Complaint: I was under that protective XXXX Credit reporting agency " XXXX XXXX '' which they contacted me by email that there was a change on my report, that ' when i seen all these little amounts of {$42.00} {$56.00} {$31.00} & so on which i have never received or had any out standing balances of those amounts.After gathering info on who filed that on my credit report, i found out it was Credit Systems International, the actual amount filed with them that i owe is {$190.00}, not these small increment amounts! They are filing false amounts to make it look like i have all this debt i owe. Credit Systems has made no attempt to contact me. I feel at the least that it is unethical & or guidelines or laws have been broken.
Including the fact that XXXX is aware of this practice!

Complaint: This company Credit Systems Intl is on my credit report twice for two separate medical bills that I do not recognize. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent them a dispute requesting that they validate the debt and prove that it belongs to me. As of today, I have never received anything from this company in writing providing proof that this debt belongs to me, nor did I receive anything prior to them placing it on my credit report. On XX/XX/XXXX, I notified the credit bureaus that had requested debt validation and that I had not received nothing, with the hopes that they would have the agency validate with me. At that time they opened a dispute and 48 hours later I was sent notification from XXXX hat the debt was updated as valid. I am asking for help because am wondering, how can a debt be deemed valid if I have never received validation, even after sending a request in writing. FCRA says if the debt is not validated within 30 days the bureaus must remove said debt and that is what I want done.

Complaint: Collection Agency : Credit System International , Inc., XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, TX XXXX.
When it comes federal laws, they are written to protect consumers from unlawful business practices from agencies such as. I was not given sufficient time during the dispute process to get as much information regarding a medical debt. My understanding, I had already took care of matters with an XXXX. That was collected at the time of service XX/XX/XXXX. CSI sent original letter dated XX/XX/XXXX. I disputed the claim because I didnt know what debt was for. By law a consumer has up to 90 days at the time collection agency makes contact regarding an outstanding debt, before any reporting to the credit bureaus negatively. Federal Credit Reporting Act under The Federal Commission, section 623. CSI reported negatively to the credit bureaus while this matter was in dispute. The have violated my rights under the FDCPA and FCRA. I value my credit, and anything negatively reported should be removed.
Please assist in this matter.

Complaint: Credit Systems International Keeps reporting erroneous information about me, though it has been proven that I dont and never have lived in XXXX XXXX.
All three credit reports show a {$460.00} collection from " credit systems international '' I have NEVER had an account with them.
Upon further investigation I find it is related to a " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' account, some type of electric utility company.
For the past 20 years I have had only two Electric accounts ... XXXX in XXXX, which I still Have at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXXXXXX XXXX
both have always been in great standing and the highest bill I have ever had with either one has been about {$180.00} in a month.
The Credit reporting agency refuses to fix this problem even though they did verify that I never lived in XXXXXXXX XXXX ... They were reporting that I had lived there based upon this Utility company saying I had. After verifying this info and removing the address in XXXX from my report, they still are accepting this info from Credit Systems International saying I owe for electricity in XXXX.
I cant get any satisfaction from This Credit Systems company as they will not talk to me unless I give them my SS # ... I have nothing to do with them and I don't randomly give my SS # to any company that desires it.
I would have been contacting these companies dealing with this, proving I never lived there ... before it even occurred if I had known, but XXXX XXXX XXXX, nor this Credit Systems international ever mailed anything to me at my address..XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, mailing address XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX for the past almost 20 years..and a House I own in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX.
I did receive some phone calls from a collection company which I now feel it was Credit Systems but before they would tell me what it was about, they wanted my SS # and birth date, I don't know about you but I had no dealings with them, therefore I wasn't giving my info. Those companies could have looked on the credit report that they received and used my address on the report, they are the ones who put the erroneous address on there some how.
Why The credit reporting agencies accept addresses randomly like that is beyond my understanding, and then the consumer has to jump through hoops to get it off there.
Please help me get this stuff off my credit record.

Complaint: Credit Systems Intl has added a collection to my credit profile which has severely damaged my credit since I have no collections on my credit report until yesterday. I closely monitor my credit due to identity theft and fraud. They are attempting to collect on a debt from a company called XXXX XXXX. I have disputed this in the past as not belonging to me and the company was unable to validate the debt so it was removed two years ago. Again this debt is not mine and I thought this was established. Furthermore I have received no communication from either Credit Systems or XXXX XXXX prior to to this damaging information being placed on my credit report. No phone call, no letter. No communication once so ever. I was not given my legal right to once again dispute this information and prove I do not owe this bill. This original date of deficiency is in 2011.

Complaint: I called the debt collector to figure out what was the amount of debt in my account but did not match what I am currently seeing under XXXX XXXX. They argued that I will have to pay the amount they are showing regardless and I refused because under FDCPA Section 807 ( 2 ) they Misrepresenting the character amount, or legal status of the debt. I asked for my account # because I wanted to start a dispute using XXXX XXXX and they question me on why I needed it with an attitude. The debt collector then said " I make sure to put the new debt on your credit report so you have no other choice other than to pay it.

Complaint: I had a CT scan performed in an emergency room on XX/XX/XXXX. I received a bill for {$130.00} ( Account # XXXX ) from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( contact information listed below ). On XX/XX/XXXX I made a payment of {$75.00}. I later received a collection notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( contact information listed below ) stating that I owed the original balance of {$130.00} ( Account # XXXX ). I checked my credit report and saw that this collection was listed as a derogatory mark on my XXXX credit report. I contacted the service provider and paid my remaining balance of {$55.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. I then contacted the collection agency and informed them that my bill was paid. A month or two later ( I'm not exactly sure when ) the derogatory mark was removed from my credit report. In XX/XX/XXXX, I started receiving calls from this same credit agency. When I spoke with them, they informed me that they were attempting to collect the balance of {$55.00} for this same account. I informed them that the account was paid on XX/XX/XXXX and they stated that the service provider showed that I had a balance due. I contacted the service provider personally and confirmed that the account was paid. I was given Transaction ID # XXXX. I called the credit agency back and gave them this information and told them to stop calling me. The representative assured me that they would confirm the XXXX balance with the provider. I printed a copy of my account breakdown from the provider 's website that showed a XXXX balance and mailed it to the address on the collector 's statement. Later in the month, a derogatory mark appeared on my XXXX credit report for {$55.00}. I contacted the creditor again and demanded they remove this mark from my credit report. I provided all of the pertinent information ( dates, transaction numbers, etc. ) to them again. The representative assured me that they would confirm with the provider and remove this mark. The mark has still not been removed. Today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I contacted the collection agency again and they said they contacted the provider and were told that I had a balance. I told them that this was untrue because I spoken with the provider on more than one occasion and confirmed that my account was paid. They refused to remove the mark on my credit report. I am mailing a copy of my account statement again showing a zero balance to them, however, I feel that this should not be necessary. I was able to confirm my account has been paid with a simple phone call that took less than 5 minutes. In my opinion, this collection agency is not contacting my original service provider to confirm my account as they have been stating and are purposely misleading me to try and collect money from me that is not owed. -- - Contact Information : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX.
