Complaint: I borrowed approximately XXXX dollars from this company more than 1 year ago. After making 14 months of payments in the account of XXXX each, the company shows that I still owe in excess of XXXX. It appears that the total payments will exceed XXXX after 2 years.
I was told at the outset that this was a simple interest loan. I have been trying for over a year to get someone to explain how a simple interest loan can escalate into an amount that nearly tripled the original debt.
I am trying to get this agency to stop its predatory lending practices to the elderly and poor.

Complaint: When I signed up for this financial product, I did understand of these types of products have high interest rates. However, I was just emailed about an interest rate and transaction fee reduction. When looking at the new rate, I never really realized, or must have missed before, how exactly how high this interest rate is. 238 % APR and a transaction fee of {$5.00} per {$100.00} borrowed. If this is the reduced rate, I cant even imagine with the higher rates were.

Complaint: Cashnetusa deposited {$300.00} into my personal checking account on Wednesday, XX/XX/2019. They used my personal information from a loan they had transacted with me 10 years ago. I contacted them upon discovering the deposit today, XX/XX/XXXX. I was told they could not reverse the deposit because more than 24 hours had transpired. I argued with several agents for nearly 45 minutes before they finally agreed to reverse the deposit. My complaint stems from the simple fact that I DID NOT authorize anybody at cashnetusa, whether on line, on the phone, or in person, to grant me a loan of any kind whatsoever. I sincerely believe that the only way this loan was transacted was by a cashnetusa agent with nefarious and/or fraudulent intentions.

Complaint: I paid this company off they would not give me a pay off amount so I had to pay more than what was due they told I over paid and I would be getting a refund of {$290.00} but I would have to wait 30 days for the check to clear and the would ACH the refund back into my account that did not happen now they are saying that they are having issues with that process and will be mailing me a check and I will need to wait 7 to 10 days more so now they are hold my money for 45 days and not paying me anything for the use of my money

Complaint: in XX/XX/XXXX of 2019 i emailed the company that i was changing bank accounts. and they kept withdrawing from a no longer used account causing damages to the bank account i incurred over {$300.00} in overdraft fees on this account plus their payment totaling in over {$900.00} with the banking fees.. earlier this month inXX/XX/XXXX of 2019 did i get a e-mail asking for my new account information via this e-mail they sent which i know for a fact this is a security threat to the banking system and no one should reply to any e-mail with a bank account number.
every time they call i state they have a balance owed on a bank account that was over drawn and they still state that i owe a balance.. this is a stale mate situation.

Complaint: Netcredit is a company that not interest in listening to any complaint or trying to work with the me to help because I can't pay the high amount of interest and the very little amount going towards the principle that is unfair and wrong for anybody to have to do.
I am not trying to not pay them but I have a problem with them trying to lock me in a five year loan which they seek to collect three time the loan amount they gave me. I am a XXXX Veteran that gets a monthly check that all I have to live on for Netcredit to do this is shameful and disgraceful. PLEASE HELP..!!

Complaint: Around XXXX of 2018 I took out a loan for the amount of XXXX with cash net. I successfully paid 2 payments of XXXX each. I did online chat asking to change the amount or a different day and the first time they did the second time they did not and did not care j was struggling. When I filed a complaint with the consumer financial protection bureau they claimed that I never talked to them and that I was avoiding them and that I owe everything that they say I owe and they were not going to work with me at all. I've been struggling to make payments for everything it's now between food on the table or paying a payday loan or paying for my car insurance or my cell phone bill my family is most important to me. I would like to get this taken care of as soon as possible so it doesn't cost me any extra money and it doesn't cost the company any extra money. have not been contacted by them through any type of email or text messaging they may have called but have not left messages and if they have left messages it's a recording and it gets cut off. They currently are saying I owe them XXXX which would have been the amount paid back in full in one payment for the amount borrowed so I do not owe them {$930.00} that is absurd. I should have maybe {$370.00}.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019, I attempted to move the payment date to XX/XX/2019. During the first conversation with the company I was told that the payment had to be made two ( 2 ) days prior to the payment date which is XX/XX/2019. I then reviewed the attached contract. Per the contract XX/XX/XXXX 's due date is XX/XX/2019 and the contract or website does not state this requirement. I then made a second telephone call to the company 's customer service requesting that the payment date be moved to XX/XX/XXXX and per the contract it did fall within the " two ( 2 ) day ''. The customer service representative could not make the changes nor had any further explanation. I was then transferred to a manager and requested this payment date moved again.The manager then stated that the request could not be made due to a " two ( 2 ) business day prior to the original payment date ''. Again, there is NO written statement in the contract that states what has been stated by customer service.
