Complaint: My name is XXXX It was XX/XX/XXXX and I bought a new XXXX XXXX at the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They told me I was approved for credit and I signed the financing documents. My original Creditor was XXXX/XXXX bank but in XXXX of XXXX it was transferred to XXXX XXXX. My issue is upon checking my credit score I noticed 3 hard inquiries from 3 different creditors on the same date. I was not made aware of this by the XXXX Dealership and only authorized the one credit check which they said was approved. XXXX XXXX XXXX Inquiry from XXXX XXXX, XXXX The XXXX XXXX Inquiry from XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX Inquiry from XXXX XXXX, XXXX These inquiries could stay on your report until XX/XX/XXXX but only the first on XX/XX/XXXX was approved. I tried contacting these companies at the phone numbers listed but have found they have no record of me. Since this is an unauthorized hard inquiry and at least 1 hard inquiry being considered as three separate ones.

Complaint: XXXX/TD Bank continues to report this account and it should be removed since it was first reported on XX/XX/2011 and should come off in 7 year window. XXXX accepted an amount lower than the amount owed in a collection agreement but still continues to remove this account from my credit report. I have previously disputed as being paid and they refused to remove this and instead listed status as Updated in dispute. When I went through the collection process, I was informed that if I paid off the amount being requested, this would be removed from my credit report once paid and it has not been.

Complaint: After paying for nearly three years, I got an email from XXXX that would not tell me my balance and minimum. I assumed that it was fake email but when I called the help line the first excuse was a dispute with my previous address and now the line they are telling that I was going to transfer my address, both which is untrue. All I want is to restore my normal email from XXXX explaining me my balance each month. I hoped to pay them off, they have no attempt to resolve the problem or to recognize the problem lies with them. How can pay off a debt if can not be informed of my balance. When I even asked for my balance I had to beg for the information. I filed a complaint with the XXXX XXXX and refused to response. Like I said every attempt to resolve end up a different story each time. I even pay too much to run a report from my bank XXXX to prove that I pay each month on time the minimum amount each time. They seemed to ignore and discredit my problem. No attempt to resolve this problem. XXXX XXXX

Complaint: Hello, I am dealing with a serious fraud issue with someone. He took out a mortgage loan, originally {$420000.00} it is now {$470000.00} with myself as co-signer about 10 years ago. He was supposed to take me off this loan after a short while and make payments on the house in XXXX N.Y. XX/XX/XXXX was the very last payment he made on the house according to my credit report. And he has not paid a dime since! my credit has suffered tremendously and I want to be removed off this loan and I have asked him multiple times over the years. I went into TD bank today ( Friday ) in XXXX and spoke to someone who advised me to contact the Credit Bureau and the FTC ( federal trade commision ) and also to seek legal advice. She said I can refinance to be off the loan but to my knowledge I was taken off the house but left solely on the loan ruining my credit. He refinanced XX/XX/XXXX according to XXXX XXXX without my knowledge or consent. I am under the impression that I have to be present to sign documents and I was not. This is fraud!! My credit score went from XXXX to XXXX because of the mess. I just want my life and credit back so I can apply for my own loan for a home with my Fiance '. I have been dealing with this for a few years and gave him countless opportunities to fix it. I have addition information if needed like names, addresses for example. Complaint: I withdrew XXXX dollars from an ATM. I accidentally hit check my account balance prior to withdrawing the money. Only through diligently checking my online account balance did I notice I was charged three ( 3 ) fees for that transaction. {$2.00} ATP fee paid to the ATM company. A {$3.00} fee paid to TD bank for balance inquiry and a {$3.00} fee paid to TD Bank for using a non-TD bank ATM. The balance inquiry fee was given without notice. It's bad enough to have to pay my bank to use another ATM to get my own cash that they're making money off of, but to pay a fee to see my balance without that fee being disclosed is ridiculous. I called TD Bank on XX/XX/2018 to question them about this and initially the TD Bank representative told me that the {$3.00} balance inquiry fee was not from TD bank it was a fee paid to the ATM owner. Only after stating that this was not true and the ATM could not charge me fees without disclosure did the representative acknowledge that the {$3.00} dollar ATM fee and the {$3.00} balance inquiry fee were charged by TD Bank. The representative did check to see if I could be refunded the {$3.00} but the call was disconnected prior to any resolution. I know a class action lawsuit was filed and won against TD Bank for charging superfluous fees. It seems like they're back at it again. I felt it my duty to bring this to light to prevent TD bank from stealing millions of dollars in fees from their customers. I'm sure that this complaint won't bring about any change but hopefully it's a beginning and I'm sure that I'm not the only one who's filed one against TD Bank for this reason.

Complaint: I called the Target Card Services department XXXX approximately 30 days ago in regards to getting a credit reporting issue resolved over the phone. I was told that they would work to resolve my issue and contact me by mail. This past week on XX/XX/XXXX at approximately XXXX ET, I called to see what the status of my issue was ; after reviewing my account the customer service agent told me to send a letter to them explaining my request. After explaining to the rep that I had this conversation 30 days prior with an other agent and was told something completely different ; I asked him if he could see the notes on my account with that prior discussion. He told me " that there was no record of that conversation on the account ".

Complaint: I have a charged off Nordstrom Credit Card from XX/XX/XXXX. Nordstrom sold this debt in XX/XX/XXXXto a collection agency called XXXX XXXX. I called Nordstrom to offer a settlement but they told me I need to work with XXXX XXXX Ok, no problem. However, each month, Nordstrom ( not the collection agency ) is updating my credit report to reflect a balance due on a closed, charged off, sold account that they will not accept payment for. Each month they update " FP '' or " Failed to Pay ''. This is a misrepresentation. I am not currently failing to pay Nordstrom as they do not own the debt any longer and will not accept payment for it. The Nordstrom representative told me that Nordstrom handles the credit reporting while XXXX owns the debt. This is a violation of FCRA and a purposeful way to have a harsher impact on consumer credit scores as this is factored into utilization. The collection agency owns the debt and is therefore the only one with rights to report it. Nordstrom updating this information each month is a way to leverage credit impact over the consumer instead of having the collection agency report it themselves. I want Nordstrom to stop updating this information each month inaccurately as " FP '', update to a XXXX balance, and remove the FPs in each prior month the debt was owned by the collection agency.
