Complaint: Hi I have 2 existing loans and tax information on the conduent loan service website and I can't access my loan information. When I called on XX/XX/19 I was unable to get a representative to speak to me to find out more information. My existing login information for conduenteducation.com was working as of XXXX and now it continues to say that they no longer service my account. However I received no notification of this or new lender info. My username and password simply do not work. I am now a month behind on payments and am trying to resolve this issue with conduenteducation.com.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2014, I received a phone call regarding my student loan debt telling me that I need to pay my loan or they would send a report to the credit bureaus damaging my credit. I informed them that when I tried to log onto the ACS Education website to pay my loan, I could not log on. They then took my debit card information to make payment on my loan.
I was then told that I would be given a new account so I could continue to make payments on this loan. Years later, I learned from my credit report that they already reported me to the credit bureaus as being seriously delinquent on this loan for 150 days despite the fact that I was unable to make payments due to their deletion of my online account.
When I tried calling them about this, they said that they no longer serviced my loan and would be unable to help me regarding this matter. They are now called Conduent Education Services.
Furthermore, my credit reports are still showing that I owe money despite having already paid off the loan.

Complaint: Hi, I have recently found out through my credit report that ACS/Conduent education, a loan service company that works directly with XXXX University, has filed multiple reports against my credit, because of delinquent payments. But on the report it doesn't state why my payments were delinquent. I am always on top of my loan and debt repayments ; however, ACS is an unreliable company which makes repayments almost impossible. My loans first became due on XX/XX/XXXX. Since that day until XXXX of XXXX, I made several attempts to repay my loans by either visiting their website or calling them. Whenever I visited ACS 's website I encountered a message claiming that " service is unavailable ''. This happened every single time I visited their website. Since, repayments through website was obviously not a solution, I attempted calling the company on various days at various times. I would either receive a busy tone, or the call would keep ringing without anyone ever responding. To investigate this further, I called XXXX University 's loan and financial department, and a represintive went over different possibilities. They told me that ACS often has these problems, and it is very like that they are changing the service provider for those loans, and I shouldn't worry about. That was a relief to hear as ACS seemed very shady in the way they conducted business. Unavailable website and customer service can be very very alarming. This company has wasted a lot of my time from writing this complaint, calling them, visiting their website, etc. I shouldn't chase after them and waste every day of my life to hopefully catch their uptime. This is unreasonable.
On XXXX of XXXX, I was able to access their website, and realized they are still handling my loan. Their website 's interface is not intuitive and errs on the simplest actions and inputs. Even with all these obstacles, the first thing I did was to setup ACH so that they could directly transfer money from my bank account. Again, this was the first thing that I did to prevent any delinquent repayments in the future. I believe the way that ACS handled my case is absolutely wrong and bizarre, since they provided no medium for me to take care of my repayments at all. ACS 's business is very concerning and suspicious. No transparent communications, no website, and no customer service. Even as I am writing this the website is unavailable. However, this time it doesn't even show any messages, the website just doesn't load at all. I have tried to load the website in different browsers and still no luck. I have attached the picture of one of the instances when I visited the company 's website to make a payment. This problem was so frequent, I took a screenshot. In case something like this would ever happen. I am glad I did.

Complaint: Hello, My student loans were purchased by the loaner servicer called ACS Education Services, then soon after they changed their name to Conduent. I have been trying repeatedly to make my loan payment but their website says it it temporarily unavailable and has been like this for a week and their phone number is out of service. I have never missed a payment or been late in almost 17 years. Now I can not make my payment because I can not get in touch with the ACS/Conduent company that is supposed to be my loan servicer. Online there are thousands of people with this same problem. Please help resolve this situation before my and many other peoples credit scores are damaged through the incompetence of this company. Complaint: ACS Educational services was in charge of my loan repayments. However the loan is now in default- I never received a letter or email stating why or how it got to that stage and where the payments went or how they were applied to my account. I am in dire need of who I need to speak with to rectify the matter. But since my loans were consolidated I am lost on where to start. And I am upset this company played around with providing services.

Complaint: I have been trying to get in touch Conduent ( who took over from ACS ) on my student loan. I can not reach anyone at Conduent thru any of the phone numbers listed on their website. When I enter my social security number on the Conduent website to try to get information on their website, Im advised that Conduent no longer service my loan, but Im not given anymore information.
Id like to know : 1 ) who is now servicing my loan 2 ) does my loan balance reflect the payments Ive been making to Conduent thru online banking?

Complaint: I was struggling and requested a forbearance and they gave me one but then reinstated it I asked them to extend it a few more months and they said they would but never did. So now I have missed payments that are affecting my credit=. I asked them to remove it and they will not.

