Complaint: Good Afternoon, I was previously a client of XXXX XXXX XXXX . They had provided me with exceptional service and had great products. I was charged a ridiculous amount of money ( {$2200.00} ) in long distance calls, I never made. I attempted on numerous occasions to have them review this, I asked them if a copy of my passport of proof of residence was needed to clarify this matter. They advised I would receive a letter in the mail explaining my options and thanked me for been a loyal client. Later I received several calls from DIVERSIFIED CONSULTANTS INC , a collections company. They made numerous calls at all hours and many more after I advised them to please not contact me during working hours. They advised this would ruin my credit, specially after I mentioned I was in the process of buying a home. I asked them to please help me cure the issue, since XXXX XXXX XXXX never helped me, clear a debt, for calls I never made out of the U.S. DIVERSIFIED CONSULTANTS INC advised they would help me, but I had to pay {$1200.00} and they would clear this issue. This was not fair, but I needed to make any and all attempts at saving my credit history. I made the payment against my own will, and they advised it would not be reported, nor will it affect my credit history. I complied with their unfair and devious collections tactics, in an attempt to save my credit. I ask you please help me remove this account from DIVERSIFIED CONSULTANTS INC / XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Act # XXXX - Agency Ref # XXXX ) from my credit reports. I thank you in advance for your consideration and help resolving this damaging and unfair act from XXXX XXXX XXXX and Diversified Consultants Inc XXXX .
