Complaint: I notice that my credit report was ran without my consent on XX/XX/2019 by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have been a victim of Identity theft and I been trying to reach out to the creditor to have this inquiry removed along with the other inquiries that were placed on my credit report from the banks they used with no resolve or help. I have contacted the creditors and some said it will be removed from my report, but after 30 days it still shows. This is unacceptable and XXXX XXXX XXXX and the other creditors XXXX XXXXXXXX, Credco, XXXX Auto and others havent been any help.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I received an alert on my credit report at work that there was a hard pull done on my credit report. When I left work I investigated immediately found the credit agency that did it called them got the actual company that requested the credit report contacted them. They and for me that my husband was looking to finance a dump truck through them for his business and since I wasn't owner on the business that they had to pull my credit as well. I never spoke to these people gave anyone permission to pull credit nor do I have any interest and financing any dump truck. When I ask them for assistance with having the inquiry deleted from my credit report they told me it is impossible. I contacted the credit agency they said that it can be deleted through an investigation but in order to start the investigation I need a letter from the company eat that requested my credit report stating that it was never authorized by me to have them pull my credit. They refuse to help me in any way and their suggestion is that quote I have a word with my husband. I will be forwarding their emails in response to my concerns.

Complaint: Between the dates of XX/XX/XXXX - XXXX, XXXX three unknown inquiries were made on my XXXX credit report. These inquiries included XXXX XXXX XXXX, Corelogic Credco, and XXXX XXXX. From this time through XX/XX/XXXX and again in XX/XX/XXXX Ive made several attempts to reach out to each company, each noting that they are unable to locate accounts in my name or social security number with their company or related services. I was told to reach out to XXXX to have the inquiries removed. Several calls were made to XXXX who explained that the companies must provide notice of no accounts. Calls were made to the companies. One of which, XXXX XXXX XXXX, who recently provided documentation stating no present accounts or contact with the company therefore recommending XXXX to remove the reporting. One company Corelogic has failed to respond to attempts for assistance. XXXX explained that XXXX must initiate this fraud inquiry. XXXX says XXXX must do so in order to investigate. XXXX says the concern must go through the fraud dept. but can not be investigated as fraud if no account has been identified. In this time I learned that disputes can be filed with XXXX online. This was done in XX/XX/XXXX but again they were unable to resolve the issue. I learned that XXXX actually makes no calls to the companies, rather they just look at the reporting and deem it factual. They again asked for notice from the companies. As aforementioned I was able to get a notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX, clearly stating the inaccuracies and need to remove the inquiry. This was faxed ( as their website did not allow uploads despite what it says ) to XXXX in early XX/XX/XXXX but they again rejected the dispute and deemed the reporting factual despite the company providing the notice that they stated was required. These three false and inaccurate inquiries remain on my credit report going on 2 years and no one seems able to help.

I am desperately seeking someone to help me with this matter because its obvious they will continue to ping pong with me because it isnt them and they probably could care less because the fraud is not happening to them and its not fair.

Complaint: I have been denied a rental unit due to an unsuccessful attempt to gain access to my credit report via XXXX, who asked me for further identification using unfair and unrelated questions. I have been applying and getting denied for an apartment due to inaccurate questions being asked of me for further identification purposes through XXXX. I applied for an apartment on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX . in XXXX, CA who uses a company called CoreLogic ( Rental Property Solution ) to run credit reports through XXXX. I paid {$35.00} ( Twice ) and was told that I needed to further identify myself through a link sent to my email with questions that were supposed to pertain to myself, randomly selected and provided by XXXX. The questions I received did not pertain to me. For example, I was given a question asking to choose a phone number I am associated with, I either have never had these numbers or they are so old that it is unfair to ask me to remember them and then deny me when I don't. Another examples would be a question asking me to choose the person whos birthday falls on a particular date, not only did I have no association with the people listed in the multiple choice question, but it is unfair to assume that I would know their birthdays even if I had known them. I was charged twice for this service and two hard inquiries have been put on my report regardless of the fact that it was the same company and they said they were unable to run it due to inability to verify who I am. I am in desperate need to have this issue resolved, as I can not find a place to live if I am constantly denied due to unfair questions asked of me. My two-year old daughter and I are within weeks of being homeless due to this issue. I need these questions removed pertaining to people, phone numbers and any other information that does not pertain to me. Seeing as I do not know what questions I will be asked ahead of time, there is no way for me to inform you of which future questions I may be asked that will be incorrect or that I can not answer. I am requesting that XXXX provide my report to CoreLogic, as previously authorize, twice, and remove these questions that were asked of me so future inquiries will be process without delay. I would also like those two hard inquires from Rental Property Solution ( dated XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX ) taken off my report as it is unfair for my report to be impacted by an inquiry that could not be completed once, much less, the two times it is on my report from the same company, for the same reason. Thank you for your time and I look forward to a resolution.