Can't get other flexible options for repaying your loan
Complaint: ACS was my loan servicer I believe from XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. My balance was consolidated of {$58000.00} and I had transferred to a new servicer XXXX. I had wanted to get into a forgiveness plan because I thought it would be good for me.
When I had spoked with a customer representative from XXXX twice in XXXX. I had to pay {$71000.00} I could not understand why so high? I did not think much until I heard about XXXX being sued. I had wanted out of XXXX and wanted to go back to ACS. It would not be a good idea because I may have been charged a higher rate. I need to find out why ACS charged the high rate.
I had tried calling ACS but they could not find my information. I'm not sure since the name has changed.

Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Complaint: A student loan that I had with XXXX back in XX/XX/XXXX went into default, but I went through loan rehabilitation and it was completed in XX/XX/XXXX. This particular loan has been closed since XX/XX/XXXX, but they have updated the account to show me having a late payment in XX/XX/XXXX. That is not even possible. I do not have an open account with them. Again, this account has been closed since XX/XX/XXXX!!! I tried to dispute this with XXXX, but they said the account has been updated and it still shows that late payment. I have not paid one single bill late since then so this is damaging my credit report and needs to be addressed immediately.

Complaint: I have been paying off my Perkins loan over the past several years. Initially, this lender was called ACS but it is now called Conduent Education Services. Up until recently, I had no problems making payments through their website ; even with the last update on their site clearly showing XX/XX/XXXX.
The problem began XX/XX/XXXX, when I tried to contact them to let them know that I had a legal name change on XX/XX/XXXX. I attempted to reach out to Conduent Eduation Services, because I wanted my account to reflect my new name. I went on their website, clicked " Contact Us '' and sent a message asking what was the procedure to have my name updated. When I did not hear anything within a reasonable time, I called their contact number but no one answered.
Shortly after that, I could not obtain access to their website to pay my bill. After putting in my required information and after completing the captcha, there was a message saying that a verification code would be sent to me via e-mail in order to complete my log-in but no code was ever sent. I tried several times to log-in to no avail. I began to get worried, because I knew my bill would be coming up soon. I tried to log-on every couple of days but I kept receiving the same message - A verification code would be sent to the email address on file. No code was ever sent ; not even in my spam folder.
So, you can imagine how upset I was on XX/XX/XXXX, when I received an automated e-mail from Conduent Education Services stating that my payment was due and if I did not pay it soon, a late charge would be made to my account, even worse, they would report lack of payment to credit agencies, that could affect my credit score. Frustrated, I attempted several times to log onto Conduent 's website, to pay my bill but each time, I got the same result. After doing a XXXX search, I noticed that this is a common theme with this company.
Even though I could not log-on to pay my bill, as well as having never been late for a payment ( as my credit report shows XXXX, a few days ago Conduent Service Education reported a negative comment to credit agencies, resulting in my credit score dropping a shocking 47 points. I am beyond upset! I am being unjustly punished for something I had absolutely no control over and did my best to prevent any late fees.
Earlier today, XX/XX/XXXX, after having my account reported as being late to credit agencies, I was finally allowed to log-on Conduent Education Services website and pay on my account, ( which by the way still has my former name ), before going to work. However, upon trying to log-on this evening to pay more towards my account, I received a message saying the website did not exist. This is totally unacceptable! The last thing I need is my score dropping again. Due to their incompetence, I feel as though Conduent Education Services should contact credit agencies immediately and get that negative hit off of my credit score! Thanks to them, my score has dropped so low, I am now unable to get the credit card I had been working with a banker to get, that would have allowed me to transfer a credit card balance.
This agency should be punished, not me. The first thing that should happen is Conduent Education Services to remove their negative comment from my credit report, so that my score can go back up. They also need to fix their website, so that payments can be made on time. Lastly, they need to contact me immediately, so that I can provide them with the necessary information to update my new name.

Complaint: I'd like to receive payment history ( for amount paid ) throughout the life of my student loan. The loan was sold by the company formerly known as ACS ( Conduent ) and is now serviced by XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). I have all payment history from the date of XXXX ' purchase but would like the prior seven years ' worth of history from Conduent.
Payments began XX/XX/2006 and I've deferred for 18 months ( non consecutive ) throughout that time, making minimum payments and above for approximately 120 months. To date, my original principal balance of XXXX XXXX has been reduced by XXXX XXXX. I need to confirm accuracy by reviewing the history in total, as the original schedule was set to be paid in full after 120 consecutive payments.

Complaint: I am being charged principal and interest for a loan and I have not graduated yet. I am still in school and this loan should not come due until after I graduate. I talked with the Conduent people several times and they have my graduation date incorrect. They said it was the college that had the incorrect date. I spoke with the collage several times and this is not the case. My father has been making payments so I do not get charged late fees or get poor credit reported.
This company seems very suspect in their practices.
