Complaint: I have tirelessly tried to resolve this matter with this collection company but to no avail. I found this company had reported an account to my credit report which I believed was an invalid debt not belonging to me. I sent them by certified return receipt mail a debt validation letter dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX, which they conveniently ignored. Concurrently when I disputed the item with the credit repositories, I was told that the debt collection company responded back to them affirming that this account was valid. I am appalled that this company continues to violate my rights and refuses to delete the account despite not being able to provide the original debt instrument.

Complaint: Cavalry SPV LLC is suing me for an old debt with XXXX XXXX. I have moved 4 times in 3 years. I was not properly notified of a lawsuit or continued issue with XXXX XXXX since they no longer exist. The debt has not been properly verified. I opened an account with XXXX XXXX through a XXXX XXXX store in XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX wrote off this alleged debt off in XX/XX/XXXX. As of XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX became XXXX XXXX. Cavalry SPV bought the alleged debt from XXXX XXXX inXX/XX/XXXX. I dispute the fact that I can be sued for the alleged debt that did not exist as ofXX/XX/XXXX. The plaintiff is named as Cavalry SPV, assignee for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The plaintiff in this lawsuit is an assignee for a company that no longer exists. Nowhere in the actual lawsuit filing itself is the mention of XXXX XXXX. These details point directly to fraudulent business practices and debt collection directed to a consumer. Cavalry SPV has been named in and accused of fraudulent business practices against consumers for the purpose of collecting zombie debt before and judgements have been issued for the consumer.

Complaint: I sent communications to Cavalry Portfolio Services back in XX/XX/XXXX and most recently in XX/XX/XXXX requesting that they validate a debt by sending a copy of a signed contract hey have been writing and calling me regarding. Both times Cavalry sent the same letter saying that I needed to call and discuss the matter. If Cavalry can not produced a signed contract to validate the debt, from myself, the consumer, then they MUST remove the trade line from my credit report per the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Cavalry has failed to provide me with anything to validate the debt they are alleging that I owe. I do not have a contract with Cavalry Portfolio Services and I would like them to remove the trade line from all three credit bureaus. If Cavalry is acting as third party company then they should not have a trade line listed on my credit report if the bill belongs to another company.

Complaint: I have dispute the appearance of a collection on my account repeatedly that is not accurate and I am getting frustrated by Cavalry Portfolio Services contacting me, calling me and my family members and sending me letters regarding {$1200.00} that they think I owe them. I do not owe anyone anything, I have no idea how or where they retrieved this sum since all of my cards have been settled with the original companies. I mean this is so old and I can not imagine how and why they continue to pester me. I have asked them to stop and they have refused and I have asked them to stop ruining my credit and they refused. I am certain these unlawful practices are punishable by law, the statue of limitation is far exceeded here with these collectors. My concern is if I settled all of my debts and continue to make payments with the credit cards ... why am I being double billed by this company? Who are they? I even disputed the validity with the 3 bureaus and requested a validation of debt and nothing was provided. Please investigate this and have them remove their erroneous account from my credit profile. this is getting alarming!

[ 42 U.S.C. 407 ] ( a ) The right of any person to any future payment under this title shall not be transferable or assignable, at law or in equity, and none of the moneys paid or payable or rights existing under this title shall be subject to execution, levy, attachment, garnishment, or other legal process, or to the operation of any bankruptcy or insolvency law. With this company continuing to pursue this debt, it has created a added stress on my survival on a fixed income, and my ability to provide for myself. Unfortunately, my account was sold to a third party Cavalry Portfolio that has called excessively stating that they want to collect a debt for {$520.00}. I have sent in numerous letters to credit bureaus asking that this collection be removed unless validated. In return I am sent a copy of a billing statement, that does not have any information except my name and an old address at the bottom of the page. This document has no signature and/or account number showing proof that I opened this account. I am simply asking that XXXX XXXX and Cavalry Portfolio remove this debt from my credit report immediately ( all XXXX Credit Bureau 's ). I am asking that they no longer harass me about a debt that I am not aware of.

I have requested that they provided verification of how I owe them anything. as of today they have n't provided any documentation.I 've never had anything to do with this company and they do n't have a signed agreement of any kind with my name on it. If they can provide an agreement that I have physically signed my name on then I will believe it is valid. Until they provide verification of them owning an account/agreement that belongs to me, I would like them to stop contacting me. Today ... ... .... some random lady appeared at my door with court docs and disrespected my husband in front of our kids, simply because he said I was not home, at that point he refused the documents, then she repeatedly told him she would be back with police and a court order to posted them on our house. I 'm sure the documents were from this company. I want this to stop unless these people has a legit agreement with my signature. if this is n't resolved I will continue to take this further on and submit something to Attorney Generals Office as well as the Better Business Bureau

Complaint: Calvary Spv I, Llc has filed a lawsuit in the XXXX County Municipal Court in XXXX Ohio onXX/XX/XXXX, Case No. XXXX. This lawsuit cause of action is contract/note in the claim amount of {$3000.00}. Since XX/XX/XXXX I have sent multiple letters in correspondence to the plaintiff in the case requesting for proof of a contractual obligation to pay said company. During this correspondence I was never provided the requested documentation and was never advised of a pending lawsuit prior to receiving the notice that a complaint had been filed. After receiving the notice of complaint I responded onXX/XX/XXXX with a request for production which was sent to the plaintiffs assigned counsel, XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, KY XXXX. A copy of this request was also sent to the XXXX County Municipal Court for filing. To date I have not received any documentation showing a contract/note in place with Calvary Spv I, Llc. I have responded to all letters from the plaintiff within 30 days of receipt of all letters which requires them to provide a response to my verification request. Calvary SPV I, LLC is listed as a creditor on the most recent letter that I have received from the plaintiff. If they are a creditor that means that they would have offered me credit in exchange for some product or service. If this transaction did take place they should have a signed contract or note bearing my signature with terms, conditions, and a itemized listing of what product or service was exchanged for the extension of credit. I have not received any such documentation to date and now I am being sued and this information is also still listed on my credit report.
