Complaint: I was to CO-Sign for my son on an auto loan at XXXX XXXX in XXXX Tennessee. I live in another county and spoke to the salesman who i did give consent to do a credit check, but now have 7 HARD inquiries on my credit. This was not explained to me that they would use my ss in this manner and then when I got to the place to check on paperwork I declined to sign for the existing loan at 20 % and they had it in my name as primary. We went to XXXX and got a loan at 4 % and Co-signed for my son. This practice of making multiple hard inquiries even at credit unions where we did not have accounts is damaging to my credit report and an unfair practice. All of the inquiries were from XX/XX/2018. Please let me know what can be done to fix this. I am making this edit at the very end as there are 4 more companies involved that the computer system did not allow me to enter. Those are XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX AND XXXX XXXX XXXX.

Complaint: Ally Financial continues to report unverified and inaccurate information to XXXX.XXXX and XXXX. I sent a letter on XX/XX/2018 asking for validation of this debt under the FCRA Section 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). USPS certified receipt shows Ally received my letter on XX/XX/2018. After 30 days from the receipt of the validation of debt request, I received no response from Ally Financial. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a follow-up letter demanding the inaccurate unverified information be deleted from my credit reports due to the violation of the FCRA Section 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). USPS receipt shows Ally received this follow-up letter on XX/XX/2018. Again Ally failed to provide me any verification or validation of the debt as required by law but did not delete the information from my credit reports. My complaint with the CFPB and intent to sue Ally Financial is based on the blatant violation of the FCRA Section 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) by ( 1 ) Failing to validate the debt in question while continuing to report to the credit bureaus. ( 2 ) Verifying an account with the credit bureaus before my request for validation has been completed. ( 3 ) Knowingly reporting inaccurate, invalidated information .Documentation attached.

Complaint: In XXXX my Ex had his car repo 'd in XXXX, that MONTH, I paid off the loan etc to get rid of issue. I went back to Ally and XXXX to report that this matter was STILL on my report in XXXX which I created a dispute. Ally turned around and claimed it was repo 'd in XXXX!???? I called them again pleading my case with NO LUCK. FIVE years later, I called XXXX asking them to dispute this on my credit and they told me they couldn't help me since already disputed??? Five years ago?? Today, I spoke to XXXX and they referred me to your website for help. XXXX agreed that after 10 years this should be removed. Can you PLEASE, PLEASE help me?

Complaint: Good Morning, I have repeatedly requested my creditor Ally Financial not to contact the certain phone numbers. I provided the phone numbers that I did not want them to contact. Upon speaking with the representative they advised the numbers were marked do not call, and removed from their system. I have made this phone call on at least 4 separate occasions if not more. The last time I had this conversation with them was approximately 2 weeks ago, I requested a manager give a call to me to discuss. I haven't heard back from anyone. I also submitted an email to try to resolve-I have received no response via email.
If a customer requests that a number not be called, and it still happens that is a violation of the. I don't know how to make them stop. It has been embarrassing because they are calling people who they should not.
I don't think a creditor has unlimited rights to harass you to collect a debt.
and the sad thing is I have been in constant communication with the creditor, there is no need to call someone else to reach me. I consider it a form of harassment Please contact me at XXXX to discuss further.

I told him I didn't have an account and wouldn't give my SS # over the phone. I asked what company : it was Ally Financial. I asked what the call was related to and he said auto loan. Complaint: On XX/XX/2018, I was charged a {$10.00} fee by Ally Bank for my 7th withdrawal from my Savings account. This 7th withdrawal was an automatic sweep to my checking account to cover ACH debits coming out that morning because there were insufficient funds in my checking account to cover said ACH debits. However, I had ACH credits that posted subsequent to those ACH debits that would have covered the ACH debits the morning of XX/XX/2018. Since I had ACH credits in an amount that would have fully covered the ACH debits, I am requesting a refund of the {$10.00} fee I was charged. It seems to me that processing ACH debits before credits is a predatory " order of operations '' practice to squeeze the consumer out of more of his/her hard earned money.
