Complaint: There is debt in my name for a former auto loan. The debt is with Ally Bank. This creditor gave my personal information to an unauthorized third party over the phone. They did not try to verify my information ( social security number, address, DOB or even my name. ) The creditor then gave all of my personal information and information about the debt to a third party.

Complaint: Hello my name is XXXX XXXX I recently filed a complaint against Ally Financial ( please refer to complaint number XXXX.Their response to my complaint was updating the credit agency as paid in full to my account with them.They also advised me to contact the credit agency to assure account has been updated.I did contact the credit agency only to find out that Ally Financial did nothing they promised in the response to my complaint you all sent to them.XXXX did a reinvestigation on the matter and sent me a response saying when they contacted Ally Financial for an update and they advised them that the account is not paid as well as delinquent..The response to complaint number XXXX was decieving and they did not do what they promised.also they are reporting the account as {$2900.00} pass due when I was never late on any payment with them.Furthermore I should not have to contact the credit agency anymore to close the account as paid if Ally Financial furnished them with the correct info

Complaint: At lease end, I turned in my leased XXXX XXXX XXXX, through Ally Bank, to the XXXX dealer. It was a 39 month lease and the car was was is very good condition with leads than XXXX miles on it. Prior to turn in the dealer manager and I throuroughly examined it and estimated repair costs for scratches and I decided to turn it in as is. When Ally sent the the repair bill, it included a dent that myself nor the body shop manager saw, I washed waxed and went over the car with extreme care and there was no dent. I called Ally to complain and was told a rep would ( and did ) contact me. The rep said the car was at auction and I would be informed of sale price. That never happened. I returned the last bill with an explanation about this and said I was not going to pay for a non existant dent, and continue to receive the same bill and no info about auction sale.it has been 2 months since turn in. Ally leasing has a policy that gives the leaser no way to dispute the inspection.i want the charge for the non existant dent removed from the bill.

Complaint: When my vehicle lease was coming due, I requested a copy of the contract the leasing company had, and I was shocked to find that it was not the contract I had signed. I 've compared both and its apparent that my signature and initials are forged on a contract I did not agree to. I disputed the charges and the leasing company agreed to lesser fees, but they left a derogatory item on my credit, making my credit score plummet. It is unfair that a contract I agreed to was discarded and a forged one was submitted - and instead of those responsible suffering, I 'm the one who suffered. Please help.

I request my concerns be addressed by the parent company Ally Financial. The problems with the subsidiary GMAC Mortgage/XXXX XXXX. I request that the irregularities with misuse of Allonges, Robo signing, disregard for due process in the handling of jurisdictional requirements in the foreclosure process and a lack of standing by Ally Financial 's subsidiary be addressed and resolved by Ally Financial.

Complaint: Nearly 2 months ago ( XXXX XXXX ) I submitted a complaint against Ally Financial regarding my auto lease and nothing has been done. No one has contacted me regarding resolving the matter. In fact the opposite, I received another paper statement threatening that my account go to collections which would negatively affect my credit. In over 2 years I have not missed a payment and they now are saying I owe money that I do not and are assessing me late fees. At this point, this is harassment and I am seriously considering legal action against them. I would expect the CFPB to assist and to this point nothing. The issue is that I got the vehicle in NY and per my lease agreement and confirmation from the dealership, taxes were included into the lease payment. Because I moved, Ally is now saying I have to pay taxes that were already paid on the vehicle. Their customer service is inept. I called and spoke to someone in a foreign country ( XXXX or the XXXX ) for over half and hour. That person was clueless. I gave specific instructions and information and no one ever followed up. I called back a week later for a status update and that person was even more clueless and said that no one had done anything that they were supposed to do ( based on my instructions or what they said they would do ). I submitted a complaint and nothing has happened ever since. I will sue whomever I have to, to protect myself and my rights. I take this matter very seriously and expect the same level of importance be given to the matter that I am giving. I expect quick resolution.

Complaint: I have an auto loan through ally financial in XX/XX/XXXX I became unemployed for a yr so I filed chapter XXXX bankruptcy, kept the car paid the note each month, for three yrs, the XXXX got dismissed not discharged XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke with numerous cs reps in the ally bankruptcy department all telling me that I 'd have to pay XXXX within 60 days after it 's dismissed so my car was worth what I owed so I figured I 'd just trade it in, so for two months I dealt with XXXX dealers. The only reason I pursued the new car was because it was cheaper than paying XXXX all up front, so I got a new car traded mine in 20 days later XXXX XXXX in XXXX oh asked for the car back. So I call ally again finally someone sent me to a person that said I only have to pay XXXX and restart my contract with same interest rate. Had someone told me this from the beginning I would have waited before trying to trade it in. So all the false statements I was given over two months, I now have XXXX hard inquires on my credit causing my score to drop XXXX points. So due to ally giving false info. and poor finance management my credit had to suffer even more. I find it unfair that these foreign customer service reps at these banks do n't know anything and do n't have the correct answers. It 's bs and the consumer suffers while trying to better their situation it 's unfair.

Complaint: I asked Ally Financial to cease all phone calls through a written letter I faxed. I also sent a second letter after they called my home again at least two times a day. I even told a representative over the phone I wrote the letter and she said it did n't make a difference. They gave me 30 days notice by mail ( dated XXXX XXXX ) to make a payment arrangement and repossessed my car ( XXXX XXXX ) anyway without giving me the 30 days. I explained to them in the letters I attached I started a new job and would n't get paid until XXXX XXXX. Ally does n't follow laws or promises to consumers.
