Complaint: I contacted Lexis Nexis about some incorrect information several months ago. They were not helpful. Nothing has changed with the credit reporting agencies. They have me confused with my mother in law who used to live at my current address. Now all the credit reporting agencies use HER information in their systems to check my identity when I try to log in. She is in her late XXXX 's and I need to have this cleared up.

Complaint: This week XXXX removed an inaccurately reporting public record from my credit report and reinserted within in 5 days without a written notice to me along with visual proof AGAIN!! This is the FOURTH time in XX/XX/XXXX they have done this with the same file!! It is against my consumer rights for them to keep doing this and getting away with it!!! Furthermore, on XX/XX/XXXX, the three major credit reporting companies - XXXX, XXXX and XXXX - were to enforce stricter rules on the public records they collect, requiring each citation to include the subject 's name, address and either their Social Security number or date of birth. As of XX/XX/XXXX the inaccurate information is still reporting on my Equifax credit report. I am writing this letter and complaint requesting that this Public Record be removed from my credit file immediately, as it does not comply with the rules enforced to report. Also LEXIS NEXIS stated they verified this inaccurately reporting account by XXXX! They stated XXXX sent them my FULL social security number which is against the law. I contacted XXXX about the matter and they stated they DO NOT directly verify any of that information to third parties either and that if they did show any part of a social it would be the last four numbers only. XXXX XXXX also needs to stop reporting this inaccurate file and moreover, they need to abide by the laws also.

Complaint: LexisNexis said they verified a bankruptcy through the courts. This is impossible because the courts do not speak or report to third party agencies. They have failed to properly verify information that was disputed. They are reporting information that can not be verified to the three major credit agencies. This is chasing improper credit reporting through the fcRA. They need to remove the unverified item from all 3 agencies

Complaint: Re : CFPB Case # XXXX Dated : XX/XX/2018 You stated that you obtained my information from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) This does not meet the Federal Trade Commissions guidelines of what constitutes proper debt validation. Please provide me the method of verification as required under Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), you are required by federal law to verify - through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract. Therefore, in accordance with s.1629e ( 8 ) of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, That clearly states that any information know to be false, can not be reported to any credit bureau , In the event that you can not verify the item pursuant to the FCRA , and you continue to list the disputed item on my credit report I will find it necessary to sue you for actual damages and declaratory relief under the FCRA. According to this regulation, I may sue you in any qualified state or federal court, including small claims court in my area. While I prefer not to litigate, I will use the courts as needed to enforce my rights under the FCRA. I look forward to an uneventful resolution of this matter.
