Complaint: A reported debt for XXXX from XXXX/XXXX/XXXX for XXXX Never received a medical bill let a lone a notice that an account was being sent to collections or had been placed to collections. I never received a letter that I had a chance to dispute the collection. There is no way I could even have a medical bill for XXXX as I have MILITARY HEALTH INSURANCE. This is absurd.

I have a right to demand to see a signed contract between Midwest recovery system and myself plus after reading many complaints on this company and their tactics of conducting business it is safe to say that they are a scam company and I demand to see a signed contract between myself and them.

Complaint: I am writing in reference to Midwest Recovery Systems. I do not have a signed contract nor any contract with this Agency. There has been absolutely no correspondence or notification from this company at all. This company has first fraudently reported the " Opened Date '' as " Unknown '' & then later reported the open date as XXXX.XXXX, 2017 the date the collection was placed on my Credit Report without notice. I demand to see a signed contract between Midwest Recovery Systems and myself.

Complaint: Out of no where this debt collection shows up on my XXXX credit report. I am a victim of a natural diaster Hurricane Katrina. XXXX investigated this from XXXX XXXX XXXX and removed it from my account. The very next month they began reporting it on my XXXX report.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2016 Midwest Recovery Systems reported a collection on my credit report. According to my credit report, this alleged debt is for {$66.00} and the original creditor is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
I have only been to one physical therapist in my life, and I spoke with them about this matter after I found this report. They told me that they knew nothing about this, and that they had not submitted any debt to any collection agency. They further told me that ALL of my treatments were paid in full by my insurances since I have both medicare and medicaid.
I do not, nor have I ever had an outstanding bill with this or any other physical therapy company. If the bill were owed, I would have paid it, but I will not be paying a fraudulent bill.
Furthermore, I was not informed of this bill before it showed up on my credit report. I was not contacted by telephone or by mail with any bill by either party. I was not given any opportunity to resolve the issue before it showed up on my credit report.
Additionally, I believe that Midwest Recovery Systems has since sold this debt to a second debt collector, adding a second collection for the same fraudulent debt to my credit report. I will be filing a second complaint against the second debt collector.
I have done some research and found that this company has done the same thing or similar to many other people. It needs to stop. I want this fraudulent debt removed from my credit report immediately. I have worked too hard to increase my credit score only to have false statements from these people wrongfully lower my credit score.

Complaint: Upon reviewing my credit report a few months ago i seen multiple accounts listed under MEDICAL. Under hippa my medical information is protected. Why does a third party have my medicam information? Where 's the medical release form? This is humiliating and embarrassing that a third party collection agency can have access to MY medical records. I know for a fact i did not give ANY provider permission to share my medical information. Midwest Recovery needs to remove this account off my credit report and send these accounts back to the original creditors. In addition i will be filing lawsuits against these creditors for violating my medical rights.

Complaint: I saw this derogatory claim from Midwest Recovery Systems for a payday loan that i never took out on ( XXXX XXXX, 2016 ) XXXX claims is {$820.00} ; but Midwest doesnt have a original amount of the said debt or a contact number from the original creditor.
After doing several research have found out its a scam. However they want me to pay them to delete it. I simply told them that if they didnt remove this from my credit i would be suing them for violation of the FCRA and i would be filing a complaint with the Police and i got hung up on. I want this removed from my credit.

Complaint: On Friday, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I received a voicemail message from a company, Midwest Recovery Systems asking me to call back for a very important message. I called back thinking this was the company that had been calling to reach another person with the same last name. I was going to ask them to again remove my number from their database. When I called, XXXX XXXX answered and asked was I calling from xxx-xxx-xxxx, I said yes, she then, asked for XXXX XXXX, I said speaking. She said that she had an important business matter on her desk that I needed to resolve and wanted me to confirm some personal information. She first asked for my date of birth, I asked her what company she was calling from and she said that she already told me that information. I said 'I am not confirming or giving you any information until you can tell me the nature of this call '. She said that she could n't tell me anything until I confirmed information. I then told her 'that I am not giving her any information ' and was in the process of telling her not to call me again when she rattled off " I am trying to help you, I do n't have any collectors calling me, all my bills are paid. I do n't need you to tell me anything, I have all your information right here in front of me. Your DOB is xx-xx-xxxx and your social security number is xxx-xx-xxxx. At this point, she was being very belligerent and was overtalking me, I could n't get a word in. So I said do n't call me again and hung up. I was very upset and angry. I could n't understand why she was being so ignorant and aggressive. I called back and got a different representative by the name of XXXX XXXX. I said that I was calling back to get the name of a representative ( I did n't write it down initially because I did n't think I would need to. I thought it would be a simple remove my number from your database call ). I just talked to about 5 minutes ago so that I could file a consumer complaint. I said if you ca n't help me just let me know and I will find another way to make my complaint. She said quickly, that the employee was right and that by law they ca n't give any information without knowing that they are speaking with the correct person, but that she could connect me with the employee 's supervisor. XXXX XXXX came on the line and I explained to him why I was calling. He also wanted to tell me what they could do by law. My response to his statement was, 'I never gave or confirmed any information to the representative. She was being very aggressive when the call did n't go the way she wanted and blurted off to me a date of birth and a social security number. For one of your company employees to claim to not be able to answer a simple question about the true nature of the call without confirming personal and protected information, but in the same conversation give personal and protected information on someone they suspect to be the correct person is a contradicton. And I am sure is in violation of some law of credit/collection practices. ' He gave me the employees name and I informed them that I would be filing a complaint on the business for harassment.

This is in the : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, WV XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX I called them in XX/XX/XXXX and again last week. They said they sent something to correct this back in XX/XX/XXXX but the derog is still there. From called them again last week they said they would send me a letter ( which has n't arrived yet ).
On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent a a complaint to XXXX ( confirmation # XXXX ) and they responded back saying it was mine because of the social security number. The social security number is mine but its not me. Someone else is using my social security number.

YET THIS COMPANY CONTINUES TO EPORT FALSE INFORMATION TO CREDIT BUREAUS AND HAS NOT SENT ME ONE PIECE OF INFORMATION NOT EVEN THE ORIGNAL 609 LETTER. I HAVE SENT THEM MAIL AND THEY HAVE IGNORED IT. Complaint: I check my credit report every month and i just saw this company report to XXXX and XXXX that I owe a debt to this company. There was no phone number, info of the date or whatever on my credit report except an amount of XXXX dollars. i called them and they asked me for all my info, Birth date, social, address, ect.. I gave it to them. they said that they were collecting for a payday loan that was requested in my name in XXXX 2013, I told them that this was not me. I asked for more information and they told me that the only info they had was from the payday loan company was " word '' of mouth that this was my debt and that i needed to get a police report and send to them that it 's a fraudulent charge. They do n't have any other information to give me. i asked them to verify with the original company anything that states this was mine and they said they did n't have anything other than " word '', so i 'm supposed to call the police dept and say that someone used my name 4 years ago??? really? I had no phone calls, nothing from this so called payday loan company. The CSR agent was rude to me and accused me of lying about this. I am so blown away that something like this is able to happen.
