Nonetheless I was a victim of FRAUD and I made a police report and other necessary filings. However, this company continues to try and collect on a FRAUDULENT account. I was advised to file with your establishment before contacting the FCC and others.

Complaint: I 'm currently in contract to get a home loan a debt came up on my credit report from diversified collection agency which I contacted and they explain to me is from a time warner account under the name of XXXX XXXX which is not me my name is XXXX XXXX. This agency said my social security was used to open this account and they received that account from XXXX. I contacted XXXX they assure me and confirm that account was not open with my social security number or my name and I 'm an not affiliated with that account at all and they do n't know why that collection agency is trying to collect from or why they are saying my social security was used to open the account. There 's no fraud committed the only fraud I see is this collection agency pinning this debt on me. I believe is because yes I went through collection for a minor amount about 8 years ago and me and this person have the same last name so they picked my social security number to pin this on my credit report. So I was forced to pay the debt in order to make sure I get my home loan. But I did it in a dispute with XXXX which suppose to contact that collection agency and confirm that debt is not mines. I explain that to the collection agency but they still think is me I told them I want my money back asoon as this clears out. It seems like this collection agency do n't want to hear me out. It is not right what they are doing I 'm more upset about not getting this loan for my first home because they decided to mess up my credit.

Complaint: I tried numerous times to close an account with XXXX after I moved out of an area in which my cell service worked, which is a legitimate reason to close an account by their policy. After repeatedly calling for three months, and being left on an endless hold numerous times, they agreed to close my account and remove all charges from my account because I was always on roaming cellular service, and I was not receiving the service I was paying for. I moved in XX/XX/XXXX, and they closed the account in early XX/XX/XXXX. I now have two different collections on my credit report, for two different amounts, but both from sprint and they are destroying my credit score. I do not owe this money and no one from XXXX will give me a clear answer to why this account went to collections, much less why there are TWO accounts for XXXX in collections. Also, no one has contacted me in the past year to let me know I owed this debt, I just so happen to see the collection accounts on my credit report.

Complaint: I was a victim of identity theft and noticed a collection from DIVERSIFIED CONSULTANTS I 've attempted to dispute multiple times however no response on their end. Not sure what else to do. Police department told me to contact the federal trade commission which I wrote a formal complaint against DIVERSIFIED CONSULTANTS in regards to this matter. Complaint: Diversified Consultants has been calling my work, cell and home phone repeatedly for months ( possibly a year ) sometimes several times a day. I thought they had stopped but today they called my XXXX aged son on his cell, LAST straw! They do n't tell me why they are calling but want me to pay them $ XXXX and give them info or face legal action. I would never give a company like this any financial info ever, I do n't owe them anything to begin with and have never even heard of them before. I do n't want to change all my numbers but will if you ca n't help me resolve.

Complaint: Today I got a message from a Bank lender saying that i had a debt collection note from Diversified Consultants on my credit report. I called them and I asked if they send any information or called me regarding this issue before putting the collection note on my credit report and they said no that they did n't have current information. I told them that I needed that note deleted and they said it is submitted we cant to anything. At this point I have a note dispute on XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I also filed a complaint for XXXX on FTC. It is unbelievable how companies destroy people records without any care. My credit score is today XXXX points lower due to this issue. This is abuse and it should be investigated and punished.
