Complaint: Once again I am reaching out about CoreLogic Credco. There is blatantly wrong information on our credit file that they arent willing to update saying it can take up to XXXX days to remove - maybe less but no guarantees. I have all of the documentation that I need and XXXX XXXX and each of the credit reporting agencies have been helpful - only after escalating with XXXX XXXX. When there is inaccurate info on a file that can hinder someones ability to buy a home - and potentially end up homeless because of a snag like this - it shouldnt be taken this lightly. I have the case number from someone in XXXX XXXX exec office, they have sent letters directly to Credco to get them removed, but they see no urgency. I couldnt even get to a supervisor when I asked. Was told nobody was in. How can we make sure this gets corrected in a timely fashion so we can get our loan and close on time?

Complaint: My husband and I are in the midst of applying for a mortgage w/ XXXX XXXX. We have no outstanding disputes w/ XXXX XXXX and three are showing up despite the accounts being paid in full, having XXXX balances, two being closed, and one being open. XXXX XXXX is telling me there are NO ACTIVE DISPUTES, so there is nothing to remove. When asked for a letter stating that, they told me ( XXXX - agent # XXXX ) that they can not furnish something saying that. It is not an option. These three disputes are causing huge problems in the underwriting process. We now run the risk of not getting the mortgage and ultimately being homeless because we have to move out of our apartment. CoreLogic Credco is where the info is showing up - and I do not see these active disputes on my main three reporting agencies ( XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ). How can I get them removed/updated? I am desperate right now.

Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX, DOB XX/XX/XXXX and last four of social security number XXXX. On XX/XX/2019 I contacted company " XXXX XXXX '' to purchase a vehicle. I wanted to see if I would pre-approve for a car loan with one of their creditors, same way I pre-approved with my bank and employer XXXX through their " credit tailor '', an app which sees if you pre-qualify without affecting your credit nor pulling a hard inquiry. However, I ended up going with my credit union XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX because they provided the best rate and lowest interest rate. It was not until I received notification alerts to my email via XXXX and XXXX XXXX that I learned that instead of pre-approvals or soft credit inquiries I received hard inquiries. Subsequently, I reached out to the banks that performed the hard inquiry to request that they remove or convert to a soft inquiry because I did not authorize or consent to a hard inquiry and they stated that I would need to send a letter from XXXX XXXX as well as a letter from myself requesting that the hard inquiries be removed. I sent out both letters first class certified mail to the banks, credit unions and credit bureaus on XX/XX/2019 and XX/XX/2019 and I'm being met with opposition. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in particular sent me back a nasty letter, stating that my letter implied " erroneously '' obtaining my credit report, although I sent them a letter from XXXX XXXX. If that's the tone of their letters to potential clients I can't imagine their actual customers, disgusting. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX also sent me a letter and stated that I claimed I was a victim of identity theft of fraud, which I never claimed to them, nor have I ever claimed in regards to these inquiries. CoreLogic aka Credco is dragging their feet and not offering any update or response ever since I sent them information. On the letter from XXXX XXXX it lists all the banks/credit unions that performed a hard inquiry.
