Complaint: I called into the company and gave nothing but my name told them I had called in recently and was attempting to find out how many accounts the company had for me. The representative who answered did not ask a single question to verify I was who I said I was, but she released my full name, who the account was with, and how much it was. This was a clear violation of my personal information. I then requested a supervisor to ask what the company 's verification process for protecting clients he as well released my full name, who the account is with and how much it is without any sort of verification either. The way this account has been handled has been absolutely horrible and makes me wonder if the fraud issues I 've had have stemmed from this company. If it was n't actually me calling in I have no doubt that someone would have my full name and the information associated to the account in collections. Upon attempting to reach the company prior to filling this complaint they have hung up on me three times when asking for a manager to settle this issue.

Complaint: In XXXX of this year I received a collections letter from Diversified Consultants stating they were collecting for XXXX. In XXXX of XXXX, I made arrangements to have payments taken out of my account automatically. So, I was concerned that this company was just trying to collect money from me. So, I sent a letter requesting validation of the debt. Specifically asking for them to prove that XXXX gave them permission to collect on this debt. They received my letter on XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX. They sent back to me a bill from XXXX. They did not provide what I specifically asked for. In good faith and just to resolve the issue. I had sent them a check for the full balance. Today I received an email from XXXX that they have added this account which is STILL IN DISPUTE to my credit report dropping my scores over XXXX points. I called this company and asked them how did they have a right to add this account to my credit report while the account was in dispute with their company NOT ATT. They told me they would not remove this account. So I told them not to cash my check if they do not plan to remove the account from my credit profile. They were rude, unapologetic, and simply did not care at all about the fact that they had profoundly affected my life. This company is a predator. I have a right based on the FDCPA and the FCRA to ask for verification and VALIDATION of anything reporting on my credit report or anyone asking me to pay them that I do not have a contract with.

Complaint: on XX/XX/2016 I switched from XXXX to XXXX and got a new XXXX. 13 days later, I returned the phone to the store where I got it and canceled my contract because the phone service was not good where I lived. my contractor gave me 14 days to return the phone and cancel if I was n't satisfied. Despite returning the phone I was later billed by sprint as if I never returned The phone. I have all the paperwork to prove that I return the phone within the 14 day window and should not be charged anything. I have called XXXX numerous times to resolve this but despite their promises my bill was sent to collection and sits at {$640.00}.

Complaint: I am submitting a complaint against Diversified Consultants. Diversified Consultants , Inc . XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX They were assigned a collection account in the amount of XXXX dollars on behalf of XXXX XXXX. I contacted XXXX and they stated they were pulling this back from the collections and that I could pay in full and the tradeline would no longer be reported on my consumer file. I paid in full. Diversified is still reporting this negative information on my file. In my opinion XXXX, or Diversified can not completely verify that the debt was XXXX percent accurate because I am owed money due to XXXX being cited and sued by the FTC for over 105 million dollars for cramming and premium text services. XXXX unlawfully charged consumers for 3rd party services that were never authorized. Therefore they can not fully XXXX percent confirm that my account information was accurate. They reported this to Diversified while the FTC was still investigating. While I have paid off this account, I paid it off being told that it would be fully deleted from credit file. Since the debt can not be fully validated from XXXX Diversifed should not be able to report this tradeline on my consumer reports.
