Complaint: I do not owe this debt. It is the result of identity theft. Ive tried reaching out to the debt collector, XXXX and CFPB. This debt does not belong to me yet noones taking action to remove it from my credit report. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX must be investigated for fraudulent practices. Ive been dealing with their attacks on me and my credit report since 2017. I have been consistently targeted by the XXXX staff. Take a look at the documents attached. This fraudulent debt collection agency doesnt provide an account number. This is done to gain access to consumers social security numbers. This company must be shut down.

Complaint: On XX/XX/19 I sent a request for validation letter to Bonneville Collections. In my request for validation I specified that it should be in accordance with the FCRA, to include but not limited to copies of any papers that show that I agreed to pay what they say I owe. On XX/XX/19 I received a response from Bonneville Collections which only included an itemized statement of services and charges of { {$3900.00} + {$2900.00} to equal {$6900.00} to which they have continuously added interest, now reaching {$2700.00} to bring it all to a grand total of {$9700.00}, and counting } which they obtained from the original creditor XXXX XXXX. No contract with my signature was ever sent to me. As a result of medical procedures being listed on this statement, not only was this NOT proper and correct validation but also a clear violation of my HIPPA rights. These actions are also violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and a defamation of character. This debt collection agency has been falsely reporting indebtedness on my credit reports for nearly 7 years and has highly negatively impacted my credit reports, scores, and not to mention my quality of life as well.

Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Complaint: I have emails and recorded phone calls dating back to 2017 proving retaliation, abuse of authority, refusing to remove fraudulent information from my credit report, failing ( refusing ) to provide updates on status of investigations. The Office of Consumer Affairs, in XXXX, GA, has discriminated against me. The staff is unprofessional. They have intentionally refused to remove fraudulent information from my credit report. I am specifically requesting an agent with CFPB contact me to investigate XXXX, and specifically its Office of Consumer Affairs. The XXXX American customer service representatives : XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and others have violated my rights since XX/XX/2017. Theyve continued to allow companies like Bonneville Collections and others to put fraudulent collections on my credit report. These customer service representatives will put fraudulent addresses BACK on my credit report that have been previously disputed and removed. The prejudice, discrimination and racism Ive endured since XX/XX/2017 by the Office of Consumer Affairs has taken a toll on my health. Im under extreme duress by their continued attacks. They use their positions with XXXX to appear that theyre following the law and responsibility of the office, however, they are not. They are bullies. They are quietly and discretely attacking my credit report and credit score. Currently there are 3 hard inquiries on my credit report that were not requested by me. I did not authorize these inquiries. There is currently 1 fraudulent collections item from Bonneville Collections on my credit report. I have been reporting fraudulent collections actions on my credit report for 3 years consistently. I am consistently dealing with the same customer service representatives in the office of Consumer Affairs. For the past 3 months Ive been fighting to remove the fraudulent collection action by Bonneville Collections. XXXX has merely relied upon a statement submitted by Bonneville Collections that the debt is valid. There was no evidence that submitted proving that the debt is valid. This type of action, by XXXX Office of Consumer Affairs has taken place since XX/XX/2017. The actions of the Office of Consumer Affairs via XX/XX/XXXX are harassing me. Their conduct should be illegal. When I contact XX/XX/XXXX, when my social security number, address, and date of birth are verified by representatives in another country, I am always transferred to the Office of Consumer Affairs. There is something in XX/XX/XXXX system that requires me to be sent to the XXXX Office of Consumer Affairs. Regards, XXXX XXXX

Complaint: Bonneville collection received notice of my written dispute in the 30 day time frame to send the debt back to original creditor as I dont know anything about this debt. I contacted the better business bureau and they confirmed their fax for me. They failed to send back to the original credit and instead illegally reported the debt to all 3 credit bureaus which each is a major violation. I demand immediate removal of this credit reporting to all the credit bureaus immediately. I have filed this complaint with the CFPB as an additional measure for this willful violation of disregarding the law. Here is a transcript of the fax sent to them. Complaint: Dont understand how a utilities s bill can be placed on credit reports. It has nothing to do with credit. I never obtained a loan or a line of credit. Never received notice that I had a delinquent XXXX bill. I was recently paying on my XXXX bill so the amount they claim I owe can not be correct whatsoever. XXXX never tried to contact me about a past due amount and when I checked my account awhile back I was up to date. So Bonneville Collections needs to remove there collection against my credit reports unless they prefer to pay more in a court trial.

Complaint: I have repeatedly tried to work out a payment plan with Bonneville Collections in XXXX, Washington. The same woman has repeatedly called me harassing me for money I can not give. They tried to make an arrangement with me over a month ago for over {$200.00}. I explained that all I could give was {$100.00}. This woman kept saying I was trying to deflect my problems, questioning what my parents spent their money on when she asked why I couldnt just borrow money from my family, threatening garnishment whenever they want to Today she called to follow-up and I explained that nothing had changed this month and still all I could give is {$100.00} a month. She said she was trying to do me a favor by helping yourself fix this problem. She lied about details we spoke about in our last conversation that never happened. Finally she said that I could send in {$100.00} a month and they would maybe apply it to the debt. I asked if sending the {$100.00} in would be considered a payment arrangement so they wouldnt garnish me. She responded, Absolutely not. I dont know if its illegal to continue a garnishment if payments are being made, but the cruelty and level of harassment left me sobbing a second time. The total owed is {$900.00} which means I would pay it off in 9 months. They are absolutely unwilling to work this out and I have no other funds to provide them with, which I repeatedly explained to this woman. Please help me.

Complaint: Hello, on or about XX/XX/2019 I was contacted by bonneville collections of Utah. They had called and asked for me at work. It was roughly XXXX. During our conversation the collection agent repeatedly told me that quote I was not being a man, that I wasnt a good father, take care of this or else. That I was being a deadbeat dad. In a few different ways. I take this verbage as abusive language. My bosses secretary was standing right next to me as she was the one who handed me the work phone and couldnt believe that she had spoke to me that way. Again I believe most of not all people would consider this to fall under harassment.
