Complaint: on XX/XX/2018 i sent a letter to Lexis Nexis requesting the method of verification for US BKPT CT FL XXXX XXXX But as of today i have not received a response. this bankruptcy has multiples inaccuracies, the filing addresses is inaccurate, the status is incorrect, the file date is inaccurate, court location is inaccurate. THEY CLAIM THEY VERIFIED WITH THE COURT BUT THE IS FALSE INFORMATION, ACCORDING TO THE COURTS THEY DO NOT GIVE OR FURNISH PUBLIC RECORD TO THIRD PARTY VENDORS LIKE LEXIS NEXIS OR THE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES BECAUSE THE DOCUMENTS ARE SEALED AND THEY NEED A COURT ORDER TO VIEW THE PUBLIC RECORD

Complaint: On or about XX/XX/2018, I called XXXX XXXX for an auto insurance quote. The quote came back more than double my previous rate and I was told by the rep that they had pulled a LexisNexis report that showed multiple accidents accounting for the increased rate. I contacted LexisNexis and requested a copy of the report. The report I received from them dated XX/XX/2018 includes accidents for other individuals from other states with different dates of birth and social security numbers. I contacted LexisNexis and was told that my insurance company had provided that information to them and that I would need to contact my insurance company. When I contacted my insurance company they did not have that incorrect information and said they did not provide that incorrect information. I filed disputes with LexisNexis for the incorrect information and am still waiting for a response. I feel that LexisNexis should be held accountable for recording incorrect information especially when they have dates of birth, addresses, and social security numbers, all of which are easily verifiable. There is no reason for other individuals ' information to be carelessly put on my report.

Complaint: As of XXXX 2018, I called XXXX to obtain a copy of my credit report. I noticed that their was incorrect information on my report a chapter XXXX and a chapter XXXX. I have written 3 letters in XXXX, XXXX, and XX/XX/2018 to XXXX asking how was any information verified. I have submitted letters from the federal court stating that they do not verify anything through third party companies yet on my XXXX credit report it states Lexis Nexus as the company. XXXX has not complied with my request to verify how and when was any information obtained and verified by them for me. This is a violation of my rights as a consumer. I am asking that the company send me a method of validation as to any of my information is obtained or they will have to delete the negative unverified remarks on my credit file. I noticed that I would get the automated response as I would sent in more items to prove I was me. On XX/XX/2018 I was told by an XXXX rep that my credit file was mixed and that was the issue. As it was separated I noticed that I had two derogatory marks on my credit report. The chapXXXX & XXXX has remained despite all the letters I have sent and a letter from federal court.

And these are not my insurances XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. And XXXX is not my social security number. Please remove all these inaccuracies off of my report. I haven't been successful getting a rep to assist me on the removals of these inaccuracies. This is my last attempt to have these items removed otherwise I will sue for defamation under the fcra 623. Also please mail me an updated full disclosure report to me

Complaint: I went on-line to order a free yearly CLUE report. Lexis-Nexis asked me a series of questions to verify my identity. One of the questions did not have any correct answer, so I replied with the closest choice, flunking the exam, and the system would not produce the report. I was forced to call Lexis Nexis. The wait time was in excess of 35 minutes. The FCRA states that the wait time can not exceed 15 minutes. When Lexis Nexis finally answered the phone, I got a representative who I could not understand due to his fast talking and accent. I had to tell him several times to slow down and speak clearly. After ordering the report, I filed a complaint with the representative concerning the incorrect information that the website asked me and the excessive wait time. The representative could not comprehend what I was telling him, I had to politely terminate the call due to my frustration with his speech and ignorance

Complaint: After 18 disputes with XXXX credit reporting agency, and their failure to remove information from my current credit report, they have acknowledged that the information of inaccurate public record information was supplied by LexisNexis risk management and XXXX XXXX. In a direct correspondence with LexisNexis risk management, they responded that no such information bearing my name should be reported, and still it is reported, and based upon a response from XXXX onXX/XX/2018 XXXX stated that the information was supplied by LexisNexis, which is in contrast and opposite of what was written and reported by the direct contact to LexisNexis. In that this information ive been unfairly reported inaccurately on, and the only solution is payment for 17 separate violations or advising Experian to remove such information as inaccurate.

There is a chapter XXXX bankruptcy on my credit file for US bankruptcy XXXX Alabana from XX/XX/XXXX But there are no accounts on my credit reports to support this. I contacted the courts and they advised me to take up with the courts. Also the US Bankruptcy Clerk advised they do not disclose information to 3rd parties. Such as lexisnexis who provided this inaccurate information to XXXX and XXXX I did not file a chapter XXXX in Alabama in XX/XX/XXXX. I was living and working in Nevada in XXXX. Also there isnt one account on my credit report that shows included in Bankruptcy to support their findings. I am asking for supportive documents to proove its mine, accounts included, and how verfied. lexisnexis possibly have me mixed up with my daughter. similar names can be mixed up and reported in error. My daughter has same name as me .and she resides in Alabama XXXX How can i obtain a residence, drivers license, and job, voters card, lease from XX/XX/XXXXshowing my residence here in Nevada and file a bankruptcy in AlabamaXX/XX/XXXX. doesnt makes since.
