Complaint: Got a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX representing Troy Capital LLC they filed a judgement against me back in XX/XX/XXXX trying to collect old debt that Troy Capital LLC bought from the Original Creditor XXXX XXXX for Pennies to the dollar Troy Capital LLC is a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Debt Buyer and hire crooked lawyers like XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to do their dirty work XXXX XXXX like Troy Capital LLC and Crooked lawyers like XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX need to be held accountable for always breaking the FDCPA Laws they count on the ignorance of Consumers using scare tactics paying for debts no longer owed but written off by Original Creditors it's a shady deceptive business that needs to be looked into and put a stop to it the money they collect don't go toward the debt or the Original Creditors but instead into their own pockets that's how they make their profits I tried to pay the minimum owed in good faith to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX but I read alot of bad negative reviews from other consumers sure people gets into messes they shouldn't get into but the people at Troy Capital LLC and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sure as heck ain't perfect and definitely saints themselves for judging consumer remember only God can Judge oh by the way XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had the time barred extended to XX/XX/XXXX

The loan was originally turned over to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, PA XXXX ( XXXX ) The company admitted to me that the Social Security Numbers for the name do not match, yet they can not remove the lien. I am not responsible for this debt. Another person with the same name is. My bank is refusing to process a loan for me for this reason. Help!

Which was brought to my attention. I could not close due to they would not settle with me. I had contacted the attorney in sc who gave me a a pay off of XXXX Dated .. XX/XX/XXXX.. Then i get another attorney with the same judgement ( transferred to Tennessee ) and they would budge off their total. {$8600.00}. REFUSED to take lesser amount. 1 Troy Capital is not the original debt.. it was XXXX. 2 they held up 3 other loans from being paid due to their stance on this. 3 2 different amount from 2 different attorney for the same debt. XXXX dollar difference in the SAME MONTH.. 4 original debt was XXXX.

Complaint: i signed up with XXXX to take classes on line for my XXXX degree.iwas given a loan of XXXX.i was never able to contact any one from the school for assistance or questions regarding my classes, also i was never able to pass any of my exams.i made multiple attempts for assistance but not able to get any.the cost of degree promised to me turned out to be astronomical with hidden fees and no one to contact at college network.doing so i stopped paying loan given to me by XXXX.at present i am being contacted told there is a judgement against me for non payment for something i did not benefit from.i have spoken to other XXXX who verbalized that they have had the samep roblem sign up with the college network get a loan from them and not able to get any assistance thus leaving us with a large loan and no repay with no degree to show.the name of the school is college network the name servicing the loan is troy capital llc XXXX florida.the XXXX which is permanently closed a class action is being taken by them since 2014 i am one of their individual who signed up for their classes.i would greatly appreciate a response to my petition for help.i truly feel i should not have to pay back this loan due to college network incompitence and multiple complaints made all over the united states.forced to pay back a fraudilent loan.

When I finally spoke with someone in their office. I was informed the original debtor was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX . They sold the debt to Troy Capital, LLC and their law firm filed a lawsuit against me. This person stated they served me with court papers in XXXX XXXX 2014 @ XXXX. I informed him that would have been impossible to do as I was at work on that day XXXX. I asked if they had a signature showing I signed these papers. The guy then tells me he ca n't give me that information and said I could get a lawyer. They took every cent I had out of my bank accounts and left them in the negative by thousands of dollars. I ca n't pay my bills or buy food for my child because all my money is gone. This is not right and I plan to fight this.
