Complaint: I have a mortgage through PHH ( account XXXX ) and I have fallen behind on payments due to my nasty divorce. I communicated with PHH trying to obtain some relieve to no avail. Case Manager was XXXX XXXX. I filled paperwork out twice and heard nothing back until they started talking foreclosure. I finally was able to borrow funds to cover the past due amount of my mortgage and when I tried to pay PHH multiple times during the past XXXX to eight weeks, they kept referring me to a law firm XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX, XXXX XXXX. I tried communicating with the law firm several times XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX ; XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX. XXXX was no help as all she said was they were waiting on mortgage company to provide figures. XXXX XXXX said he would e-mail information when he received it and I received it on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I called PHH on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and spoke to XXXX, a manager. He said the attorneys office have had the figures since early XXXX and tried to do a XXXX call with the Law Firm.. He advised that records indicated they sent me a letter with the figures about three weeks ago. I advised I never received the letter and requested they resend the letter. I still have not received the alleged letter. As mentioned above, the Law Office kept telling me to wait till I received a letter from them. I informed them I was trying to pay and still received same response. I received an email at XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX stating what I owed ( this amount with wording used was ambiguous at best ). They have included in the amount owed almost {$3000.00} in foreclosure fees. The letter was dated XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and gave me XXXX that same day to remit total payment addressed in that letter along with any additional monies that may be owed as I was directed to call attorney office for solid amount owed. This is unacceptable. It appears that they have employed delay tactics in order to charge me the foreclosure and attorney fees. I want to bring my mortgage current but feel it is not right having to pay the foreclosure and or attorney fees since I have been trying for 6 plus weeks to pay this current and have received the run around and conflicting information from PHH and the attorney firm they hired. Please help.

Complaint: I no longer can get my tax information or access my loan information online with Coldwell Banker Mortgage Company. I reached out to get someone to help me from Coldwell Banker, and they were unwilling to do so! They told me they could mail the information to me, but I have never received a single document via mail from them?? The told me they could fax me my mortgage tax information, but I do not own a fax machine. I own a PC with a printer and they refused to email the information because of their security policy! I have had a mortgage with this company for over 6 years, not 1 late payment! Yet they refuse to help someone who needs information to file their taxes! They changed all of their website information ... now you login in and you are directed into circles! I 'm at a loss ... please help!!

When I contacted the new company i was in formed that my payment has been raised to over {$450.00} more then my previous monthly payments. Complaint: I have been working with Coldwell Banker ( PHH ) for the past 12 months after my divorce in an attempt to lower my mortgage. they have been less than cooperative, demanding the same documentation over and over again, claiming non-reciept on every occasion. they refuse to cooperate and are unwilling to negotiate. It is a never ending cycle of noncooperation on their part. Complaint: I make my monthly mortgage paymnets by an automatic withdrawn of my bank acct ea month : by the XXXX the total amount of the mortgage is paid and I am never late with the due payment. Starting XXXX XXXX I tried to refi this mortgage. The loan officer was super slow on her work : every several weeks or even months she would ask me more docs needed for the closing. On XXXX XXXX she told me she ca n't close because I had a shortage on my escrow account. I was asked to pay {$790.00} for that escrou to be brought up to day. I send the payment on XXXX while I was also making my regular monthly payments. On XXXX XXXX I was short about {$75.00} ( rounded up ) due to my fault as I forgot to modify the automatic payment to reflect the new increased monthly payment due to the modification of prpperty taxes. Conclusion : although I made extra payment towards the shortage on escrow and I made all mothly payments in time, PHH mortgage mingled with my funds : it took money dedicated of paying the mortgage and dedicated to the escrow making the mortgage to be in defauls for two months. I had several discussions with representatives, all located in XXXX, and I receive daily collection calls for me being at " default '' with my mortgage payment. All this is not true as per above my mortgage is paid in a regular basis in full by automatic withdrawn. I made a complain to the president of the company about this situation early XXXX. No conclusion. The letter received on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX tells they are still investigating where is my money. Definetely the book keeping is very bad or somebody mingled with the money : they are unable to give me a decent explanation of why they stop applying the payments to the mortgage and kept my monthly payment twice. I figure now in their books that I pay about $ XXXX mo and change instead of my {$840.00} send monthly from my bank account. The result of this messy book keeping affects my credit report as I figure in pre foreclosure proceedings. None of the representatives I spoke with is unable to track down where is my {$790.00} send in XXXX, why they stop applying money send towards the payment of the mortgage and why I figure out as paying $ XXXX while up to XXXX I send ea month {$840.00}

Complaint: I have a mortgage with PHH Mortgage Co of XXXX XXXX PHH has a responsibility to collect my monthly mortgage pmts in a timely manner via ACH Direct Debit as established on the ACH authorization form that I signed and submitted XX/XX/XXXX. PHH was in compliance until I began to periodically submit clearly marked 'principle-only ' pts via check in XX/XX/XXXX. As directed by PHH, I always delay mailing these pmts until after the loan pmt is scheduled to be debited from my bank which is the XXXX of each month. Also, as directed by PHH, I mail the 'principle-only ' pmts to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Yet, many times PHH is not taking the ACH debit action on the XXXX, but rather uses my 'principle-only ' check to cover that pmt due on the XXXX and applies only the balance of my check to the principle. The result is my loan pmt is delayed and my {$1000.00} 'principle-only ' check results in a mere {$440.00} applied to the principle. I see this as a fraudulent means for PHH to manipulate and collect additional interest on this loan and to deny me my right to pay this loan off as quickly as I can. I expect this mammoth mortgage company to honor our agreement to ALWAYS collect my loan pmt on the XXXX of each month via ACH direct debit. I also expect PHH to ALWAYS timely credit XXXX % of 'principle-only ' pmts to my principle.
