Complaint: There were several accounts listed on my credit report that 's inaccurate and has hurt my credit scores. I have on several occasions disputed alleged late payments on my credit report. These companies have yet to send me. Section 168 of FCRA law ( s ) info on report does NOT match my records. I demand this item to be Updated to Paid as agreed, never late from my credit report ASAP. The below listed Late Payments that are being reported within my credit report is inaccurate account information. I have never been late with my payments of these accounts. It is not clear to me how these late payments could have become merged within my credit file. Perhaps it was the result of a mixed file incident on behalf of you, the credit reporting agency or the original creditor. Whichever it is, the fact remains these late payments are incorrect payment history information. Under Section 168 FCRA this Late Payments Dated does not match my records nor the original creditors records to what reflects on my credit report, there-fore this item MUST be deleted and UPDATED under this law. The late payments never happened!

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I attempted to buy a new car from XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX. I took delivery of a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and applied for financing of the vehicle through XXXX XXXX. On the 10th day, I was notified that there was a complication with financing and that I would have to go in to their office. I was on Holiday that day but went in as soon as I got back. When I went in, I was told that there was a problem with finances ; they had " misplaced '' my down payment and it had affected my loan. I was given the option to either pay more money or return the car and cancel the contract. I decided to return the car and cancel. The car was returned and I was given a contract cancellation form which assured that I would not be charged for anything since financing was rescinded. Unfortunately, I recieved a notification from Ally bank saying that I am signed up for an auto loan ; even though I returned the car and the financing was supposed to have not been issued. I called Ally bank XXXX XXXX to clear the issue up and was told it may take a week to clear up. I rechecked on XXXX XXXX and the account was still open ... I have attempted to work with Ally bank 's fraud department but have been unable to get further than their voicemail system.

I was advised today that XXXX from Ally Financial, who I have previously complained about has attempted to contact the pastor who married my wife and I on XX/XX/2017 and contacted the woman who did my wife 's make up. He has contacted my old employer on too many occasions to put down in this complaint. He has also contacted my ex-wife, her family and all of my family members. I have no issue with him contacting me, but this is clearly harassment now and a violation of the law. He needs to be stopped or I will take legal action.

Complaint: A false charge of {$680.00} appeared on my Ally Bank checking account on X/XX/17. The merchant was listed as XXXX XXXX XXXX CA US. I contacted Ally teh following day to open a dispute. They in turn contacted XXXX. XXXX stated that the transaction was authorized and refused to provide a reversal. XXXX listed the Merchant Number as XXXX. The Seller was XXXX XXXX, email address XXXX. They also provided shipment tracking information showing that the merchandise ( whatever it was ) was delivered to XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NY XXXX. ( I live in Colorado ). Ally refused to provide a refund.

Complaint: My car was seized in XX/XX/XXXX. I went to 2 court dates and on XX/XX/XXXX the judge gave the car back to Ally. They put in the paperwork to have the car returned to them. I was told in court that Ally would contact me within 30 days to let me know if they were going to return the car to me. I called Ally and customer service said that I would get a letter on instructions of getting my car back. That did not happen. I paid the car up to that point. The XX/XX/XXXX payment was never cashed. I did not hear from them until XX/XX/XXXX stating that my car had been repossessed and was going to be sold. I answered back that I wanted my car back but received a letter from XXXX XXXX that I owed {$10000.00} before they even contacted me. How does a car that they had in their possession for 3 months get repossessed?

Complaint: I leased a XXXX XXXX through Ally Financial and returned the car to a dealership on XXXX XXXX, 2016. I was surprised to receive an invoice for three excess wear items on XX/XX/XXXX. I called the phone number listed and was told someone would get back with me. I did not receive a message back from the new department until XX/XX/XXXX. I called back several times and left messages but did not receive a call back. I again called the general number and was given another number to try. On XX/XX/XXXX I spoke with XXXX who informed me that the vehicle must be sold at auction before anyone could have a further conversation around how to resolve our dispute. She stated these matters are not handled with her department. She asked if I had seen the photo 's from the inspector ( which I had and saw no evidence of damage ). she then pulled up the file herself and noted she could not see anything as " there must have been a glare ''. XXXX asked about the previous repair noted in the detail and I explained there had been no previous repair or need. I asked her what the process would be from this point and she said once the vehicle was sold at auction these charges will be handled by the asset recovery center. I was eventually contacted by the asset recovery center and contested these charges. They got back with me eventually and removed the bed liner item related to " previous repair '' but said the other two would stand. I explained that I did not see adequate evidence to support their claim. What followed was literally a year of constant phone calls to my home where the callers had no interest in discussing the legitimacy of the debt. I corresponded with Ally on XX/XX/XXXX after receiving a NOTICE OF INTENT TO REPORT NEGATIVE CREDIT INFORMATION but they ultimately turned my account over to collection with XXXX XXXX. I spoke with XXXX and told them I did not consider the debt to be legitimate and responded to the XXXX notice with a note and a copy of my Ally correspondence. XXXX charged off the debt and reported it to the credit monitoring agency which resulted in a significant drop in my credit score. I never received adequate evidence to support excess wear. I am XXXX years old and have leased many vehicles and never had an issue in the past. I do not understand why they would not discuss the matter until after selling the evidence. I was told the third party inspection service is not paid on commission but this certainly has me wondering about that.

He even called a friend of my wife the day before our wedding on XX/XX/2017 that she needed to call him and have me call him before our wedding because there are serious issues going on. I am behind on payments due to my divorce and having to leave my job due to a dispute with my employer over funds they owe me. I am trying to get back on my feet but this is now clearly harassment.

