Complaint: I am officially filing a complaint against Enova International , Inc. d/b/a NetCredit. This corporation is a well disguised, predatory payday/installment loan company taking advantage of individuals in dire financial situations. Customers are lured in with the promise of consumers being able to get access to the credit they need. On their website, they claim that we believe everyone deserves access to credit. Yes, they believe this because they then profit on the disgustingly high interest rates they charge. NetCredit claims they believe our customers come first. This is an outright lie. Enova International , Inc. d/b/a NetCredits bottom-line comes first. Its profit margins come first. It has no care for customers or it would not charge the exorbitant interest rates it does. On its website Enova International , Inc. d/b/a NetCredit makes the claim that they are committed to 100 % customer satisfaction yet it has 62 complaints in the XXXX XXXX XXXX database with a 1 out of 5 star rating. The majority of these complaints were closed with the customer rejecting the response. A large number of the complaints center on the outrageous, greedy, predatory interest rates charged. On XXXX XX/XX/2017, I took a loan from NetCredit in the amount of {$1200.00}. To date I have made 11 payments at the payment amount of {$100.00} each for a total paid of {$2000.00} plus a check payment of {$100.00} which has not been cashed or applied to my account. NetCredit states I still have fourteen more payments of {$100.00} each to make. For a {$1200.00} loan, I will end up paying {$3600.00}, more than THREE TIMES the loan amount!! NetCredit has received its {$1200.00} back PLUS {$830.00} in interest. This is a rate of 69 %!!!!! The XXXX XXXX XXXX, Federal Trade Commission and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau can not allow this business practice to continue. It is predatory, obscene greed!!! I am making this complaint to appeal to the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to do something about these lenders. It is simply inexcusable how they are allowed to operate. I want my account reported as Closed/Paid in Full/IN GOOD STANDING. Enova International , Inc. d/b/a NetCredit will dispute this complaint as it does with all complaints filed against them. Complaint: Loan Summary ( Loan # : XXXX ) My account XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX I borrowed {$10000.00} on a personal loan at 34 % interest rate, I was desperate and needed the money. Biweekly payments are {$190.00} or {$380.00} per month. they only do direct debits and debit my checking account every other Friday, so, the date keeps changing, and so does the application of my payment- the amount of interest and principal keeps changing- this does not sound correct, but they tell me its because the dates change for the payments- that's complaint # 1 we need to look into- see my documents attached. # 2 on XX/XX/XXXX I made large payment of {$4000.00} to reduce my balance and interest, I did it with rep. who charged me to take the payment, he said that the balance, principal and interest would update automatically within 24 hours, they did not, see attached, so I have called them 3-4 times and they said they would send me a corrected payment schedule, but they have not despite my repeated calls and e-mails, this is illegal in the State of CA. Reg. Z demands that principal and interests payments and APR be reflected accurately on any loan. In one e-mail to me they said I had used an e-mail address not on file, so they would only respond to the e-mail address on file, I said fine. then after 2 days I called again and they said they would send it by Monday the XXXX. and on Sat the XXXX. I got another e-mail from them telling me that noting would be forthcoming because I had already spoken to another rep. they are usurious and dis honest and should be penalized. Pls. see attached Documents and e-mails.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I received three emails claiming the loan I applied for was denied because of my credit, well the thing is I haven't applied for a payday loan with any company in over a year. When I replied to the email the company said if I check my paperwork it will tell me that they are loan provider. I didn't understand because they assume I knew about the loan but that I didn't know it was from them, I further explained I never applied for a loan well on today 's date XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX I received another denial letter about a recent loan. I asked for proof of this loan they claimed I signed and all I received was another email of a recent loan denial.

Complaint: Contacted NetCredit for XXXX in XX/XX/2018. At the time was never disclosed of interest rate of 59.75. To my surprise I had benn making payment of {$140.00} and noticed loan amount was going up instead of down. They are totally ripping me off. Never told me that they would be debiting my account twice a month. I borrowed {$3100.00} and have paid a {$1000.00} dollars toward account and balance says XXXX. Had I of been told upfront was a payday loan I would of never taken loan. NetCredit took advantage of a XXXX year old woman who supports herself with a 59.75 % interest. Please help.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 this company CashnetUSA removed over {$500.00} from my personal bank account. I called my bank to tell them this was a fraud and the bank canceled the transaction. I called this company CashnetUSA to ask them what they were doing and they said they were collecting on a loan. I told them I have no loan with them and asked how they got my personal banking information and they said from an online application. I told them I didn't do that and to stop from emailing me, calling me and trying to collect from me as I have no account with them and never had. The following month XX/XX/2019, they attempted to debit my account again for over {$500.00} to which my bank stopped that transaction again. I wrote to them to stop this activity and asked them to tell me how they have my personal information and the response I received was ; " If you think this was fraud, file a police report and send us that information '' Seriously? they obtained my information fraudulently, have no methods to stop online hacking or they perhaps have underhanded employees and I'm supposed to go out of my way to substantiate their illicit activities? I think not! To this day I receive demanding emails and phone calls every single day. I want this company to cease and to advise where they obtained my personal and private information. Complaint: Correction in documentation- Yes, i have tried to handle and communicate with company about situation. They will not work with me in any ways and are rude and unprofessional place i have ever been a customer of. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a loan from Cash Net USA for XXXX. A few months later I got a XXXX and XXXX dollar loan. Equaling XXXX. I was not informed that I would be paying XXXX dollars biweekly. I contacted the business. They did not help any and told me " orry we cant help you. Then they agreed to XXXX dollars every two weeks and did not keep their word. I called today XX/XX/XXXX. Asked how much I had paid so far- XXXX. Asked how much more I owed- XXXX. A total of XXXX for a XXXX dollar loan!!! The lady proceeded to say I was charged XXXX each time even though I did not take out XXXX dollars! They are scammers! and do not care anything about their customers! I am a single mother and their is no way possible way I can afford XXXX every two weeks. I have tried to contact the company on several occasions but no response/or no help what so ever. Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, we were approved and were funded for a loan with NetCredit. In XX/XX/XXXX, we had to close our bank account ( of over 30 years ) because of fraudulent activities ( someone tried to cash checks against our account ). I immediately started reaching out to all direct debit companies ( utilities, insurance, loans, etc. ). As you will see from attached correspondence, we reached out, followed their instructions, and still received late notifications. Despite my several attempts to have them follow through, these attempts were ignored. When I try to make payments through the website, I receive a message saying that we are not set up for automatic payments and we are unable to make payments online. I will be making similar complaints about two other online lenders. This issue may be endemic to online lenders because I did not have funding issues with any other online payment provider. Despite our repeated efforts to resolve the issue, we are being hit with penalties and late fees, as well as reporting to credit bureaus. I am going to file this complaint with every single source possible and I am hoping you can help.

Complaint: I took a loan out with Cash Net USA for the amount of XXXX I have been paying on this loan for over a year now so far I have paid more than my loan because of the interest rate. I am seeking counseling because I am at the point where I just want to XXXX XXXX because this is just to much of a hardship for me, I am a single mother of XXXX my youngest was just diagnosed with a XXXX XXXX and with those medical bills and with paying for daycare and other utilities that I need in order for my children to survive. It's really taking a toll on me, I tried contacting CashNet back in XXXX to try to set up payment arrangement and the representative was very rude and all she said was " well I am sorry you are going through a hardship, but you took out a loan and that loan has to be paid no matter your situation '' They are shark loans, take advantage of people in need. I am hoping I can have something resolved.
