFCU ) fault, not my own fault. They said they were sorry and would delete the late payment from my records ( 30 days late ). A month later I checked my credit report and it was reported to the credit agencies. I called NFCU and asked them to remove it and they denied my request. I immediately asked what the total amount owed was and told them I want to pay off my loan in full. I paid off my loan in full that day because they could n't process my payments correctly. I have since submitted disputes with NFCU directly and with the XXXX credit agencies. I have not received resolution. NFCU will not remove the late payment report and neither will the agencies.

Complaint: I have recently checked my credit report and I am showing XXXX late payments on my account due no fault of my own. I requested that my statements be mailed as soon as possible to a different address due to me leaving town on an emergency and not having computer to pay for it online as I usual do. I was informed that this understandable and that all payments were received on time as arranged with the reps. I do not understand why I have XXXX late payments showing on my report when I made a payment arrangement each time and was told I had nothing to worry about and everything was taken care of.

Complaint: Navy Federal refuses to transfer money from my checking account to my credit card. They refuse to send me their arbitration certificate which is stated in their membership agreement is available. Every time I call Navy Federal they disconnect the call or place me on extended hold periods. They mishandled a dispute and recharged my credit card and a credit card that I am an authorized signor on. Navy Federal refuses to provide me with information regarding their alleged investigation and the information on why they denied my claim. I am also not receiving paper credit card statements in the mail, I receive emails to view my statement online but my online access is blocked. I want to records of all the statements that have been mailed.

Complaint: borrower requested short sale approval for XXXX lien with Navy Federal Credit Union and can not get response since XXXX/XXXX/15. when I spoke to XXXX of the NFCU loss mitigation reps I was told that they would not accept the XXXX offered for the settlement and would pursue the borrower XXXX for the deficiency, and that their normal business practice is to wait until the XXXX trust approval is close to expiration hoping that agents and buyers will become frantic and pay them more than the initial offering. this particular sale is a VA compromise sale and the XXXX lien holder was offering them XXXX the buyer has offered some and I have offered commission to get them XXXX and we can not get a decision.