Complaint: Customer service will not provide an explanation of exorbitant ( over XXXX ) fees. I have made numerous requests for a statement of how and when my payments are posted and how the fees were calculated. This company is violating my rights as a consumer. This issue has been ongoing since I bought the vehicle in 2015. The dealer did not give me any other financing options. They rushed me through the process and led me to believe Ally was the only finance option I had. I feel that this was a violation of the TILA and will seek damages if this is n't resolved in a timely manner.

Complaint: I 've gotten repeated voicemails for a distant relative with a different last name, who has never lived at my address. The company says they are Ally Financial. I 've never done business with them or ever heard of them before this. They called my daughter on her work phone and my son in the XXXX XXXX XXXX. They 've never done business w Ally nor lived with the person Ally is calling about. I most recently got a voicemail at XXXX today, even though I blocked their number on my cell phone. I do not use private unscrupulous lenders such as this company ... i looked them up online ... i only ever use highly rated credit unions and banks. I 've mentored those with credit issues when I was a XXXX XXXX and deplore the tactics used by companies like Ally. I want them to be punished to the fullest extent of the law. And they better never call me or my kids ever again.

Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX I received a subpoena from Ally financial inc and legal advisers XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX. While surveying it I found exhibit c, a notice of rights to dispute debt. I never received this notice dated XXXX XXXX 2017. I called both respondents and informed them and the said i had received it because it did not come back in the mail. I believe this is unsatisfactory, careless and unprofessional. I have written a request for my 30 day notice period and a notice with correct date of XX/XX/XXXX to be sent to me. I have mailed this certified mail and express.The cost was not expensive. So how is it I, who has been out of work, can afford to be professional unlike a bank such as Ally or lawyers who get paid such exuberant amounts just to file suite . I intend to pay off the total amount, but when i requested where to have the money wired Ally refused to tell me until they called their lawyers so they can get a total with lawyer fees included. If they had given me an actual notice along with 30 days to fix this I would never have been expected to pay their attorneys fees. Might i just add the actual value is {$12000.00} and they say i owe {$17000.00} plus lawyer fees of {$2500.00} a total of {$19000.00}, this is highway robbery!

Complaint: I signed a document as the CO-SIGNER for a car loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The borrower was denied credit. The dealer then put me as the principal borrower without notice. I received 7 credit denial before one credit company approved the loan and put me as the only borrower on the loan. I never received any documents from either the dealer or the lending company. 3 weeks ago, I sent them both a letter by certified mail requesting copies of the contracts for this transaction. All I received is a phone call from the general manager at the dealership saying that I did n't have to worry that it is normal in this situation that I became the principal borrower. I called the lending company asking for copies of that loan contract and they too said that they will send it to me and never did. I believe that FRAUD as been committed to make the sale no matter what. I never intended to be the principal borrower to purchase this vehicle and the dealer by refusing to give me copies of the contract for me to review where my signature appears and what THEY made it look like they had my approval to change the status of co-signer.

Complaint: A company called Ally Financial. A company I have never heard of or tried to do business with pulled my credit report on XXXX XXXX, 2016. This was a hard hit at the credit bureau, probably all three. I just received my credit report from XXXX, saw them on the report. I called them on 3 different occasions and told them I did not try to purchase a vehicle through them. Also they did not have the right to check my credit report without my authority. I spoke with, management, the credit dispute office and the fraud department. They did not want to talk to or help me.They refused to help me get this hard hit off my credit report. The credit bureau told me what to tell them to remove it. They still refused. In my opinion Ally Financial could be part of a larger conspiracy in the fraud and Identity theft going on in this country today. More than the general public might imagine. Companies like theirs do n't need a social security number to pull your credit. So they could do this to hundreds or maybe even thousands of consumers and get away with it. I bring this incident to your attention because why would they be so adamant about not wanting to help me. Maybe they figured that if they helped me they might be opening XXXX 's box or get caught with their hand in the cookie jar.I have filed a complaint report with the FBI in Washington, also the BBB in Minnesota. I called the local police dept and they told me they are not listed as a business in XXXX MN. They are operating out of XXXX and the police dept could n't understand why they were using a XXXX address. He refered me to the FBI. I will be calling the XXXX police dept as well. on

Complaint: I 'm filing a complaint against XXXX for predatory lending practices. I was approved for a loan to finance the remaining amount due for a lease buyout. Then I get a message saying they ca n't get me the loan because I no longer reside in the state in which the car is housed, registered and driven ( by my mother ). That fact is fine, but why run my credit and go through the whole process that took 3 weeks if you knew that it was n't going to work? Why tell me that I was approved? Negligence and incompetence. Then I was told that I needed my mother to be on the loan application. Fine. I told them that my mother does n't speak English well. They called her and completed the application. Then I find out from her we were approved and that I have to sign papers. What the XXXX is going on? I 'm the primary borrower and NO ONE spoke to me about the different loan options. NO ONE talked to me about terms. And they " finalize '' a loan with the secondary borrower that does n't speak English well, is XXXX and does n't understand credit. I work in XXXX. This is unacceptable and CRIMINAL. The person below is who responded to my first complaint and is responsible for setting this new process in motion. Complaint: Ally Bank 's Bill pay service is not working since morning. May be it was not working for days ( i am just using today ). Talked to Chat support ( XXXX ) and then phone support ( XXXX XXXX - except excuses they do n't have to offer anything. Clearing cache, browser data and did every possible thing ... using a different browser and different computer ... writing to them via secure email ... .nothing worked. There is a server side issue - Bill pay is getting timed out
