Complaint: I dispute the validity of this entire debt. I am invoking Texas Finance Code 392.202 CORRECTION OF THIRD-PARTY DEBT COLLECTOR 'S OR CREDIT BUREAU 'S FILES. The XXXX is not bonded in Texas and is acting illegally. They will not send me proof of not being bonded in Texas so I can not send proof to the credit bureaus to remove these charges that I am not liable for. I was assured that after making a " full payment '' the account was going to be completely removed and now that they received my money are refusing to remove the account from my credit report and instead just updated the account to reflect as a paid collection, this is a violation of our agreement.
