Complaint: I called Credit Systems International to inform them that this debt was paid via my insurance company and I asked XXXX to provide me with the name of the Physician or Medical Facility that they were collecting on behalf of. XXXX stated that it was XXXX but she could n't give me the name. She also stated that it was their policy that she could not speak to me because I was speaking on my phone on a hands free ( through my car audio system ) device. I asked her to transfer me to someone who had more compassion about what I needed and she transferred me to a random voicemail. I called back and got XXXX again and she stated the call " Are you still calling on a speaker phone? '' She did not attempt to assist me nor did she provide me with the name of the company that she was collecting on behalf of. I had to hang up and call my insurance company and have them call her, but she continued to be rude and did not provide any information.

Complaint: When I disputed with credit bureaus, they only responded that they are reporting the information that Credit Systems International is furnishing them.
Credit Systems International is incorrectly reporting an account to the credit bureaus and has obviously ignored my letters and billing disputes. I have never had any negative accounts on my credit reports until this one and this account status is severely affecting my ability to be approved for credit - which is how I found out they are reporting this information in the first place.
I have sent at least XXXX letters to XXXX and Credit Systems and have made numerous phone calls regarding the incorrect billing of my account. When I went in for XXXX, XXXX told me they were still on our insurance plan and I would be charged the same amount as I was for the previous XXXX. When I got the bill for approximately 4 times what I had been previously billed, I started making phone calls and sending letters. They eventually told me that they were not part of our insurance - even though before they did the xrays, they told me what I 'd be charged. This is very unfair.
They finally accepted a payoff and agreed to remove the account from my credit reports when they received the payment. I also wrote on the back of the check that the amount was the final payment that we agreed on.
They have violated several of my rights per FCBA Section 161 and FCRA Sections 616, 617, 621, and 623 : 1. They did not bill me as agreed. I immediately disputed this bill as soon as I received it, but they did not inform the credit bureaus of that when they first reported this account. Based on CFPB data, they have a pattern of billing incorrectly and not being able to validate what they 're billing for.
2. They are reporting as a non-medical collection, when it should have been reported as a medical collection. I let them know this, they said they 'd correct it, but they did n't. XXXX, that refused to issue me credit is the one that informed me of this.
3. They never told me they were going to report this to the credit bureaus. As far as I knew, they were still researching the amount I was charged. I only discovered they were reporting when I was denied credit.
4. They agreed on a payoff and to remove the incorrect information from my credit reports, but still have not done so.
The result I expect is for them to remove this incorrect reporting completely from all my credit reports, so that I do n't have to file a complaint with the FTC or a lawsuit.
I 'm attaching a cancelled check as proof they agreed to remove this from my credit reports.

Complaint: 2014 I was the victim of identify theft, and a police report was filed and sent via certified mail to the XXXX credit bureaus, XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX. It was taken off my credit report. Now, 2 years later, XXXX XXXX has sold the account to Credit Systems International, who has reported it on my credit reports. They are unhelpful and XXXX XXXX is saying that I have to file an FTC report, with police report, etc. again and send it to them before they can do anything ; when in fact they have all this information from 2 years ago, and erroneously sold the account to Credit Systems International.

I no longer work for that company and I became homeless and was living out of my car from XXXX 2015 until XXXX 2015. I do not have the paperwork anymore because of living in the car. Complaint: I received notification that XXXX medical collection accounts had been added to my credit file. I investigated the collection accounts with the credit bureaus and the collection agencies and found out that a mistake had been made and another person with the same name had XXXX medical collection account and had been mistakenly added to my credit file. During this conflict, I was trying to close a mortgage loan and because of this mistake, my closing date has been delayed and I have incurred additional fees to try and clear this up.
