Complaint: The new balance information on this credit card statement is deceiving because it does not take in consideration the credits or payments made. So when I look at my bill it looks like I have to pay more than I owe the credit card company. All my other credit cards the new balance is calculated is like this : previous balance less payment & credits plus purchases = new balance. Also I have this bill in autopay, so the money is taking out of my account so the credit card is to be paid in full every month, but by adding the amounts on my credit card statement of XX/XX/XXXX my new balance does n't match the amount of the payment taken by Nordstrom from my bank account, which is showing on XX/XX/XXXX statement. It looks like Nordstrom did not take {$9.00}, and I do n't see this amount anywhere in the credits.

Complaint: I called Target RED card today ( XXXX XXXX ) to pay my credit card balance in full ( {$60.00} ) and was informed my balance is now {$86.00} due to me being hit with a {$25.00} late fee. My bill was actually due XXXX XXXX, not the XXXX. I explained that I was out of town and it just slipped my mind but with today being the next business day after the XXXX holiday and next business day after my bill was due, I assumed that I would have a grace period of some kind. They insist there is nothing they can do to waive it and that even if I spoke with a manager or supervisor they could n't waive it either. I find this rather egregious and ridiculous that if I am a mere XXXX days late, ( a holiday weekend no less ) that they will not work with me, especially when i am willing to pay my balance in full.

Complaint: Hello, I have submitted letters as well as online disputes with documentation to all XXXX credit reporting agencies. This is court documentation proving the account ( target/TD ) they are reporting on my credit is not mine and it was dismissed in a court of law in the state of Massachusetts ( in 2013 ). They have yet to remove this from my credit reports. At this time i would have thought that Target/TD would have also received the Court Documentation considering they were the ones who initiated the complaint to begin with. However they have yet to comply with the Court ruling. I 'm applaud that they are ignoring legal documentation ( which is readily available to the public on the court website ). Complaint: I went through a Chapter XXXX which included a Reaffirmation of my vehicle. I represented myself and understand what was included in the Reaffirmation. The Chapter XXXX started in XXXX XXXX and was discharged XXXX XXXX. The Reaffirmation included the total amount due to TD Auto and included a payment schedule that I am to follow to pay the total amount I owe. That schedule started on XXXX XXXX, XXXX for 62 months and I have n't missed a single payment. XX/XX/XXXX I was assessed a fee and now shown to be late. When I called TD Auto I was told I missed a payment in XXXX and I was being charged for it. I tried to explain I went through a Reaffirmation in Bankruptcy and did not miss a single payment so I could n't be late. TD Auto stuck to the belief that the Reaffirmation meant nothing as I filed a XXXX complaint that ended in a stalemate with TD Auto insisting I was late. The XXXX referred me here to take the next step as they have no power to take this further. The complaint number from the XXXX is " Complaint ID # XXXX TD Auto Finance ''. TD Auto claims I never contacted them to make the missed payment when in fact I went through a Chapter XXXX and corresponded with their lawyers, agreed to Reaffirm what I owe, attended the court hearing for the Reaffirmation and was granted the Reaffirmation I sought and agreed to pay and have made those payments.

Complaint: I received my monthly TD bank statement and saw transactions that I did not recognize by what appeared on the statement as XXXX which I learned later from the bank that it was a payroll company called " XXXX '', XXXX of them were deposits of small amounts then a withdrawal of {$40000.00}. I contacted the bank immediately because this is an account I had saved for my pension and I never use it to make any transactions and it was shocking for me to lose this amount of money and I never authorized these transactions nor did I ever hear about this " XXXX '' before. The bank was not cooperative. I filed an ACH dispute on XX/XX/XXXX which the bank denied in a letter on XX/XX/XXXX claiming that I should contact the company that withdrew the money myself. After consulting a lawyer, I sent them another letter on XX/XX/XXXX regarding my lawful rights for the ACH dispute and unauthorized transfer explaining to them the laws of the EFTA and Reg E. They acknowledged receiving the letter and they said they will answer it. I gave them 10 days in my letter to answer me but it has been three weeks and I have not heard from them. They are now avoiding any attempts that I make to contact them. Since then I closed my account with them and opened a new one in a different bank because TD bank was obviously too vulnerable to a scam and yet would not acknowledge their mistake nor help me get my money back. I am attaching all necessary documents that supplement my problem and they have a better explanation of the situation.

Complaint: I always received my statements and notifications by e-mail. Faithfully I 'd receive my target emails every month. Then it stopped. I figured my balance was paid off since I was n't getting any more alerts or statements. Then yesterday I get a letter in the mail stating it was an attempt to collect debt. I paid my bill immediately considering I did n't even know I had a balance of any sort. But I received no notifications of payment due. Not sure if it went into my spam-it never done that before and we had the credit card for years-but even spam deletes itself after a certain time, so I could n't even be sure it went to my spam. Just know i did n't receive any alert. I am more than happy to pay the balance but not the steep {$130.00} fine. I called several times and they wo n't remove it. I am a faithful paying customer with a high credit score. They should check my history and see this is not my typical response, considering I 'd been a customer for years. Also I did n't receive any form of letters in the mail until after fifty days. If my account was overdue I should 've been alerted by mail way before this.

Complaint: We applied for a mortgage loan at td bank XXXX. They are not following through. Our representative does not return calls or emails from us or our realtor, and I now have no confidence that our loan will close in the near future. We escalated to her supervisor and were told any delays were our fault and a lack of communication and that we needed to call her, not that she answered, so we just left her another message. After leaving 2 messages she called and we happened to be at our local branch so we got on a conference call go over the papers that were emailed and had point out that the ones she said were missing were in the email. Every time we do reach our representative to get an update, she informs us that we are missing information and we are given a new list of things to send. Our assigned lawyer called us to say he does not work in the area where our property is, and the bank was not returning his call. Our assigned appraiser does n't work in the area either, which we found out when our realtor called the appraiser to get a status. Neither of these issues has been addressed at this point. Our closing was already postponed from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX, but with out a scheduled appraisal there is no way they will make that date. To top it off, she told us we had to have a standard rate lock signed for them to proceed with the loan, so now if we cancel we will own them more money than we would to complete the loan. At this point we are ready to cancel and go with another lender, not because we do n't want a loan, but because they have given us reason to believe we are wasting time working with them.

Complaint: I currently have a XXXX Honda Crosstour that needs a new axle, but this part has been on backorder since XXXX XXXX and ca n't be found anywhere. I 've tried ordering the parts a couple of times with no success. Due to my axles being bad it has caused the thread my tires to show which is extremely dangerous for me and my children to ride around in. I do n't have the money to get the tires at the moment but getting new tires will not fix the problem if the axles are still bad. This car is my only means of transportation for me and my children and I need something that is safe and reliable.
