Complaint: I started repaying my loan with the third party and at a point I talked to them because could n't keep making the full monthly payments of XXXX, to which they offered me to make payments of XXXX for a few months and accepted the offer. they sent me the receipts of debit for the amount of XXXX twice and then contacted me and told me that it was wrong and they could n't do that that if I did n't make the full payment at that time I would loose everything and would have to start over. I explained they made an agreement and that they would have to keep it because I already payed {$4200.00} to a settlement offer of {$7600.00}. Under UDAP, they deceived with information given and then I heard nothing from them and was contacted by another 3rd party to start repaying the whole amount and that I lost all the money I had already paid.
