Complaint: Nationstar Mortgage dba Mr. Cooper moved for foreclosure shortly after the Plaintiffs filed a complaint with the North Commission of Banks. because Nationstar was improperly hanging the homeowner in a suspense account and not applying them to the plaintiffs ' mortgage. By evidence of.the of late charges in Exhibit A the plaintiffs were two months behind on their mortgage. when Nationstar forclosed an illegal process under the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau 4 month rule before a servicer can foreclose. Nationstar is also in violation of the Bureaus ' strict rules against Duel Tracking by evidence.of the upload. Nationstar was also in violation of the homeowner 's contract. There is a clause in the contract that states Nationstar must abate foreclosure if a demand for a Mediation is made and by evidence of the upload a Demand was made.

Complaint: Regarding ID for Complaint regarding Nationstar Mortgage XXXX ( also and now known as " Mr , Cooper ''!! Complaint Number XXXX. Sorry I am a XXXX year old XXXX Veteran and I could not find a way to add to the above referenced complaint!! Also I am NOT a computer Guru and don't have the money I wish I had way back when all this started with nasty old XXXX XXXX XXXX that goes all the way back to 2008 when we had the terrible 2008 Financial Collapse that I understand was caused by the Stock Market and the lenders after the repeal of the Glass-Speagal Act that allowed all these people to enter into securitization of loans and all the resulting corruption, racketeering, and fraud that has continued to this day. Anyway I hope you will attached the enclosed ( attached file ) I did not get attached in the initial complaint as I just got a new computer after my old one collapsed and I have had to learn XXXX XXXX!!! UG UG Thank you very much and I sure hofe that the new Director XXXX XXXX will be more fair, understanding and willing to recognize that over 20 million people like me have lost their homes needlessly and actually reach out to help people after all this. Complaint: Our mortgage was sold to Mr. Cooper/Nationstar in XX/XX/2019. Upon receiving our account, Mr. Cooper performed and escrow analysis and determined that we had a surplus. They sent us a check for {$1400.00} and emptied our escrow account, bringing the balance to {$0.00}. I realized that this was not correct and called Mr. Cooper and was instructed to send the check back, which I did. In the meantime, they performed another escrow analysis and determined we had an escrow shortage. Upon review, we realized that they had incorrectly projected our taxes to be {$11000.00}, despite our county tax appraisal to be under {$6000.00}. They also had a " miscellaneous tax '' for XXXX county for {$3700.00} - our property is not in XXXX county and we do not pay taxes to XXXX. I called immediately and reported that they incorrectly assessed our account. I was told that they would need to remove the incorrect tax, which would take 7 days, then send our account back for re-analysis. I called yesterday, XX/XX/19, which was more than 7 days later, and they still had not removed the incorrect XXXX property tax. I told them that we needed to get this resolved as soon as possible, seeing as our payment due XXXX is nearly triple our current payment. I was told that they were unsure whether they would be able to resolve our account prior to the payment due date, and we would need to pay the full payment ( {$3000.00} ), otherwise the account would be sent to collections. I have submitted all of the necessary documentation to Mr. Cooper, but have yet been able to get our escrow account corrected.

Complaint: My mortgage Company Nationstar/Mr. Cooper stopped reporting my mortgage to the 3 credit reporting agencies about 5 years ago. I was unaware of this until XXXX of XXXX. Upon seeing this I immediately contacted them to have this issue corrected, which to date has not been done, I XXXX of this year I spent several hours on the phone with Mr. Cooper ( that's what they are calling them selves now ) telling me that the credit reporting agencies made the request that they stop reporting, and told me that I need to send them Mr. Cooper a letter requesting that my mortgage be reported. I did this on XX/XX/XXXX. Finding this scenario a little odd I called XXXX, XXXX and XXXX and inquired why they would request that Mr. Cooper stop reporting my mortgage, and surprise, surprise it was Mr. Cooper that made the request. I received a letter from Mr. Cooper stating that a request was sent to the 3 reporting agencies asking them to add it back to the tradeline. Well as of today XXXX XXXX this has not been done. I know this because I called all 3 and none of them have any request regarding the adding of my mortgage, they all have told me that I had a mortgage reported at on time but Nationstar requested it be dropped. I then spent another hour and a half om the phone with Mr. Cooper only to be told that 1 I needed to ask the reporting agencies to request it be added ( which I know is incorrect because I asked them to contact Mr. Cooper and was told in no uncertain terms that's not the way it works ), then was told no I was wrong the request was sent, despite the fact I now know it wasn't. Then was told it would have to go back to research to find out what the problem is, and that could take 30 to 60 days, and this was told to me by the escalation department. I do not understand why when I know that according to FRCA that they are required to report this why I am having to fight to get this done, Please help.

We have attached a signed statement from XXXX through their attorney, and he confirms they brokered a fraudulent loan that Nationstar collected on even after they were fully aware of the fraud. Their Attorney has also confirmed the Senior Citizen victim was mislead over {$36000.00} over the course of this loan when you multiply the loan disclosure fraud by the number of payments being made. XXXX XXXX used this bogus claim in their last several fraudulent responses ... " This complaint lists someone the company does not recognize as their customer or their customers authorized representative. '' and the conspiracy to defraud and mislead continues. No one is denying loan fraud, escrow, fraud or theft ... now they just claim to be immune to prosecution, claiming a bogus statute of limitations. " Obama signs law cracking down on mortgage fraud ... Department had received 62,000 reports of mortgage fraud last year ... In the past, the statute of limitations on all kinds of fraud cases was five years. However, President Obama has established a new law in 2009, which increased the statute of limitations to 10 years. Additionally, Florida can toll the statute if the defendant is out of state. '' ALL DEFENDANTS ARE OUT OF STATE ...

Complaint: Back in XX/XX/XXXX I had an unexpected problem with my electric bill and got behind on my mortgage. We live on a fixed income. When I called Mr Cooper to see what I could do to correct the problem all the woman talked about was a modification. I had just gotten one in XX/XX/XXXX and was doing fine and knew I would not get another. I explained to her very clearly that I don't have a computer, printer or internet and would need papers mailed to me. All she said was I'd get them in a week to 10 days. Never saw any. Called and asked again. Same thing. No papers. Finally third time she says oh we can't mail forms just the tax form. Meanwhile months have gone by. Getting more behind and won't take any paynents. On my own I finally figure out how to download forms on my cell. Then find out how to fill them in on my cell. Took weeks because print is so small. At no time does this person tell me about refinancing or loan repayment plans only modification. After getting all paperwork in she wants a letter about taxes and then a letter saying not to use my husbands info. When I later asked her about this she denied it. Turned down because of not enough money. Now two years later and still can't get help.

Complaint: Since just prior to Mr. Cooper taking over the mortgage from Seterus we have been attempting to recover {$1900.00} from Seterus, and now Mr. Cooper. XX/XX/XXXX, Seterus claims they paid {$1900.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX premium for the year XX/XX/XXXX. However, simultaneously, we acquired a new homeowners insurance company, XXXX, which we paid for the year out of our pocket, ending in XX/XX/XXXX. What I am looking for is a solution to this near year-old problem : When do I get my escrow refund of {$1900.00} with interest? To add pain and discomfort to this matter, we have had several telephone calls with Mr. Cooper reps and all claim to work this to the end. However, we have never been responded to, ever.
