This is my I can't complain regarding XXXX Mortgage servicer. my first complain number XXXX XXXX - XXXX Why is closed by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau with a letter that was sent out by XXXX denial off the wrongdoing to my monthly payment. as of XX/XX/XXXX XXXX is still in violation a fair debt collecting Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, wrongful foreclosure, and transferring my loan to Select Portfolio Services with incorrect information stop my taxes and loan history.
I received a letter from XXXX which I am including as a PDF with this complaint XXXX did not fixed my property taxes according to XXXX County.
I am including my new tax bill which is based on property value of {$790000.00} please look at my build that clearly states my property value is {$790000.00} Letter Dated XX/XX/XXXX send by XXXX respond to my complain with the Consumer Protection Bureau clearly states that my property value as the date they send the letter is {$1000.00}, XXXX NOT {$790000.00} I have paid my mortgage on time since XX/XX/XXXX intend never missed a payment because of XXXX negligence an unfair debt collection my credit score dropped 300 points and XXXX servicer refused to take my payments of {$4000.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX. I am facing foreclosure because of XXXX negligence. the new servicer has received incorrect information from XXXX transport in XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX 's liable for damages to me financially and I'm very much mentally stressed because of the situation it is hard to function on daily basis and it is giving me sleepless nights.

Complaint: My monthly statements confirm that my mortgage servicing company has made the home that I purchased in XXXX un-affordable by increasing my interest rate from 2.375 % to 5.375 %, and my monthly payment from {$900.00} to {$2900.00} during one 12- month period as follows ; XX/XX/XXXX - 2.375 % interest, with {$900.00} monthly payments -- - XX/XX/XXXX 3.375 % interest, with {$2900.00} monthly payments -- - XXXX 4.375 % interest with {$2700.00} monthly payments -- - XX/XX/XXXX - 5.375 % interests with monthly payments of {$2900.00}.
Twelve months ago, I followed my servicer instructions, with assurance that they would not foreclose, if I submitted an application along with financial information, and continued to make my {$900.00} payments, because I was entitled to get a modification of my loan by either a reduction of principle, reduction of interest, or an extension of the pay-off period to lower my monthly payment I.e. a new 20 year mortgage.
To date however, despite my compliance with their instructions, my servicer has stalled my request for modification of my loan, by continuing to ask for more and more and more new information and resubmission of information already submitted, during which time they turned my loan over to there attorney to start foreclosure, because I continued to pay the {$900.00} amount ( as instructed ), instead of the increased interest rates and monthly payments.
Upon notice of foreclosure, I was able to come up with and pay the difference between my previous {$900.00} and now {$2700.00} monthly payments to bring my mortgage loan current, with no assurance that they would provide the modification assistance that I need to make my loan affordable ... so that age XXXX I can live near my children that can provide the help that I now need going forward.

Complaint: I tried to do a loan modification with SPS. SPS is stating to me that because I had other reviews in the past the investor says I am not eligible. I next submitted a short sale and SPS is stating because of how far behind I am on my mortgage that a short sale is not an option per the investor. The investor is XXXX XXXX.
