Complaint: My parents ( my name is on the certificate as well ) deposited {$11000.00} dollars into a " Savings Certificate '' at XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX94 which is now Bank of America. It earned interest and was set to mature in 36 months. The savings certificate looks like a check and has an area for the endorsement on the back. My parents put the certificate in their safe deposit box and forgot about it. The bank has no record of the certificate and stated that their records only go back 7 years. They told us to check with unclaimed property. We checked with the Georgia Department of Revenue and unclaimed property and it is not there either. I also called the Bank of America corporate office and was told the same thing as the local Bank of America.

I have been making monthly payments to Mr. XXXX and XXXX , XXXX beginning in XX/XX/2017. It is now time for my final payment. I contacted Mr. XXXX, and they seem to be out of business. Another law firm named : XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, # XXXX, XXXX, CA XXXX answers the phone with a voice recording. NOBODY EVER RESPONDS, THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD THEN ADVISE NOBODY IS AVAILABLE. Mr. XXXX XXXX email are returned undelivered. Originally, I was sued on this account with XXXX , XXXX. Therefore, the final payment is crucial so that this matter can be removed from my credit report. I was NEVER notified that Mr. XXXX XXXX office was closing. Therefore ; 1. Who received my payments? 2. Why wasn't I notified if Mr. XXXX XXXX office closed? 3. XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX does not answer the phone, and who are they. Please help me to have this removed off of my credit report immediately. Thank you.

Complaint: There was a transaction made with a company named XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX utilizing XXXX XXXX. I spoke to Bank of America the same day this occurred. I had to step out of class to give them a call since I got an alert on my phone. I lost my XXXX XXXX and had XXXX XXXX linked to it. I made this very clear to the employee who was helping me. I received two letters stating that I had won this case and thought that this was over and done with. But a letter addressed to me, was sent out on XX/XX/2019 stating that they were unable to approve the claim even though I had previously won the claim. Obviously my XXXX XXXX was used by me in the past, but when I lost it, it still had XXXX XXXX setup and my card was still on it leading to this fraudulent charge. I would like the money refunded to my account for this.

Complaint: Since XXXX of last year my account was being stolen from by a individual whom was gaining access to my debit card number and they for a year stole money from account via wire transfer to themselves and Bank of America with out my consent while being instructed on multiple and multiple accounts inside the bank and on the phone that it was not me making these transactions and for them to block the XXXX XXXX transfers that were taking place on my account. No security of my account what so ever and anyone that wanted too could gain access to my account and they would willing with out my consent allow transfers of XXXX dollars XXXX dollars XXXX and XXXX dollars from my account. I filed the claims with the bank after I had caught on along with a representative from the banking center which we went back and tracked what was going on and as I said wire transfers from my account. They caught these transactions several times Every time just issuing me a new debit card assuring me that the problem had been resolved but two days later they would begin allowing XXXX XXXX transfers from my account again. Until they randomly caught it again but a lot of the times I would call they would repeat the last 3 transactions and they were usually mine but often they would mention that I had a XXXX XXXX charge on my account and again I would stress this was not me and I dont know who is doing please block it and stop this from happening never happened. Not once. The representative told me that every thing was the banks fault and I would get my money back. So I filed my claims when we followed the trail back to XXXX and waited. Have had to sale my car couple months after Making claims Because the bank had not done anything in regards to my claims so I could have money to live on. I contact the bank after A long period of waiting And at that point they said i needed to file a police report I was like could have told me that sooner so I did and waited nothing heard back from the detective tho and he found the person responsible and they are being charged and going To prison Im told its a open and XXXX case a slam dunk no question about it. Now I contact the bank again with this information they then tell me we need it in writing. So I go and send it in and wait nothing at this point Im mad extremely Im calling every couple days and receive a different answer each time I call in from we have more time, it will be 80 hours until its back in your account who you heard the wrong thing Im sorry it will be XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX when they will repay the money stolen from your account. Now today I receive a letter stating that they are not going to repay me for what they gave away of my money that I didnt not authorize them to do. I want to take legal action against Bank of America for theft for mishandling and misinformation for not Providing security to my money and for Transferring money without my consent. How is that someone is going to be going to prison for theft from my account that the bank gave the money too and that person have to be sentenced and sit in jail but the bank takes no responsibility in their part of The fheft from My account when they are the ones releasing my funds. Their own personnel inside their bank apologized for the way I was being treated by the people above them handling my case and see no Reason why I have not been refunded. What world do we live in that you put your money into a bank for security and They give your money away and tell you to blank off. Really this is not right and I need something done about this Im Reaching out everyone I know To get this out there that we have a real problem here with bank of America they have to breaking The law Im a preferred platinum rewards client and this is how they treat you. Lie and steal your money.

Complaint: This particular account situation that is lately filing on my own credit document has a seriously unfavorable relation to my personal ability to obtain a present loan application. I highly recommend you generate verification that Credit Union has been reported completely in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations, it's really a serious problem to mis-report. More confirmation of the aforesaid item too. My proper request must over, I was never 30 days/60 days/120 days late in any of my payments and I'm not greatly tuned in to the date opened so I prefer to ask you be investigated as soon as possible and confirmed to be correct.
