Complaint: Hi, I opened a XXXX account back when I first turned XXXX years old with my parents which was around XXXX of 2014. We opened 4 lines and I was not aware my social security number was being used when the account was open. We had the service for about a year and then we decided to move carriers. We kept the phones and used another service which was still under the ambrella of XXXX. A year later XXXX collection agency kept calling informing me we owed money on the phones, which where already paid for. Now three years later Im still constantly getting calls, being harassed even though my number has been changed and Ive moved to a whole different phone carrier. Please help me remove this from my Fico credit report since its making a huge impact on my score.

Complaint: On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I was made aware of a {$65.00} charge off that was reporting on my credit report by a " SW Credit Systems. '' I 've never had so much as a late payment on my credit report..ever. It was in the XXXX, and after this report it has dropped nearly XXXX points. So I contact this SW Credit at XXXX and spoke with an XXXX XXXX there. It took them forever to find my account, and stated it was a {$65.00} bill from XXXX XXXX?? I have n't had XXXX in about 2 years so I was very confused. I asked when they tried to contact me and I would 've paid them whatever they wanted before they reported it as a charge off and come to find out they sent one letter ( to an address I have n't lived at in years ) in XXXX. I asked if that was it and she said yes. 1 letter..over the course of 8 MONTHS. I asked her if she thought this was an appropriate amount of collections before sending it to charge off. She avoided answering the question and just read off a script, because anyone who is sane would know they answer is a most certain " No. '' I asked if we could come to some agreement where I would pay this mysterious {$65.00} bill and they would just remove this from my credit bureau. XXXX was emphatic that they have a no deletion policy. I then called XXXX at XXXX ( Collection Department ), where I came in contact with literally the rudest person I have ever dealt with in a business setting. She started yelling at me when I tried to get information on this alleged account I had, saying that I should n't have called there and I needed to speak directly with this Collection Agency that they sold my " debt '' to. She was trying to rush me off the phone from the 1st sentence. I asked if she could possibly assist me with this random 3rd party, possibly fax something to them. When I asked this, she literally yelled into the phone " WE ARE N'T GOING TO FAX ANYTHING TO ANYONE TO GET IF OFF YOUR CREDIT '' and actually hung up on me! I always remembered XXXX being very nice back when I had it, so I was astonished to come across someone so terribly rude. I 'm just so confused at this entire situation, I have a random 3rd party collection agency that has awful reviews reporting a {$65.00} charge off that I 've never been aware off but they claim that they sent ONE letter 8 months ago. When I try and contact the base company that my supposed " debt '' is with, I 'm met with rudeness beyond words. I ca n't believe I have been dealing with all of this, over a simple {$65.00}.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # : XXXX Southwest Credit Ref # : XXXX I was a loyal client of XXXX XXXX XXXX for 4 years until my son needed a cell phone. After clearly explaining what services were needed, their representatives advised me to purchase products that did not meet our needs.
Several repeated 2-4 hour phone calls resulted in returns and additional products that did not meet our criteria.
I had to escalate the issue several times since XXXX XXXX XXXX refused to take responsibility for not only the ineptitude and rudeness of their employees but also refused to correct the billing.
In fact, I warned the escalation department they were going to lose a 4 year loyal Client unless they did the right thing by correcting my account several times.
Instead they chose to show me how little my business and loyalty was worth by refusing to admit their mistakes and credit my account.
So I switched to XXXX.
Since I cancelled my account with XXXX XXXX XXXX, I have been waiting for my " final bill '' so XXXX could buy out my contract. I was told by an XXXX XXXX XXXX representative the " final bill '' was in the mail. It never arrived.
Another XXXX XXXX XXXX representative told me I had to log in online however when I did, my account was locked.
Now months letter I am getting phone calls and threatening letters from Southwest Credit demanding money.
I suggest they read the Notes and see how many times I asked XXXX XXXX XXXX to fix their mistakes, that I did not want to switch Carriers but I would if my business was not appreciated.
I can dig through the remains of XXXX XXXX XXXX and get names and dates. Most of it was taken out with the rest of the trash.
I will never do business with XXXX XXXX XXXX again and strongly suggest the President of the company cleans " his '' house.
Since I have had to deal directly with the President 's Office on a different occasion and on the behalf of another abused consumer, I am not holding my breath. Their employees are garbage and they do not care about loyalty or Client retention.
XXXX XXXX XXXX and Southwest Credit ... DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN. DO NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR MOST LOYAL CLIENTS AND EXPECT THEM TO STAY.

