Complaint: This debt showed up about an apartment I had over 2 years ago. When I called the company to ask for details they said this was for services rendered like trash removal and spraying for cat pee. This was a XXXX sq foot apartment. Even if it was full of stuff ( which it was not ) it could n't be that much. I did not have a cat in the apartment. When I ask why no communication was sent to me at my new apartment ( the apartment had new address as part of move out pw ) they said everything was sent to the address of my old apartment they were showing a debt for. I ask for paperwork proving this is my debt and I have yet to receive anything from them. I have done everything I can do to resolve it in good faith. This is just wrong. I was never given anything about this charge and now I cant get it off my credit report.

Complaint: My daughter filled out a lease application for a college apartment. XXXX XXXX emailed asking us to fill out a XXXX application. We NEVER completed an application or even responded. XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX continued to send us emails. In her email, she stated that My daughter signed a contract but needed several forms in order to move forward with the unit placement. We knew that my daughter was unsure whether she would be living at this location, so we did NOT reply. We did not leave a down payment or deposit. We were sent several emails stating that the lease was incomplete and that they did not have an agreement or proof of income.Also stated, was that it needed to be notarized and completed by XXXX/XXXX/15. We were then notified by a collection agency, ( XXXX ) asking us to pay {$8900.00}. They stated that they had an esignature on the guarantor lease agreement. We asked them to provide us with a copy of this document and proof of esignature. They stated that they would send us this within the next XXXX to XXXX business days. NO DOCUMENTS WERE EVER SENT OR RECEIVED. The next thing I know, we see a collection on my credit report! We contacted XXXX, at the XXXX and she advised us to file a dispute.

Complaint: HUNTER WARFIELD AND XXXX APARTMENTS. I have disputed a debt because the apartment I lived in did not comply with sending me the required information and then the apartment complex changed the amount I owed from {$1600.00} to {$2400.00} for the bed bugs. I do not owe and have disputed the debt twice, but they continue to contact me AND they have reported me to a credit bureau. The last time I sent emails, letters and copies of my move out charges. The credit bureau is the final straw.

Complaint: I was let out of a previous lease from XXXX and I was informed I would receive a bill after my deposit was deducted from the balance of the last month 's rent only if I owed. I was informed by the manager that I should NOT have much balance after deducting my security deposit. After not hearing back from the leasing manager, I called and was informed they were attempting to locate the paperwork from when I initially moved into the apartment complex since it was through a different company and they ( XXXX ) bought out the previous owners. The leasing manager confirmed my previous apt . # ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX ) and confirmed I was moved to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX after many of us was relocated different apartments due to fire. Months later I received a bill stating I owed {$780.00} with no deduction of my deposit. There was no damage to the apartment, no clean up fees attached no nothing but this balance for the last month 's rent. Later I wrote them online through their website and never received a reply. I also wrote the management company and never received a reply. I then later received a bill from a collection agency with a larger amount, when I called them they stated it was due to interest. I explained to them the inaccuracies and informed the collection company I should not have a balance, but it did n't matter to them.

Complaint: Hunter Warfield is price gouging. I have attempted to settle the debt. The company continues to raise the price. The first settlement was XXXX then XXXX now it 's XXXX. I paid XXXX to the original debt at XXXX. The company was sold now hunter Warfield is trying to from them and take advantage of my situation. The rent owed was XXXX of which I paid XXXX before I left ( courthe documents prove ). Now, there were clothes on the floor when I left that 's it. Carpet must be changed for each Tennant as per tn state code yet they charged me for carpet. I was actually in my last month of my lease so there were no extra charges. I am willing to pay a fair amount, XXXX is ridiculous expecially since the company no longer exists.
