Complaint: I currently have two payments left and I was advised that there will be a {$180.00} additional amount due. It was a 39 month loan and I made 37 payments. All of the payments were on time. I was told that the charges were from older payments that were late. I replied that a payment was never sent late and it was an error. Also, I was advised by another supervisor there that the charges will be removed, but the woman I spoke to yesterday advised me that the individual was no longer employed there. This amount is fraudulently added to my balance.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I received a Bankruptcy discharge. Included in that Bankruptcy discharge was an auto loan, financed by Pinnacle Finance Company. I must add to this that I purchased the vehicle for {$14000.00} in XXXX with a {$5000.00} down payment, yet no matter how much I paid over two years my balance continued to rise. The larger issue is that upon receiving my Bankruptcy discharge, I DID NOT REAFFIRM the auto loan with Pinnacle Finance. Further, I never directly agreed to any terms and conditions with Pinnacle Finance as it relates to their internal policies or terms and conditions ; as this loan was transferred to them after I purchased my vehicle. Pinnacle Finance has not only acted unlawfully by ignoring my bankruptcy discharge and pursuing me for money I do not owe on the vehicle. They continue various forms of collection tactics, first and foremost by stating erroneous information regarding the status of the account on my credit bureau report. They insist I owe them monies when I DO NOT. The loan was discharged. Further, they are stating that the vehicle was repossessed and that is NOT FACTUAL. Last summer I contacted Pinnacle Finance and agreed to surrender the vehicle and asked them to please come and pick it up. Pinnacle neglected to pick up the vehicle until late XX/XX/XXXX. Pinnacle finance is reporting erroneous information to the credit bureau agencies and I have made multiple contacts with them to stop. They refuse. I do not owe them any money and the car was NOT repossessed it was surrendered after being discharged from Bankruptcy. They are breaking the law ; and they are not adhering to proper and lawful collection tactics. Complaint: Back in XXXX Pinnacle Financial Group purchased my auto loan from XXXX XXXX. Ever since then I have had multiple issues with this company. Back in XXXX of XXXX they fraudulently charged my card 2 in the same month. Most recently they are claiming I owe late fees from XXXX and current. I previously had several conversations with different account representatives regarding late fees. They refunded me the late fees in the past because my original contract doesn't have any late fees and they have NEVER given me a response regarding their late fee process. I would like them to remove all previous and current late fees so that I can settle this account once and for all.

Complaint: Pinnacle Financial is an auto loan account that was transferred from another company around XX/XX/XXXX. Pinnacle Financial constantly calls me at work before, during or after due date of my payment. Pinnacle Financial sends daily text messages ( without my permission ) to my phone to remind me of my payments, before, during or after I am late. Pinnacle Financial contacts me several times per day. Pinnacle Financial calls at odd hours of the day. Pinnacle Financial sometimes contacts me even when my bill is current and up to date. I contacted Pinnacle Financial to voice my concerns explaining that I was not happy with the frequent calls and text messages. The Customer Service Representative on XX/XX/XXXX refuse to allow me to speak with any supervisor to the point that I had to disconnect the call.I called Pinnacle Financial again the same day and spoke to with another customer service rep.The representative proceeded to say that I was avoiding calls from them and that I was irresponsible. Although I have a fairly satisfactory payment history with the company. To avoid speaking with me further she abruptly without notice transferred the call to someone else. A man came on the line yelling " XXXX . XXXX! ", I then disconnected the call. My prompt to call the company was that I just made a full months payment for the month of XXXX on XXXX that was only 2 days late. I had received an text message that I owe a new amount in one more day. I feel that the constants calls and text message are excessive. This has been occurring from the moment the account was transferred to Pinnacle Financial in XX/XX/XXXX but I have not yet complain until now from fear of retaliation. Pinnacle Financial is harassing me in the form of excessive phone calls and text messages. Please contact them regarding this matter.

Complaint: In XX/XX/2017 my car loan was purchased by Pinnacle Financial. My car has a fail switch so my original contract doesn't contain any late fee amounts. I noticed that this company had been charging me late fees. I questioned it but they ignored my questions. They also have admitted taking payments out of my account illegally. Most recently I made several inquiries to obtain a print out of all payments and late fees collected from the account on file. They have blatantly ignored my many requests. The representative that was managing my account had tried to send me a screenshot but I needed something more professional on company letter head for my mortgage lender. I believe that this company is fraudlently charging me. I would like them to supply proof of what I have paid to date as well as proof that they now hold my loan and how many payments I have left. I would also like a refund of the late charges.

Complaint: I had to make arrangements for my XXXX XXXX payment due. I called Pinnacle Financial group and made arrangements. I started receiving collection calls the next day along with emails and text messages advising me to remove my things out of car if no call by a certain date. I kept arrangements made for my XXXX XXXX payment. They changed my due date to XX/XX/XXXX I did not sign any paperwork or tell them to change it. Now they have me due for XX/XX/XXXXand showing me 30 days late. I cant be past due for XXXX XXXX when I just made XXXX XXXX payment. They continue to call and sent a certified letter to repo the car. I have proof of my payments I have never missed a payment. I have not made my XXXX pymt due to this error.

Complaint: I purchased a car in XX/XX/2014 XXXX XXXX during the time of purchase I found out the car was register to me and another person in New jersey. I never received the car title of this car. Its states on the car fax report that I never even had the vehicle. DMV states that the car was still registered to someone else in New jersey as well as the XXXX History report. at the time when I bought the car. I had the car for about a year I took it to the shop for repairs I was n't able to get the car out the shop so I car shop I guess sold the car I call to check on the car and the car was no longer their. Pinnacle Finance company is now trying to sue me for the car XXXX dollars explained to them I no longer have the vehicle and I do n't know where it is at this time I am finding out that the car was n't still registered in someone else name of the time I had the car never receive the title. Also the car history does n't even show that I had the car registered in md what can I do please me thanks.

Complaint: Well Hello, My daughter and I purchased a car in XX/XX/XXXX and it 's was financed through Pinnacle Financial Group where my Mother cosigned for me the car. So her and I were both on the car contract and it was not reported on my credit report as stated and promised. We have called Pinnacle Financial Group forever on many, many occasions and gotten the run around and also we call XXXX on several occasions and did a dispute and they stated they would investigate. To no evail. I have contacted Pinnacle and XXXX today XX/XX/XXXX again ... No Results
