Complaint: RE : CFPB Case Number : XXXX claims that the " prior servicer 's tax vendor '' made the initial error which led to the escrow shortfall. The prior servicer is XXXX XXXX who identified CoreLogic as the tax vendor. I contacted CoreLogic nearly two months ago seeking clarification and have not heard back. Attached:1 ) XXXX XXXX response XXXX claiming prior servicer 's tax vendor made escrow error. 2 ) XXXX XXXX 's response identifying CoreLogic as tax vendor. 3 ) My letter to CoreLogic seeking clarification. 4 ) CoreLogic 's signature of receipt of my letter.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2014, I contacted XXXX just to inquire general information on obtaining a mortgage. I made it more than clear, I was just looking for information and not ready to take action. The representative on the phone told me he would run a SOFT inquiry on my credit and that it would not affect my score. He ran my credit ( and my wife 's too ) and later that week, I see it was indeed ran as a HARD inquiry. I called and wrote asking for the audio from the call since I know they are at times recorded. I NEVER gave XXXX any permission for a HARD inquiry and I would not until I was at the stage to actually purchase a home. I feel tricked and manipulated by this company.

Complaint: While checking my personal credit report, I noticed an unauthorized and fraudulent credit inquiry made by CREDCO on or about XX/XX/XXXX on XXXX. I did not authorized anyone employed by this company to make any inquiry and view my credit report. CREDCO has violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 1681b ( c ). They were not legally entitled to make this fraudulent inquiry. This is a serious breach of my privacy rights. I have requested that they mail me a copy of my signed authorization form that gave them the right to view my credit within five ( 5 ) business days so that I can verify its validity and advised them that if they can not provide me with proof that I authorized them to view my credit report then I am demanding that they contact the credit bureaus immediately and have them remove the unauthorized and fraudulent hard inquiry immediately. I also requested that they remove my personal information from their records. My Social Security # is XXXX and my Date of Birth is XX/XX/XXXX in case it is needed to locate the fraudulent inquiry in their system.

Complaint: Back in XXXX 2015 I mailed my request to have my consumer report sent to me so that I can go over the information. I receive the consumer report and noticed there were alot of inaccurate information being reported and this could harm me for employment, financially and negatively in every aspect. On the report they have crimicl information for Texas so I contacted the XXXX XXXX Police department and received a letter from them saying those charges were dismissed because I was n't in Texas. There are several other charges on there associated with addresses that I have disputed because of ID Fraud those items also needs to be removed, They have a judgement that is n't mine that also should be removed. On top of inquiries that I did n't authorize that should be deleted. Safe Rent also have my parents address on my report as mine and this information should not have been included at all. There are XXXX dismissed eviction filings that needs to be removed as well

Complaint: A credit report that I recently received indicated that I was in default of payments for what appears to be since the start of 2015. On my end, I made the final payment on the credit card and stopped using the card as the one I had expired. I never received a new card, so did not continue to use the credit card. Upon receiving this credit report, I see that I have been missing payments. Upon calling the company, they have been charging me a XXXX $ " minimum interest fee '', and then a XXXX $ late fee when that was not paid. Again, I was not receiving notifications of any bills or that the card was in any way active. The amount totaled to XXXX $ by the time I received the report, which I paid off immediately. Previous to this incident, I had been making timely payments to this credit card for approximately XXXX years. The company did not do a good job communicating that this was happening with me, and so I had no idea that they were still charging me even though I was not using the card. This has harmed my credit immensely and made it look like I do not make payments on time when this is not the case at all. I have paid the overdue balance and closed the account, and would like my credit score to be repaired.

Complaint: I have been working very hard to raise my credit scores, so that I might try to buy a home instead of renting. I have had child support issues in the past, mainly due to financial hardships out of my control, layoffs, injuries, ect. I have i.d . theft protection thru my bank, which I pay for monthly. this gives me access to my credit report on a daily basis, from the XXXX major companies, XXXX. when I told my real estate agent that my score was above his requirement to get me financed, he went ahead with standard credit check, on XXXX the company he used was called corelogic-credco. they sent him what they call a CREDCO INSTANT MERGE CREDIT REPORT. it reflected the positive payment history on my credit card, but did not show the positive payment history on my XXXX child support cases. when I look up my own report thru any or all big XXXX credit bureaus, they show positive payment history dating back 24 months on XXXX child support cases. Credco 's report shows NO payment history, and have XXXX child support cases listed as in COLLECTION. this is not true, due to the fact that Missouri is garnishing my social security, and my pension for this child support and have been doing so for years. I called credco, and they told me that they forwarded the report to my real estate agent, just the way they received it XXXX. I tried to call XXXX to no avail. why can I get my report with positive payment history, but credco and my real estate agent can not? this flaw in the system cost my home loan approval, even with my V.A. home loan certificate. my agent tells me that if the credit report would reflect my good monthly payment record for these XXXX child support cases, that he could have pushed loan approval thru. I reached out to everyone I could contact, only to get the runaround. everyone points the blame to someone else. are there not laws to protect people against wrongful or half truthful, or incomplete reports? seems to me that this system is set up to report as much bad as possible, so that the financial institutions can make money buy jacking interest rates on people with less than perfect credit scores. thanks

I have disputed this matter with CoreLogic/XXXX multiple times, and they only send the same " formed letter '' XXXX times ( the exact same letter ) without any proof or any authorization. They must send me copies of signed proof/authorization or remove all hard inquiries from all the CRA.
