Complaint: I bank with Schools First Credit Union for many years. I have a personal and car loan through them. I do n't normall look at the transaction but today I did. My payment is set up to pull from my checking account automatically. The banks allows a 15 day grace period before the payment is considered late. Today I discovered that the day after the payment is due if the funds are n't able to auto draft they charge a {$20.00} NSF fee even though they have a day grace period. Can they legally do that? What about a 15 day grace period? Between both loans I have been charged about 10 times ( {$200.00} ) just this year. I have no idea how long this is happening. Because they are turning around charging me {$20.00} I am paying interest on a higher amount when I think my balance is being reduced. Thank you

Complaint: I have an account on auto pay with XXXX XXXX through my bank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX charged my account twice. The second charge was unauthorized and there was no money in my account but Schools First Federal Credit Union went ahead and paid the amount withdrawing the money from my savings account just to charge a {$22.00} fee. I did not authorize the credit union to pay overdrawn checks from my savings account nor have I signed any papers to authorize this but they are all in cahoots, help each other scam people and charge fees. In the mean time XXXX XXXX says they have cancelled the second transaction but 3 days have passed and the money is not in my account. These thieves give me the run around blaming each other and I am out of {$380.00} plus {$22.00} and the harassment from them and am now in dire straits.

Complaint: This Complaint is about Fraudulent Transfer of Tile to Real Property in which Schools First Federal Credit Union SFFCU Offered False or Forged Instrument for Filling and Recoding ( Cal Pen Code 115 ) with XXXX County Recorders against my legally owned property located in XXXX County, State of California, with intended to defraud and with parties, with no legal interest in the property, or authority to do so. On or after XX/XX/XXXX, in the County of XXXX , Schools First Federal Credit Union , did unlawfully and knowingly procure and offer, or cause, a false of forged instrument, to wit : the TRUSTEES DEED UPON SALE in XXXX County Public Property Records .. On XX/XX/XXXX, in the County of XXXX, Schools First Federal Credit Union, did unlawfully and knowingly procure and offer, or cause, a false of forged instrument, to wit : COMPLAINT FOR UNLAWFUL DETAINER in XXXX County Superior Court to be filed, registered and recorded in the Public office within this State, which instrument, if genuine, might be filed, registered and recorded under a law of this State or the United States, in violation of Penal Code Section 115, subdivision ( a ), a felony. On XX/XX/XXXX, Schools First FCU, sent an email alleging, Schools First FCU Home Equity Line of Credit Statement, while claiming to be the owner of the claiming to have purchased the property on Auction under a fake created loan number. This fraudulent action scheme could have been carried out because I have a Home Equity Line of Credit with Schools First FCU, which I have been paying on since on or after XX/XX/XXXX, through a direct withdraw monthly payment schedule, dating back to XX/XX/XXXX and has not changed. On Friday XX/XX/XXXX, I found a Notice to Vacate my legally owned property. The Notice to Vacate appeared to be with a Void judgement from the Superior Court of California County of XXXX, with attached XXXX County Sheriffs Office, ( XXXX ) XXXX. No documents were attached to the Notice to Vacate to prove alleged ownership, by Schools First Credit Union, which can not be proven because the Judgement was void on its face. SFFCU acts constitute to unfair and deceptive practice. I own my property and I have the Grant Deed to my property to prove ownership. The Note the Deed of Trust Schools First claim to have obtained had no out standing Debt and the Deed does not transfer the property ; nevertheless, Tile or Deed of Trust together with the note by law can only be transferred by owner or it dedicated agent, and with documentary evidence to prove agency relation and certify the statute of fraud.

Complaint: In 2012 w e were forced to declare bankruptcy because the credit union would not alter our loan modification as they said our bill were our fault so they would not help us even though I was a member for over 20 years with a perfect record. During the BK they would not take called from our lawyer so we were not able to reaffirm our mortgages. Now they report them as delinquent as of X/2012 ev en thought they have always been current.

Complaint: My retirement account hardship withdrawal is being delayed and processed in a discriminatory manner by a mean-spirited manager at my employer 's third party administrator, Schools First FCU. I originally submitted the hardship withdrawal request request to the custodian of my retirement funds, XXXX which received the same documentation ( attached ) and they issued an approval one hour later by Facsimile. The approval is noted on the first page of their facsimile. That same day, Monday XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted the required forms to my credit union which is also my employer 's Third party administrator of all retirement plans. After two days, a young lady named XXXX called me on Wednesday, XXXX, and informed me that a lesser amount than the {$8100.00} that XXXX had been approved, after I questioned the reasoning behind the lesser amount the hardship request went from being approved at a lesser amount to denied altogether. Since, Wednesday I have attempted to address each concern raised by XXXX in telephone conversations via telephone. However, the manager XXXX keeps insisting on a certain form or " invoice '' that is non-existent in order to approve my hardship withdrawal request.
