Complaint: All three bureaus deleted XXXX XXXX from my credit report at the end of XXXX. Within the next week of deletion XXXX XXXX XXXX appears on my credit report. There were no notification from this company that they were collecting any debt as a third party or anything. I requested a debt verification and a cease from collecting until the requested debt verification is verified by me. I do n't know if this company is licensed to collect debt. This company has not contacted or called me at all regarding this account.

Complaint: Jefferson Capital System s aid i owe XXXX XXXX After reviewing my recent credit report i contacted the company letting them know this not my debt and do not have or ever had a account with them asking them to remove this account through letters the company did not respond more then a month and a half XXXX XXXX Bank said i owe them XXXX XXXX i contacted them through letters stating this debt is not mine asking them to remove it but 2 month have gone by with no reply XXXX XXXX has inquiries on my credit file XXXX , XXXX and XXXX that should not be there. i have a credit card account with them in good standing These are soft inquires so why do they show up on my credit fil e XXXX rep ort a inquiry XXXX i never applied for credit with XXXX i sent letters requesting them to remove the inquiry with no reply

Complaint: I had a XXXX account many years ago and closed it down. I was given some charges after the fact without notification. They sold it without notifying m e to Jefferson Capital Systems. After that, interest began to accrue without my knowledge. It grew to {$310.00} as of 3 days ago when I found out about it on my credit karma report. It has been over 3 years since they filed it. I 've never received a call or letter. I also ca n't contact Jefferson Capital Systems. Their online site only solicits messages from corporate interests and ignored my messages. I 've tried to contact them through any # or email or site I could find, but it is impossible. I 've never had an otherwise unpaid payment as per my his tory. I had a student loan which I paid in full before the end of graduating, so I do n't want this to have a negative effect on my limited credit

Complaint: I am in the process of closing on my home. I pulled my reports on XXXX XXXX , 2017 and no tice this new collection from " Jefferson Capital System '' add to my reports. Which caused my scores to drop. I never received any notification from this company. They just added this collection to my report. There is a 30 day validation before adding a collection to a consumer report. I never received anything to my home address to ask for validation from the collection agency. This is a third party collection agency. I never signed a legal binding contract with them. I am very XXXX about them adding this negative account to my reports. I am a week away from closing on my home. I need this account immediately removed from all three major credit reports IMMEDIATELY. This negative account will cause delay in my home ownership.. # XXXX
