Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ; XXXX XXXX XXXX ; and PIONEER CREDIT COMPANY are all listed as the creditors of an account on my credit reports. Clearly, there are errors with this reporting due to the following reasons : A. All entries shows that an account was opened on XX/XX/2013, however ; these entries refer to different account numbers ( Account # XXXX ; XXXX, XXXX ) B. How can this one account have DIFFERENT BALANCES? C. How can this one account have DIFFERENT DATE OF LAST PAYMENT? D. How can this one account have DIFFERENT DATE OF ACCOUNT CLOSED? E. How can this one account have DIFFERENT PAYMENT HISTORY? I am asking for assistance from the CFPB because : # 1, I know for a fact that I DID NOT open multiple accounts on XX/XX/2013. # 2, I requested validation of these debts. I sent a certified letter to all three addresses listed on my reports. I have proof that all letters were received. I DID NOT get back any validations. The only correspondence that I received back was a letter stating that I applied for a loan on XX/XX/2013, but the account is now sold and I should direct all questions to the new owners for verifications. My issue and point are that the items on my credit report which are in questions have to do with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ; XXXX XXXX XXXX ; and PIONEER CREDIT COMPANY and the fact that they are reporting incorrect information on me and fail to validate any information as required by the FCRA.

Complaint: The branch manager of pioneer credit has came to my workplace 4 times over the last month. My boss is getting very tired of it as I am as well. She is not supposed to come to your place of employment. Also has been calling a person she thought was my boss which has caused other problems and I may not have a job due to this. I was Sent home on numerous occasions because of this. I would appreciate this being looked into as my information should not be brought to the publics attention. That is violating the privacy act.

Complaint: There was not an option for my problem. This report has showed on my credit and damaged my credit for 7 years and 6 months. I have tried for almost a year to contact the company with no return calls. When I call the number one of the office braches have given me for the main office that takes care of the debit I always get an answering machine, I leave a message, and they never return my call. I have been trying to buy a house and this debit that I am not able to pay is damaging my interest rate. I have disputed this account thru XXXX XXXX and the return response was they were going to remove from my credit but it remains as a {$230.00} charge-off. Please remove this account from my credit so I can buy a house!

Complaint: I would mail my money order in but the loan branch manager would hold it and tell me before she would credit my account I needed to bring in another payment. Which was confusing to me. I would call and cancel a verbal payment and they would put through the payment anyway in order for me not to have the account paid. They would keep changing staff and no one knew what was going on. I had an uncle XXXX in my family explained to them that I was in the middle of XXXX and as of today 's date no one would work with me due to the devastating loss. I tried to get my account current but with no assistance from management. They continue to change staff and no one is ever available to keep proper records nor work with their clients as they should. Management is deliberately putting accounts in default in order to ruin clients that have been paying customers for years. I have had several accounts with this company and they have worked with me in the past but when they changed staff no one seemed to care about the customer and continue to run payments when they wanted and not when they were to hold payments as agreed they continued not to assist causing customers to be frustrated always. The company has been a very good company in the past but as they changed staff things became more of a problem when trying to resolve things.

Complaint: I have a charged off account that appears on my credit report the issue is the same account is listed by two different creditors. The account is listed under XXXX XXXX and Pioneer credit. I opened the account with Pioneer credit. In XX/XX/XXXX The account was transferred over to XXXX XXXX. The account is now past due and instead of one company listing the debt both companies are listing the debt making it appear as if I owe two different companies. I have tried correcting this with no response. I only owe one of the companies for this listed debt. Under the FCRA my rights are being violated. I am requesting that either Pioneer credit or XXXX XXXX remove the debt until than I can not rightfully pay the debt because I do n't know which company it belongs to. Both companies are saying they own the debt. This has negatively impacted my credit in a huge way. I have been denied housing due to this. I am asking that this information be updated on my credit file asap.

They never contacted me for balance due after they repossessed my XXXX which I originally had a clear title. They have change and said it was a unsecure loan on my file I disputed I have took a picture in my phone. They continue to change the original date of filing with credit bureau. It was a 21 month loan. They reported I paid over 21 months on snap shot I have. They took the repossession off my credit file and reporting now that I just got the loan on my report. Complaint: I Held the check Pioneer Credit sent me for about 30 days before cashing it. I call Pioneer credit before cashing the check asking them if I pay off the loan early will there be any prepayment or other fee 's and what will the pay off amount be since I will not have the loan for the full term. I was advised there are no additional fee 's and I can call in to get a payoff amount anytime. After cashing the check, more then 30 days later I never received a statement in the mail. Pioneer Credit called me stating I have a pass due balance, I told them I never received a bill, I was advise that they do not send out bills, I ask why did n't you disclose that? They said they just do n't do that and waive the late fee and advise me to go to the website and create a account. When the next billing period came around there website would not allow me to register, so I called them and was told there is nothing they can do about the website but they can manually send me monthly statements as a courtesy. I never received any statements from this company. Once I realize my bill was coming up with them, I call to pay and get the payoff amount. I was told by a female ( note I misplaced were I wrote her name down at ) it was {$2500.00}, I ask why is no money getting applied toward the principle, she stated she do n't know and put he on hold several minutes to look into, when she came back she said its only based on the full loan term. I stated I 'm not keeping this loan the full term I want to pay it off because there 's too many problems with this loan. She then became irate saying you signed for it just look at the paperwork. I then stated this company seem like loan sharks and ask to speak to the manager. I ask him the same questions he gave me a higher number XXXX and XXXX if I wait until next month. I stated what? that makes no since why is n't my balance going down? The manager stated he was not educated in that field and cant answer my question and apologize for it.
