Complaint: Was on the phone with the company for over 4 hours today as I was transferred from person to person, department to department, in order to get my repossessed vehicle back. The reason stated for my vehicle being repossessed was that " I did not do anything to obtain financing ''. This is clearly a lie as you will see in my documents. This company purposely refused to offer any help or assistance in the post-lease options and took the vehicle because of their failure to provide this customer with proper financing options.

Complaint: I called on the XXXX XXXX XXXX 2017 to request a payment deferment. It was granted. I specifically stated multiple times that I did not want the deferment to negatively effect my credit with them reporting a 30 day late. The representative assured me 3 times that it was an approved deferement and by paying a {$250.00} fee. My payment would be caught up and I would have no payment due until XXXX 2017. Which would represent my normal monthly payment. I have paid my loan on time every month an was my first payment deferment request. At any rate 3 days later and Ally bank reported erroneously a 30 day late to my credit report dropping my credit score XXXX points.

Complaint: Well, this all started back in XXXX when i paid my XXXX XXXX XXXX off. I called National Auto Finance Company to send me my title and XXXX XXXX of National Auto Finance said he would be mailing it out. I never received my title. I called back numerous times in XXXX, XXXX and they told me they would get a duplicate title and resend it. I never received anything from them. My car sat in a garage as i did not know what to do as i had no title for the car and my car i could n't get registered after i moved. I went to the DMV in XXXX and they told me I had a lien on the car from a tax debt from XXXX. I called the State of Indiana and satisfied the over {$300.00} tax lien. I have submitted the paperwork to get my title through the BMV of Indiana and now they tell me that National Auto Finance has a lien on the car. I have been calling National Auto Finance back all week and they said there is no lien on the car, but they have to verify that the State of Indiana tax lien has been paid. I have been calling them and all i get is " We will call you back. '' THEY NEVER CALL ME BACK. I want my title to my car as it 's been two years that I have been dealing with this. This is riduculous! Can someone please help me?? I do n't know what to do.

They are reporting bad information to the credit bureau 's they are reporting that I have been XXXX XXXX days lat on my payments and I have not been my payments are due on the XXXX of each month and I have always been on time. As of this date they are reporting that I am one month behind and that is in XXXX XXXX when I was in the hospital and had XXXX XXXX in XXXX weeks I call from the hospital and ask for a deferral and was given that request. Yet I have called Ally a minus of XXXX times and they will not correct what they arfe reporting on mr and my husband XXXX XXXX . I got Ally head quarters to send me a full History of all my payments and they only show that I was one time late bank in XXXX . This stopping us from getting a mortgage on a home. I told Ally this and the lady saif then you have made your payment on time we will not change anything for you. Account numbers # XXXX + XXXX XXXX XXXX I will fax to you the proof.

Complaint: I requested a Lease Buy out from my lease holder Ally Bank on XXXX XXXX , the amount quoted was {$27000.00}. The amount was good until my next payment due date on XXXX XXXX . However during my consult the next day at the dealer, they contacted Ally bank to obtain a buyout amount and received a quote of over {$30000.00}. Clearly this significantly changed pricing for me to have that amount added to my next loan/lease. To the least sophisticated buyer this could cause great financial hardship. Especially, if they did not attempt for themselves to obtain a customer buyout. That would have no idea why the buy-off [ minus ] dealers bid on your current vehicle would be high.

Complaint: Leased a XXXX XXXX XXXX from a local dealership who ran the lease through Ally. Turned the car in on a pull ahead program and the day we turned it in Ally electronically took another month 's payment ( XXXX ) out of our account. Was told we would get that payment back since we no longer were leasing that vehicle. Ally just sent me a letter saying the lease was satisfied, but when I called them to ask about the refund for the month going forward they claimed they do n't owe me anything. XXXX fired Ally some time ago and XXXX claims this is just Ally getting back at them and they have no responsibility.
