Complaint: I have a loan that is currently in repayment. Conduent was the servicer. I attempted to login to make a payment and a new message came up that states that Conduent is no longer the servicer and to contact the new servicer. I was never informed by mail, email, phone, or otherwise that the loan servicer was changed and now I have no idea where this loan has gone. I believe the loan now has a balance of {$240.00}. Original amount was {$2000.00}. The loan was originally through the University of XXXX. I can not find any new servicers or Conduent on the XXXX. How do I find this loan and resolve this. I would like to pay it off so that it does not keep getting cycled through servicers. This was inappropriate to not inform me and risk my credit.

Complaint: Until XX/XX/XXXX, my student loans were services by ACS Education Services. I joined the Federal Service in XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted ACS Education Services several times when they were my loan servicer to enquirer about the PSLF program. I was told I was on track for loan forgiveness. In XX/XX/XXXX I learned from another source that my student loans with ACS did not qualify for the program, and I refinanced my loans as the correct type so I would qualify for PSLF. If ACS had provided me with the correct information, then my loans would be forgiven this year in XX/XX/XXXX. However, since ACS misled me, I will not have my loans forgiven until XX/XX/XXXX.

Complaint: I have tried multiple times to get a hold of the servicer by phone and email. The phone numbers are disconnected and the website says " you are not authorized to perform this function '' when trying to log into the home page XXXX XXXX XXXX I attached the information I could find on the phone numbers, one of them actually leads somewhere but it's to a company called " XXXX '' loans or something.
Payments have continued to hit my checking account monthly on the 22nd of the month as they always did under XXXX.
I have no idea what the remaining balance is on them, how to pay off early, etc.

Complaint: A letter of complaint was sent to the US Department of Education, FSA Ombudsman on XX/XX/2019 due to misinformation/misrepresentation by servicers prior to and after the rehabilitation of my defaulted student loans. I consolidated my student loans and then entered into a rehabilitation agreement with a servicer who advised me that upon making 9 consecutive payments, the loan would be rehabilitated, the negative status would be deleted from the credit bureaus and the collection cost would be removed. None of these things happened upon the rehabilitation. Instead, after the ninth payment was made, I then received an invoice for an amount that I could not afford to pay. No one advised me at that time of any income based repayment plans that could have assisted me in a subsequent default. Since that time my one loan has been and continues to be reported inaccurately to the credit bureaus as 2 defaulted student loans. ( Please see the attached letter expressing my concerns in detail ).

Complaint: Conduent, formerly ACS, was a servicer on one of my student loans. When I consolidated my loans with the Dept. of Education, ACS was paid in full. However, they reported that they were not paid and were attempting to collect the debt through collection attempts. When I contacted the Dept. of Education, they informed me that ACS was paid in full and should not have attempted to collect the debt and needed to correct my credit reports. Then I contacted the Ombudsman Dept. who also stated that the loan was paid in full in XXXX of 2014. Although the Dept. of Education showed that the loan was paid in full, ACS refuses to correct my credit report ( late payments, delinquencies ) and it is impacting my credit. I have attempted to resolve this issue with them on multiple occasions without any success. Even though the Dept. of Education and the Ombudsman Dept. informed them that they were paid in full, they still refuse to remove the credit inaccuracies. I need assistance with this matter as I am attempting to purchase a home and it is impacting the lender 's decision. Thank you.

Complaint: I have a total of 5 university loans that were serviced by my previous loan servicer, Conduent, which has now turned all my loans to XXXX. I looked at my credit record and say that they reported late payments in XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, which is not true. I have been paying my loans since XXXX with no late payments. I didn't receive anything regarding late payments in the mail either. There is no working number or email associated with Conduent anymore as it says it has been decommissioned. It seems like online there are multiple borrowers that are in the same situation as me where payments were not applied correctly. I have the ability to pay off all the loans entirely so it is frustrating that they reported deliquent payments against me.

Complaint: I had a student load with ACS/Conduent from XXXX until I consolidated my loan in XXXX. They are reporting on all three credit reports that I was 60 days late on payment XXXX of XXXX. I was in a loan forbearance while in college, and I graduated XX/XX/XXXX. I am not able to access my account on their website anymore, I get a message that I no longer am a customer, which is true, as I consolidated last year. I have no access to my previous forbearance paperwork, which was completed online. I do have proof via email, from ACS that my forbearance was granted in XX/XX/XXXX and ended XX/XX/XXXX ; therefore, they reported me for being 60 days late in XX/XX/XXXX ; when the loan was in forbearance. This has ruined my credit and I need this removed from my credit reports. During that time in XXXX, ACS was bought out by Conduent, which it is now, so I think they messed something up with my forbearance during their change of companies.

Their website no longer functions ( barely exists ), I am not able to access my student loan account to make changes, payments, view my account balance, or download tax documents. NONE of Conduent 's published phone numbers work. If I need to make a change in auto payment, or wanted to payoff my loan, there is no way to accomplish this. My biggest concern is this company has my bank account numbers and social security number.

Complaint: I am filing a formal complaint against a previous loan servicer, Conduent Education ( formerly ACS ), a company that acquired my Federal student loan in the late XXXX 's, early XXXX 's from XXXX XXXX ( I believe ). During my borrowing period, I feel I was subjected to ACS ' arbitrary and rampant fees, predatory lending practices and massive interest rate hikes. I had to defer my loan on a few occasions as I could not afford payments at the time. I continue to struggle today, as I've been repaying my school loans for 10+ years, and have another 19 years to go, as I've refinanced my loan to another servicer that is reputable. I also know that ACS was involved in several lawsuits due to bad lending practices, during the time I was a borrower of their services. I am living pay check to paycheck as my loan repayment has reached {$560.00} per month, trying to support a family of 5 along the way. I've tried to acquire my loan payment history with Conduent ( formerly ACS ), but I am experiencing tremendous road blocks as they won't publish a direct customer care phone number on the web, nor will the online account system recognize my registered account username or password. I am really tired and frustrated of their business practices.

Complaint: I refinanced my student loan with ACS ( now Conduent ) in XX/XX/XXXX. I have been making payments of {$350.00} ( amount due each month {$300.00} ). Normally I get a 1098-e notification in XXXX. I didn't this year. This week I tried to prepare my taxes. I went to the website where I found out the name change.
I was able to login on XX/XX/XXXX but when I tried to access any information about my loan amounts it was empty. When I tried to find a 1098-e to download it didn't have one. I left a request for customer service. I didn't hear anything either by phone or my email.
On XX/XX/XXXX I searched for customer service phone numbers because they aren't on the website. When I called all 3 published numbers available on the web, they were disconnected. When I tried to login on the website their message was that they no longer service my loan.
I have received no information about a transfer of my loan. As the permission I gave to the company to deduct my payment is no longer valid, I have stopped payment for future payments with my bank. I don't want to be arrears for my loan which could easily be solved if I knew who my current loan owner is. I also really need the 1098-e form for my taxes.
