Complaint: About two years ago I mailed them a letter, per their instructions, asking them not to contact me again about a debt. Not only has it been paid, but it has also been over 15 years. At that time they were calling and sending letters to me. Both stopped soon after I sent the letter.
About a year ago the calls and letters started back up. I answered one of the calls and said I did not want to be contacted ever again, the woman on the phone said she marked me down to not contact again. I also emailed them requesting the same thing, and I filed a complaint through this website. All contact stopped.
Now a year later, I received a letter about this same debt. I emailed them earlier today and now I am filing another complaint to stop this before it gets out of hand again.
It's obvious this place is more of a shady telemarketing company than it is a debt collector. They wait a year hoping you will forget how wretched their practices are and start the unwarranted harassment again.