Complaint: I was a customer of XXXX XXXX XXXX wireless for over SEVEN YEARS, and I paid my bills ALWAYS. However, I DID NOT RECEIVE any wireless services from XXXX XXXX XXXX for the five months or so ( i.e. XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX ) because there were technical problems with my receiving the wireless services that I was being billed monthly for. I lodged NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS with XXXX XXXX XXXX in-store Managers, who in turn, contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX Tecnical Support Services on my behalf to rectify the problem, but no avail.
Also, XXXX XXXX XXXX REFUSED yo replace or REPEATEDLY put up barriers to replacing my XXXX XXXX even though I had been duly paying for the Insurance Cover/ Premium every month. This would have enabled me to receive the wireless services that I was being billed for, if the problem had been with the XXXX itself. This went on for several months. As a result, I had no option but to CLOSE THE ACCOUNT in XX/XX/XXXX-by switching over to XXXX XXXX XXXX. And I have been paying monthly ever since. Just like I paid my monthly bills with XXXX XXXX XXXX Wirelessly for over SEVEN YEARS!!!
Against this backdrop, I believe that XXXX XXXX XXXX 's Bill for sum of XXXX XXXX is UNLAWFUL and is a retaliation against me for exercising my legitimate right.

Complaint: Collection agency is reporting on my credit report, but has not provided the requested sufficient information about alleged debt.
I initially contacted SW CREDIT SYSTEMS L.P. on XX/XX/XXXX after I noticed a strange entry on my credit file that I had no knowledge of. I emailed the company at XXXXXXXXXXXX and also at XXXXXXXXXXXX. I received a response back asking to verify my address and some information about this account will be mailed to me. I did receive this piece of mail, but it was just a random bill. A bill that I had no knowledge of. I did not recognize the account or the charge. I then asked for SW CREDIT SYSTEMS L.P. to provide proof On XX/XX/XXXX. I outlined that by law they must exhibit an authoritative copy of the obligatory instrument or record, timed and date-stamped, which identifies SW CREDIT SYSTEMS L.P. as the assignee of the alleged Secured Party as the assignee of the record or records. To be valid, copies or revisions that add or change the Assignee of the authoritative copy can be made only with the participation of the secured party pursuant UCC 9-105. This was not received. They also had an additional account number on file, which I never held a contract at any time with SW CREDIT SYSTEMS L.P. and believe this may be identify theft due to the fact that the requested documents were not received and they have my personal information reporting on a debt to which I have no knowledge up with an account number. Please help me remove this information from my credit file ASAP. It has been well over 30 days and proper verification/validation has not been established in addition to the identity theft. This is damaging my credit file and is restricting me from obtaining items based on my credit worthiness. If not removed I will be seeking damages as outlined under the FDCPA which are {$1000.00} per each occurrence.

XXXX assigned me with a new account number without letting me know that when you transfer apartments you will be given a new account number. He said yes that they did not clear the bill and it was there mistake and he would get that handled. XXXX gave me his number at XXXX and stated to call tomorrow to confirm it had been taken care of. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX, XXXX at XXXX immediately and spoke with XXXX and she stated she will note the account. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX at XXXX another debt collector - XXXX stating that I owed {$90.00} to XXXX and that how would I like to handle the debt. I never received a bill from the new debt collector and only received a call. I said I have spoken to people many times to get this cleared up. The debt collector got nasty with me and stated this is the first time I got this account and I said well it is illegal to collect on a debt that is false and I have handled this. XXXX continued to raise her voice and yell at me. I said do not contact me again and I will contact CFPB for illegally collecting on a debt.
